Mamas who gave birth via cs, how do u lose belly fat since pressing and sitting on hot water isn't allowed? I'm three weeks postpartum. Not that I mind so much cos my baby is worth it all but I will like to know in case I'm missing out on something.

Anyways, they say aggressively breastfeeding (especially exclusively) helps the stomach retract.
Healthy eating, exercise when you are cleared by your doctor and generally dont be hard on yourself...it might take some time but if you make a conscious effort you'd lose the belly fat.

If you are being sick, just buy the regular folic acid. Its tiny and you can swallow it even without water. Your baby urgently needs that now..you can leave pregnacare for later

Morning sickness not funny at all. Been to lazy to type all this while. Team March. I have not started anything. Only thing have been able to do is vomit and spit at intervals. Waiting for 3month before I have strength for anything.

I wish I saw this video when I was breastfeeding my first...its now very obvious the boy wasn't latching at all thats why he stopped breastfeeding at 3 months and was taking the same milk in bottles. He must have felt he was wasting his time sucking directly from me

sug.ah and sweet lady am back from the hospital o the doctor did the scan again they said there is heartbeat but they can't ascertain the number of count per something(forgot what he said) that it's still early but the baby Sha has heartbeat I asked him again he said yes. I can now sleep with my two eyes closed.

Few weeks after birth I noticed some pinkish fleshy obstruction in my vagina. When I try to push it back up it moves and drops down again.

I experienced something similar after my first baby but I remember it went away on this own.

Sounds like a vaginal prolapse.

This is what I thought when I went for scan at 6 weeks...I even did TVS and fetal pole wasnt seen talk more of heartbeat.

When my first scan didn't see fetal pole at 6 weeks I almost went nuts! I had to wait 3 weeks at least you're seeing your doctor tmr.

Going by June 24 LMP and assuming your cycle was 28 days my pregnancy calculator says you are 8weeks 6days pregnant.
Scan has measured your baby as 9 weeks+ meaning your baby is growing.
Gestational sac and fetal pole were seen...just heartbeat not seen yet. Do not worry, see your doctor tomorrow as scheduled and they'd probably do a transvaginal scan or tell you when to return for it.

Don't be scared....just do a scan and see a doctor to ensure baby's fine. Some spotting is normal in the early weeks.

Thank you for the response, since I gave birth, I've been struggling with the milk supply. My breasts dont feel full till now even after taking pap and
I even bought all these lactation products. I also try to pump but will get very little quantity after it, I'm just concerned.. what if am not giving her enough. So thats my reason. I make sure she sucks all d time, am open to suggestions.

Breastmilk not flowing well can be as aresult of stress, baby not latching properly or not feeding often.
To boost your supply you need lots of rest (avoid stress and anxiety), take lots of fluid (water), eating adequately and putting baby to breast often with proper latching.

Good thing your baby's doing fine, some spotting is normal in the early weeks. Your fellow March mamas are still hiding..maybe its MS dealing with them sha so you don't have a team captain yet.
Some mamas register both in private and general hospitals as back up..you can consider that too.

Dear mama, how do you know your milk isn't enough for your 3weeks old baby?
At 3 weeks, your baby's stomach is the size of an egg and only needs 3-4oz of milk to be fed 6-8 times in a day.
Have you measured your supply and found you are not producing enough? Do you need tips on how to increase your supply?
Apart from being free of charge, breastmilk has so many other advantages over formula and i'd advice to leave the unnecessary spending until its needed.
But if you've decided its formula you want, other mamas will help with different brands to go for.

Congratulations to new mothers.... today is bumpy tuesday.
With me are my two soldiers, I conceived the first when I joined this thread after recurrent miscarriage and then found out it was the work of hormonal imbalance. I followed some things I read here, prayed every prayer that was dropped and God said amen to it. I miraculously joined team November 2016 but had him in October.

The other was other conceived 8months after his brother and to God be the glory he landed in April 2018.

I am 32weeks and they can't wait to meet their brother.
