Any company that simply sees Nigeria as a place to cash out money from the population without adding any value to the society is free to get the hell out! Your home citizens cannot be killing our people and instigating xenophobic attacks and yet you come here to make money from its "200 million population".
We need partners and not predators. We are now getting woke! |

UNN was built with palm oil money. Yet allocation from crude oil money cannot sustain it properly. I blame the school authorities who are very myopic and could not follow the dream of Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe to fund that school properly using agricultural proceeds.
They need to learn from Covenant university to see what their entrepreneurial department is doing. |

The Ghanaian foreign minister announced it as well. Apparently, the Nigerian High Commission failed to secure the land titles and documents after making payment TWENTY YEARS ago.
The businessman and the Osu traditional stool who were the original land owners then took advantage of this and pressured the land commission, who now sold it to the businessman.
Selling land to multiple persons is very rampant in Ghana. |

I've seen an Onitsha trader (trading was just his camouflage) who owned several mansions in Enugu, Abuja and Lagos which he rented out to people (film makers inclusive) but he always dressed so casually. Until he died that was when we started discovering things. Fools will judge people based on their dressing but the bigger fools would judge an Igbo businessman's financial status based on dressing. Brother, in 1997 I attended a launching in Enugu. A certain man with a haggard T-shirt and short knicker came out and donated N100,000 and 1,000 cement blocks to that project (expansion of a nursery school). The owner of this school was a rich madam and the who is who of Enugu attended. In my mind then (when I was young and stupid), I was like...who is this riff raff? When I saw the car the man entered when I was leaving after the event, guy I no fit shout! I later found out that this man was one of the richest men in the entire South East at the time. In one of the emails they sent they said they were going to sell off in the local markets. Now when the lockdown began they sent another mail saying they cant export bc of the pandemic. So why not sell in the local market like they earlier said. Other farms are still selling in the local market and paying off their investors. Now they want to refund investors capital, what about the produce (the plantains). Are they going to throw them away. This is not a crop failure. And there is a local market here in the country even if they cant export. So they cannot make and sell plantain flour or plantain chips? |

I can screenshot some of my proposal that has landed me a job and you could use them, if I get 15 comments to post it.
Never apply for a low baller job, cause you need to work. You may stress out yourself at the end the client may reject your work. No matter what stick to a price that is reasonable for both parties, but not bad for you..
Don't go for jobs more than $200. You will loose the job and you will have to buy connects again. Apply for jobs with less than 5 proposals. If there is any interview, don't bother no matter how much you know that job. You will simply loose your connects. Oga, there is a Nigerian there from Niger state that won a job of $16,500. Hermes119: All these people saying Christianity is not a religion I don't know how u people think. Yes Christianity is a lifestyle or relationship or whatever u want to call it but it is also a religion, the term "CHRISTIANITY" represents an abrahamic religion which originated from Jesus Christ. Whatever u wish to consider it as is fine but the term Christianity fits into whatever the term religion represents. Christianity is primarily a religion !!
Besides football its both a game and a business, wrong ? Christianity is a not a religion. True Christianity is a way of life. The Pharisees were practitioners of religion, and yet Christ condemned them because they did not have love for God in their hearts. How can you love God whom you cannot see, when you cannot love your neighbour whom you can see? You hate people from a particular tribe, you hate people because they are progressing more than you, you stab people in the back to climb ahead, you gloat over people's misfortune, you live in malice and unforgiveness, you are not a Christian even if you attend all the programs and services in your church. Not all who call on God, will enter into the kingdom. Why did Jesus make that statement? Go figure. |

Playing religion will take no one to heaven. After all, many of these thieving politicians are given front seats in church, read 1st and 2nd lessons and after church, return to their looting and womanizing ways.
Rather, have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and do what he says in the bible. Ask God to give you an interpretation of what the words of the bible say rather than swallowing all you hear on pulpits hook, line and sinker. That which God reveals to you, no one can take away. |

No job for you. There is no legit hustle in Ghana. Na street all man dey for Ghana. Unless you get enough cash to import food stuff from Nigeria to Ghana.. But border Don close.. So bringing in goods will be difficult. My advice is.. If you no get any strong plan.. Pls don't goto Ghana because you will suffer. If you get mind for wire-wire then you can go. But you still need someone Who will accommodate you and also show you the way. Paying rent in Accra is very expensive. Another option is.. You can visit Ghana for one week and see things for yourself. So how come guys the Turks and Chinese and other nationals are making it big there? When you make a blanket statement like the bolded, you close your eyes to opportunity. A company is using bamboo in Ghana to make bicycle frames that they export to Europe and sell for minimum of $300 a piece. Just the bicycle frame. The gari I ate when I was there last year was packaged by a Nigerian company in Ghana. So is the bread. Why do we belittle ourselves so much yet foreigners come to Africa and make a killing? |

Abasman007: your instrument eating really comes to play in landing, and not in thick fog over mountains... With terrain proximity warning system confused... Mother nature is to be blamed bro.....
Are you an aviation enthusiast?, If you ate, you should know that spatial disrientation comes to play if you are a pilot and looking ousideo helps but not in this case with thick fog... Let me explain, do you know that you can walk in a plane while the pilot is undergoing a 30degree bank without knowing it?... Because you wontw fall.. or if a plane is crashing and falling out of the skies, that somonso who doesn't know what's going on can actually be walking and laughing because unlike the movie's tell us, things don't fall over?... I blame fog... It'll suprise you that fog and birds are a pilot worst nightmare and not even engine failures Spatial orientation of human beings is a complex function of which sight is the main driver. Once physical view of the horizon is lost (as in fog), you lose orientation without knowing. Just as you rightly stated, you can even be flying upside down and not know it. |

All these haters from both sides need to really shut up. Only the low life uninformed people on both sides go around criticizing each other. Ghana has stable electricity which is very expensive. At least you don't get to hear generators buzzing your eardrums off. If you go to Ghana to do business legitimately, you have a good chance of making it. I have seen places where Naija guys and Ghana guys co-exist happily. Most churches there, you will see Naija and Ghana people together. A lot of marriages between both countries. Last year when I was there, I met so many Uber drivers who had both Nigerian and Ghanaian parents. I also met a Togolese with a Nigerian mother, met a guy whose father is from Kano state but married to a Ghanaian and the father had lived in Ghana since the early 1970s. There is even a Nigerian radio station in Ghana staffed by Nigerians with content tailored towards the Nigerian population.
If you live by their laws and show them respect, you will easily get by in Ghana with no issues. The problem we have is many of our people who go there and disrespect the locals. Yes, it is normal for them to feel apprehension and all that, but if you have a clean mind, you do your business and move on with life. There is a thread here about a Nigerian who was given a chieftaincy title somewhere in Ghana.
If you bring value to the society where you live, nobody will remember where you come from. Live peacefully. |

cost of baking one bag of flour (including other ingredients)according to my calculations is about N11,800. they are making profit of about N1200 fom each bag after expenses. this doesnt make sense, i expect to make at least 40% of the cost of making a bag of flour.
we cant even holdon to a baker they come spend 1 month and they are gone.
pls anyone wit experience, can u help wit tips? Lease the business and facilities out. Let the people leasing it pay you a lump sum every 6 months or every year. Having paid that money, the leasee will do everything in their powers to make it profitable. You can sign a 5-year leasing agreement.
