Hmmmm i can categorically say that this is one of my threads ever on NL. My boo has this innocent baby look when he is sleeping especially but naked with his straight legs and sleepy hair all in tandem yummy yummy! I cannot remember how many times i have jumped on nwa-guy while he is asleep and always ever ready for action . Atimes i find his angry face quite sexy when he is angry at me. One day he pissed me off instead of apologising to me he was acting all sorry then i said "Boo oya tell me sorry " the next he turned it on and said" i have forgiven you". We both bursted out and started laughing it was hilarious and wittingly annoying at the same time. To this, we both use the "i have forgiven you slogan. When i am in the wrong i have forgiven him and vice versa.

In my next life i will chose him hoha but we will meet earlier than we did now, kinda high school sweet heart thingy so i would'nt have to sample any other blokos before him

I have been looking for where to pour out my heart and share my frustration and I am glad I found this space. I have been trying co conceive for one year and six months now and it looks like I am fighting a lone battle. I have had tests done except my HSG which I plan to take in a few weeks but my husband is not supportive at all. He has persistently refused to take the semen analysis test even after the doctor has called him and spoken to him about it. I got his sister to intervene but he stopped answering her calls and she does not stay around. I do not know what to do. His argument is that taking the test is not biblical and I find that strange coming from an educated man. Sometimes when I raise the issue of test, he says things like I haven't waited for ten years so what's my problem? I am totally confused about what to do now and it's like I'm losing my mind sometimes. I just feel like I am left alone in the world...

@ Yosi: Dont worry babes your stay on this thread will not be long! TTC really can be a lonely journey but you have to figure out ways to make sure you are psychologically balanced. I suggest you leave family members out of TTC issues and deal with it with your hubby alone. Go to God again in prayer and re-open the topic with your hubby.Make him understand that seeking medical intervention is not a sin neither is it lack of faith. From the bible "faith without work is dead" . ask yourself what is that work? .....medical examination/inetervention where needed. You dont have to wait 10years if it is an issue that can be fixed medically within 2 or 3 years!
Pray for your hubby's eyes of understanding towards this matter be illuminated. IT IS WELL WITH THEE DAUGHTER OF GOD

For those of us still in the waiting room ,God has not forgotten us! If he can do it for a 56 year old woman that gave her testimony at MFM last Saturday then he can do it for each and everyone one of us. The woman said "i did everything under the sun to get pregnant but the only thing i did not do was to GIVE UP" I have even started practising how i will dance during my children's dedication !
This period has created such a strong bond between myself and DH that i cannot even begin to explain despite me having all the fault. I can only say God may you reward his labour of love with children exactly like him Amen!

Am so frustrated although my inlaws have no started raising eye brows but I know once they start na fire I dey use play.

Pls my question is how much shld I budget for ivf and what is the best centre to do it cos I stay in lbadan but don mind going to lag for it moreover how many days off work would I need for this process.

I've done a job when I was in telcom where my then director was using style to ask me out and I was single then yet I put up resistance cos it was against everything I believed in. I wasn't victimized by him or anything rather my hard was very obvious and he has nothing but RESPECT for my person!Fast forward today to the glory Of God I have a better job which dwarfs my previous earning and the icing on the cake allows me such a flexible time to take care of my family! Imagine if I gave in to his advances any future acheivement in my career could have been attributed to who knows

My sis and bros this God is too much!!! I want to start by saying that i've been on sabatical from active ttc(taking drugs or ART) i rather channelled my energy to the spiritual angle and pursuing my career. On the spiritual angle, i went for Servant Vics deliverance service after so much skepticism. Well, i had to sneak out without informing my hubby to attend the program and it was worth my time this was in early June. I called him on the phone last week due to a weird dream i had recently and he prayed and gave me bible verse to read Rev 12:9-15 this was Thursday afternoon last week. On Friday, i was in the dream and my neighbour who attends Chosen was hanging her baby cloths close to our bedroom window suddenly called my attention through the window and was telling me that her spirit led her to pray for me concerning my situation(ttc). I agreed and she came into our bedroom/matrimonial bed. She sat on the bed and asked me to hold her and i did.She statred the prayers the next i was speaking in tonues and saying all sorts the next thing a firend came in and asked me to tell her to stop and i said NO!! The next thing my neighbor increased the tempo of the prayer and i started vomitting!! The vomitt had two lumps of black amala in it!! The next thing i started singing blood of Jesus set me free from sin and sorrow then i woke up!! All thru my dream life i've not experienced this before!
To cap it all, the kind of ovulation ache i've been having since yesterday cant rember when last i did!
The icing on the cake, my new job which will be like 5times my current pay was confirmed and i'm resuming 1st August!!

Hmmmm i would'nt want to pre-empt, but for the fact that they are not yet wedded and such sensitive issue like this has not been discussed and agreed between both of them during their COURTSHIP spells doom! The foundation first should be that they both see themselves as partners working together to achieve a common goal. Bearing this in mind, there is no competition or ego tripping! With all these said, they should go through/analyse each person's career profile/potential, who does it seem would get a job faster? Who does it seem has more business accumen to run a sole/private business should he/she resign?
It is not about gender,ego, who earns more but what will benefit both(the union) in the long run!
Wisdom is profitable to direct...

@ All the expectant mothers, it is well with us, do not allow this temporary condition weigh you down or pause your life! I have decided to be happy and push myself to better myself and acheive atleast anything i can acheive to better my career/personal development etc.Recently, God has shown me that he is still in the business of doing me GOOD! My prayer points this year 1.Children(boy/gal)twin 2.Change of job/better promotion but he decided to do no 2 first! My sisters, God is good though the testimony is still loading---->95%, when it is cooked and served (soonest) my life will not remain the same again

@OP: just like another poster asked! Minus this issue at hand, is your hubby a good man? Does he protect,support+encourage you? I was worried when you said his sibblings beat you up, what was his reaction? If he scores high then maybe you can try to forgive though what he has done is deceit and it is good reason to annul a marriage even in catholic church.
As a ttc like me, I'd like to advise you to make use of advance ART which can help your hubby ieIVF_ TESE. Even in Naija such procedure exists, good fertility clinics eg Nordica, Medical Art does it! Whish you the best in your decision

No matter what the doctor has said Jehovah has the final say! I want to wrap up by giving the testimony of a colleague whose wife has brain tumor as a result of homonal inbalance and the doctor told him+wify that they would not be able to get pregnant until hormone treatment and brain surgery is done and if by mistake pregnancy happens it will not sustain and the woman will be at risk. As if that was not bad enough, mentrual period seized and for 2 YEARS my colleague's wife did not ser her period.
They went to RCCG camp last year October for healing on brain tumor and period but JEHOVAH surprised them with belle/pregnancy without a period and baby was delivered last week!
Nothing is too difficult for God...just that we dont seem to trust him enough!
May God help us with our faith in this waiting room...

After ET patient is given viagra supository to enhance implantation. Endeavor to ask your doctor all neccessary questions and extra treatment/therapy eg accupuncture that you need to boost your chances.

abibyy: I just started taking it today as av been busy all this while,for me i take 1 fresh lemon cut it into 2 then i extract each 1 for 1 glass of water.I dont know if there is already made one but i think preparing it yourself will be the best way since one might not know what they must av added to preserve it.
