I feel my body is the biggest troll ever.Af date keeps shifting and I don’t even know when I ovulate.Funny thing is anytime I plan ovulation and bd around 28day cycle it will shift to 35 days.Anytime I say let me plan bd with 35 days it is that month it will shift to 28 days.
I can’t do follicular tracking every month because the cost is 12k and we are dealing with male factor.
I tried using OPK but I never got a positive maybe I don’t know how to use it.
I tried tracking for two months to at least know when I ovulate but the first month was around 14days and the second one even at day 17 egg never drop.
Did hormones profile and the results are good.
I want to start the use of M2tone next cycle so it can help me make the ovulation days constant as I don’t have strength for everyday bd.Has anyone tried that?
Imagine scheduling bd from day 12 to day 22 to cover all base and constant one so we can have plenty sperm to work with

Bolded is one of the problems....you're starting out too late already. To truly cover the base, plan from the day after your period ends and bd everyother day
Until after ovulation then you can BD every 3 days until the start of the next cycle.

Problem with taking hormone balancing supplements is if you don't need it, it might disrupt your hormones. Id rather you just take prenatals like pregnacare

So today was my ANC and usually vitals are taken and if you have no issues you’ll be given a next visit date.
My BP read 147/85, urinalysis came out negative. I wanted leaving but the nurse insisted I see the doctor which I finally did.
I was rechecked again and it read 141/101, the doctor asked I run a scan,lab tests which includes FBC, LFT, EUC.
I did them all and I am to come back tomorrow for the results. While at the scan, the sonographer mentioned my amniotic fluid was 9, I asked if it was low, he said not really but that at my stage it’s supposed to be 15 that low starts from 8. I asked what to do to increase it, he said the doctor will tell me tomorrow.

Please Mamas, is this something I should worry about? I was placed on BP drugs for the now. I am not hypertensive prior to now. I had a very stressful weekend so I feel that could be the reason for the increase. But what do I know?

The high blood pressure might be the cause of the amniotic fluid level. Pregnancy Induced hypertension is common in pregnancy and handled by close monitoring by your doctor. Endeavour to listen to your doctor at all times and do as told.
On your end, things to do to help increase the fluid level includes.... Drinking loads of water. Bedrest, try to stay away from whatever caused you the stress from the weekend. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables..and take your blood pressure drugs.

Please Mamas in the house, I need your input on this.
On 11th January, 2020, my fiance and I went for pregnancy test with blood sample and it came out positive ( the week(s) weren't written on the lab result). She went for scan few days later and nothing was detected yet. the lab scientist at said she should wait for few months to come for the scan again.
Around mid March she had a little blood droplets of blood from the vagina which later stopped, I asked her to visit the hospital but she said after our wedding slated April ending.
First week of May we visited the hospital for ante natal registration. They did pt test and scan but and all came negative. The scan didn't show anything sort of being pregnant. We showed the doctor the previous test in January that was positive and she has not seen her period since then.
He placed her on injection that there were traces of infection which when treated, her cycle will be restored.
10 days after the treatment her flow came and since then her cycle that is normally and always 28 days has been fluctuating: 30, 27, 31 and 32.
She's worried and crying. please i thought I should share it here to hear from experienced folks.

Did the doctor explain the mystery of the positive blood test and absence of baby/period?
Was there a pregnancy initially or was it just a chemical pregnancy?
The initial scan..does the nothing detected include gestational sac?

On a side note, her period is still regular. Irregular cycles are ones lasting less than 21 days or greater than 35days. Her worrying and crying will definitely affect her hormones and change her clockwork cycle as stress affects cycles in most women.

Both of you should buy pregnacare conception (for him and her) and just have sex everyother day in every corner of your house cos soon you'd only be limited to your bedroom
..Well unless she's older than 35 and you both have been living together prior to the marriage and actively trying to get pregnant, there's no need to worry.


** This is my personal opinion..you people should still be on honeymoon These children, when they come will disrupt your life like you can't even imagine! Enjoy this time you have together just the 2 of you and continue to build your foundation of the marriage. Have fun and do what newlyweds do, the next time it'll be just 2 of you is when the children leave for university and if you don't have a good foundation now it'll not be nice then.....**

I'd say talk to your doctor about it to confirm all is well...it might just be part of the package or baby protesting about something you're doing wrong.

My January mamas how are we doing? We are now in the last weeks of honeymoon phase Good thing is we are moving closer to our permanent site, May God make our 3rd trimester super easy.

I finally did another scan and confirmed my baby girl, my baby K ...I'm so happy, God indeed answered my prayers and I can hang my boots after her. Now I can start buying those cute little baby girl clothes ive been craving

Usually when we move around during the day, it gives a rocking motion to the baby and they mostly sleep during the day..when we lay down to sleep, they don't have that rocking movement so they're awake at night...unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it. But sleeping on her left side will help relief some pain and hopefully by the time baby grows bigger and space in the tummy for football reduces the kicking will reduce..


On the bright side, you can buy his football ready for project Mbappe.

20kg is quite a lot of weight for first trimester but unfortunately you can't 'diet'.
You can however be more particular about what you eat and how you eat.....no eating for two, only eat when you're hungry, fill up more on vegetables and fibres, drink lots of water and exercise (walking)

There's still 7weeks for the baby to turn and they usually do closer to the delivery date so you shouldn't be scared....However, its advised that at the beginning of a pregnancy you start saving for the cost of a Csection while praying for a vaginal delivery...
