My follicle tracking today (cd9) showed an endometrial lining of 6mm, one 16mm dominant follicle on the right ovary, and mild fluid in the cavity.
My question, Is the endometrial lining OK for cycle day 9. (Note, I often ovulate at cd 10/11, I have a 26 day cycle)
Also,is this mild fluid in the cavity suggestive of infection?

Generally ed lining of above 8mm is considered ok for pregnancy to occur. I think the lining grows by 1mm everyday..your dom follicle is still 16mm, a mature one ruptures anywhere from 18mm and that also grows at 1mm per day. So scientifically, by day 11your follicle would be 18mm and lining 8mm.

You can get low dose aspirin to increase blood flow to your uterus and thereby improving the lining.
Infections usually inhibits implantation, you might want to get antibiotics that are safe in pregnancy to improve your chances. Azithromycin is a good one to use.

Make sure you still do another scan on CD 11 to see if all went well.

I did not know there was a pcm suppositories... As long as its safe in pregnancy, please go ahead and use it. Anusol is safe in pregnancy.

I have seen a doctor,she told me I might just need bed rest,I was asked to check my pcv at the laboratory which I have done, I was sent for an urgent issue scan,I am at the scan centre waiting for the Sonologist. he comes by 11.I checked the sanitary pad,just a brown spot.I am hopeful I will smile at last.pray along with me.This one will stay.

You are fine sweety. I know how you feel cos the day i saw brown spotting at 7weeks i did not even wait to ask questions here. I just shouted my dh's name and told him to get ready as we were going to the hospital immediately....panicked the poor guy for nothing. But scan showed my baby was fine and i was advised to observe bed rest and stay away from kpekusing till 16th week. Today we are still doing ok with absolutely no problems.

Enkaydewdrop i had same hemorrhoids when I was purging. Doctor said it was cause of loose muscles something something and initially refused to prescribe anything for me but eventually gave me Anusol for 3days.

Mamas please I need your honest input to this issue.

My mum and I were meant to travel to the US for Ayomide's birth at 32weeks....I am scheduled for CS due to previous myomectomy and my doctor doesn't want me to fall into labor at all.

Now my mum's burial has been fixed for when id be 34weeks. Im hoping I can attend so I can pay my last repects to her but everyone is against the idea. Cos I did not handle her death well, I was with her in the room when she passed, they (family and dh) think I might be too stressed out for the burial. My dh thinks traveling to the Village, doing the burial, traveling back to lagos and jumping on a plane at 35weeks for several hours to the US is too much stress.

Please what do you all think?

My mum was a very strong woman, the strongest woman I know and would have come out of anesthesia if she wanted to but im sure she decided to go and rest with the lord after the pronouncement that a seemingly ordinary intestinal blockage was indeed colon cancer. Its mind boogling how someone who was always careful about what she ate owing to a previous ulcer would end up having colon cancer, but they say God knows best.
She gave her life for her kids even in death..we beat Kidney failure but Cancer snuck up on us and took away our rare gem.

In alpha, as long as you don't call a particular brand they tend to offer you the cheaper options first.
