When I mean porn,I am referring to both soft porn and hard porn. By default every human is wired to respond at sight of pleasure especially when it is sex or something like that, the reason is because it is one of human survival tactics(reproduction).
So, this porn producer, musician, artist, novelslist, tv has blown it out of proportion by adding it as an ingredients to spice up business and careless of it effect.
Now one effect of pornography is the hypersensitive it bring to the mind about sex which makes it uncomfortable for young mind and some adult without self control.
Based on research(not my finding), porn activate sexual hormones in your body and make you more sensitive to anything that carry any message or look like something can would or can arouse.
The major effect are due to this sensitivity one could loose concentration on life prospect like study, life skill, personal character like self-control etc.

Those are few and if I may mention more concerning your debate(I choose to call it dat),

This is a great question and it caught my attention to reply to this thread? I will try to explain, hopefully you comprehend but if you did not. Hopefully it help other readers.
The reason for secretely watching porn is because of shame and guilt. we feel guilt about something we did and we feel shame for something we are. Both feelings are connected to messages and expectations of others !
I made that bold, hopefully you comprehend by now but i will keep going incase you dont. If you are reading this now, I bet you have seen a naked 4 years or younger, have you ever wondered why they are not ashamed to be naked. We learn to be ashamed because our parent told us to and their parent told them etc. No one is born feeling shame...
