The most stupid project in Nigeria is modular refineries. It will never break even financially,will be costly to run and is an environmentAl disaster. Why APC joined in this stupidity is beyond me. Expanding existing refineries in-situ was the better option.
When Dangote refinery comes on stream, all modular refineries cannot operate. They can't produce economical y to compete .

Buhari will do MUCH better if 're elected. The corruption war will be strengthened because he will be looking for legacy. A complete generation of professional politicians will be wrecked. Travel abroad on exile or retire prominently. Many will be jailed and new people (fresh youths) will come up. There will be TOTAL restructuring starting from 2019 because of the necessity and also because SE President is coming 2023. It is a deliberately,slow and steady platform for the delivery of deadly precision strike at insurgents from stand off distances. It is cheap to operate and very reliable.

You don't know how much composites have replaced aluminium in the fuselage. What of lithium price for the avionics. Labour in the US, assembly in the US, systems integration in the US.

It doesn't represent nor take into consideration, deductions that would be made after the major IOCs take out their share from these figures, it doesn't take into account deductions for cost of operations, etc. Take for example, OML xyz is operated as a JV between chevron oil exploration and the nnpc with a sharing formula of 51-49% or 60-40%. If that field is producing 100,000 bpd and OPEC's selling price is $60,that would amount to about $6bn. $6bn doesn't go to the federal government but would be shared in agreed sharing formula between the fg and the ioc. Fg via the nnpc would still deduct their own cost of production before arriving at a net figure that would be remitted to the fg. There's a lot of misinformation out there in the media and it's killing us as a nation.

Please stop this. All JV companies still pay royalties and taxes on the oil shared. The true formula ranges from 65 - 85% for JVs but things ar better for ol coys on PSCs.

There is a new opportunity opening up on lightly used AH 1W helicopters in the US. They call it Super Cobra. They are used but refurbished like new with very good sensors and able to shoot munitions we are already getting with Super Tucanoes. Trump wants to approve sale of many as possible. Trump na craze man.I am sure during Buhari's visit, he will wave the brochure in his face and approve it right there.They might even grant export credit so we don't pay immediately

Apache is a better dedicated attack helicopter. Mi 35 isn't bad don't get me wrong but it's a purpose built multi role so can't fit some of the heavier sensor or other electronics since it has to carry troops/cargo too.

Personally I wouldn't go for apache though since anything from the US has extra strings attached. I'd go for Mi 28, Z10, or even the Rooivalk.

MI 35 M is inferior to AH 1Z and Apache. You can kill the enemy from farther and with more accuracy with AH 1Z viper. AH64 even more so. Apache longbow even has radar for even longer range and more effective killing power.

Buhari has created about 12 milliion jobs in Agric, agro allied and transportation.
