Christianity EtcRe: Can God Blame Me For Not Telling A Church Member What God Told Me As A Pastor? by stagger: 5:18pm On Aug 16, 2020
Beosten:
Let me start from here: I have what it takes to be a pastor and I had numerous visions that confirmed my calling. But I have a disability, and I refused to go into pastoral ministry since 2005. I came into the full-time ministry a few months ago. I came into the ministry because it seemed God was the one punishing me for refusing to do the needful.

Then a church member came to me for blessing saying that her child already procured visa to travel out. That was before covid19 break. I prayed for the child. But God revealed to me in a vision at night that the child should not leave Nigeria, and that it will end in tears. I didn't tell them anything about the vision and the child left Nigeria.

The child has just been deported and a lot of money down the drain.

How should a pastor handle this kind of thing without offending those looking for counseling? I will pray for forgiveness, but can God hold me accountable for this error?
You cannot be a pastor if you are worried about offending people. God's ways and plans are higher than ours. What God showed you was to help the family. But you kept quiet and you are complicit in their tears. Of course you will be held accountable.
BusinessRe: Nigerians Stop Wailing Ghana Did Nothing Wrong Shutting Down Shops. by stagger: 12:42pm On Aug 15, 2020
Iriruaga100:
The op is ill informed!! The law is targeted at Nigerians doing business in Ghana. You have lot of Chinese, Lebanese doing retail business in Ghana yet their shops are still open for business. You don’t see them targeting Ivorians or Togolese. We leave this for foreign affairs minister to tackle.
Those guys you mentioned are not a threat to Ghana. Nigeria is. What do you expect?
BusinessRe: Nigerian Man Cries Out As Ghana Government Locks His Shop After Showing Document by stagger: 12:27pm On Aug 15, 2020
We need to be dispassionate about these matters.

The GIPC law is very clear. The only exemptions to paying these monies ($1million cash investment or equipment valued at $1m brought into the country) are manufacturing businesses or export businesses.

The reason is simple. Ghanaians are by their nature, not very aggressive people. They do not hustle businesswise. Nigerians who are by nature can easily out-hustle the Ghanaians in the marketplace. Therefore, the government acted to protect the interests of its citizens by enacting that law to either make those coming into the retail sector come up with the $1million, or to go into manufacturing (to create jobs for the local populace) or to go into export (taking Ghana's products outside the country and earn the country foreign exchange).

Nigeria is a country with a very weak manufacturing base. We are too used to importing and selling from China, India, US, etc. Now when you take this mentality to Ghana and jump into retail business, you will have issues. Nothing stops us as Nigerians from setting up manufacturing hubs in Ghana. They have electricity to support manufacturing and manufacturers are exempted.

I would advise our people to enter into manufacturing and stop doing retail business in Ghana, or like someone said, form a conglomerate, generate the $1million and hit the country's retail space as a team rather than as tiny individuals.

you have a better chance visiting one of the less attractive countries. I know a guy who went on pilgrimage, stayed a while and participated in a local football match. After the game, he was approached by a scout. Rest is history.

Hello everyone I would like to know how true it is about the jus soli of Barbados. Do the Barbados government really give citizenship to kids born in barbados to foreign parents? I would like to travel to Barbados just for the sole purpose of giving birth there for dual citizenship. Would my child be given a passport ?
Yes, Barbados operates a Jus Solis citizenship policy and you can go there visa free for 6 months. They need money now due to zero tourism from COVID. They will gladly welcome anyone coming there to spend money.

Most renowned architects and lawyers behaves like the man in question. They always feel they are above the law. However, the government shouldn't have brought down the house in this manner. He should have been arrested and forced to cough out huge sums as compensation to FG for trespassing.
My brother, at times you need to mete out an equal and opposite level of action so the individual will know that government is there to prevent anarchy. He has sown the wind...he should now prepare to reap the whirlwind.

Calm down, it's not like the parts are being manufactured in Aba. They are imported from China. Anyone can import from China and sell them in PH. It is not rocket science. This is basic buying and selling 101.

So if there exists a vacuum, naturally another will provide the services.

If you know the number of cars in PH, then you know anyone who fills the vacuum created by the dislodged Igbos will hit a gold mine.
My friend, Godwin Abbe stripped the Igbos of all their shops and handed it to the locals. In a few months the Igbos bought everything back.

If you no sabi business you no sabi. Leave it to the Igbos. They are masters at it.

Strange that no one condemned the act until I got to your post. This is near what Oyedepo did to a lady that at Shiloh some years back and he got away with it. A lot of these so-called clergymen are pure humans with no spiritual connection to the SOURCE.

Would Jesus have beaten a married woman who stole at the temple or would He have prevented the mob from stoning her to death? If the priest was aggrieved, which is understandable, the best thing he would have done is summon the husband or hand the lady over to law enforcements. Her might be kleptomania or just sheer hunger. Regardless, she was wrong but the priest had no rights beating her.

She is a married woman, which he should have considered. Heaven forbid it, if I were the husband to that lady (God forbid), I'll pursue a case here and see that the priest is punished for his reckless action.
If you are a husband to a woman who has to steal to feed when YOU AS THE MAN is there, you should be mobbed.

I take it that the table presented, is a compounded formula for a 1 year investment, with a $1000 starting capital, traded at a daily trading profit of 0.8%?

In other words, making 0.8% per day for 30 days in a month for 12 months in a year? Looks like something Vandera.io offers.
