Go read the Oxfam reports on tax havens and see how billions are been subverted yearly thus undercutting governments performances in most countries on delivering quality of life to their citizens. Ireland alone makes $90 billion from taxing tech companies like Apple who have their EU headquarters there but 95% of those revenues by such comes from outside of Ireland and is mostly other EU countries.

Just to simplify it for you Google is busying harvesting people's data to sell services. At the end of the fiscal year Google Nigeria would be declaring 50,000 naira profit while the revenue from Nigeria is like 50 billion naira. Ask Google Nigeria and they would claim the 50billion revenues was used to pay the image rights to the parent company for using their names and services in Nigeria. In their books and in the eyes of the current tax laws that would be seen as buying of mechandise for the business and such can't be taxed they may even get tax reliefs for such if their consultants are extremely good.


That is an unsustainable situation. Most countries are waking up to such now and it won't take time before others level up. I am not a fan of any country. I am a follower of commonsense. Would support Trump if the taxes are sensible and not just a retaliatory one.
