Congratulations dear.
Keep putting her to your breast to kick-start the milk. Kangaroo nursing helps (skin to skin with baby).
But you can also feed formula with spoon pending when milk starts

Good evening all, been awhile. Hope we are all fine.
Please I have a question, I need clarification please cause am confused. I period was suppose to show up on the 11th of this month (last week). First day, nothing. Same on the second day. It usually last for three days. The third day, I saw blood but it doesn't look like normal period blood and was scanty and tissue like and kind of reddish brown. Did a pt yesterday and though it was faint but a positive record. Repeated it today and got a negative. Please help me out.

Furthermore, the doctor said she should prepare her mind for surgery in 8weeks!....
PLEASE, mamas of great Nations, can't there be a successful conception & swift 9months with the fibroids sizes....
Or is there an alternative to surgery considering their sizes?
Am not scared of surgery at all, I've been there, the Lord took perfect control. He can't do less!!!
.....I just feel hers are small, hence my quest for alternatives.......

Dunno what to say or how to feel about this....
May God console her and give her double for her troubles.
Let her seek a second opinion from another gyne and go for the surgery if that's the same decision.

I did my first scan, a TVS, at 5weeks 5days. Only GS was seen, no fetal pole and heartbeat...I know how freaked out I was...if I had come here to ask and someone says I did my scan at 5weeks and GS/FP and HB was seen (which is normal for some people) i would have panicked.
Her scan already measures her at 5weeks so there was no need for the comparison with yours at 9weeks with FP/HB.

Below are the scan results.

Ok.
-She probably doesn't have a regular 28day cycle and ovulated later than she thinks and the GS is actually measuring correctly at 5weeks.. at that stage its still quite early to see fetal pole or heartbeat hence the suggestion to rescan in 2 weeks.

She needs to follow the doctors instruction...bed rest means just lying in bed and only getting up to Bath or pee.
Is the injection she was given progesterone? She should discuss with the doctor about using cyclogest while observing the rest.
Lots of rest, drink water, she shouldn't take the Nigerian folic acid at this time (5mg)... she should either get the 400mcg ones or just use pregnacare and iron tablets.
She should also get supernatural childbirth and speak to the baby.

The fibroids are small sized, she shouldn't worry about them.

She has been spotting since friday, visited the hospital on saturday, was given injection and drugs, and bed best was advised, which she is currently observing at home....
She is still spotting, but has reduced..

+ scan discovered the baby isn't growing well, looks 1month old at 2months.
Pls, mamas that have experienced such, or know something about it should pls advise on what could totally stop the blood + enhance baby's growth..
Or, could there be anything she isn't doing right?
Your inputs would be appreciated.

I'm more concerned about the scan. Do you have a copy of the result? How many weeks is it measuring and is it growing at all? FP and heartbeat detected?

The Nigeria airspace for international flight open on September 5th, their I-94 date for 6 months stay was sep 2nd, and you have to send extension 45 days before the date on I-94 which I did. Please allow people that has experience with extension of stay to answer my question if you don’t have an answer

Then you should be talking to your lawyers....

March to September is 6 months....the airspace has been officially open for months now meaning they've had plenty of time to return to Nigeria but didn't.

I feel the premenstrual paid but no period.

I am a regular 27- 28 days cycle but it is now 36 days. I didn't use any medication this month at all. Has anyone experienced this before.

PMS is similar to early pregnancy symptoms and you are already 7days late.
With "pms" I tested positive on the day of my expected period using urine.
Do your test, take your folic acid...congratulations

Please has any one been in this situation before, my parents came to visit me in March, they were supposed to leave in May but due to covid their flight was canceled. In August I applied for extension of stay base on the six months rule before Nigeria airspace resumed. Now the extension of stay I applied for is still pending, no biometric notification yet from USCIS, I don’t know whether if they leave now the days they stayed will count against them.

But the Nigerian airspace has been open since July

So basically it looks like they are cherry picking applications....only people with immediate family are being attended to.

But I was told that I have fibroid and the doctor advised me that since I was able to conceive I shouldn't worry much. I should just try and get pregnant again, then she gave me vitamin E. Scan says you are pre-ovulatory phase...relax, bd, take the vit e, dont take folic acid...when you get a +ve test go see the doctor to discuss progesterone support for the pregnancy.

You've already testified herbal doesn't work. Don't waste your time and money on it. Talk to your doctor about possibility of conceiving with the fibroids..they are small so might not hinder conception...are you having heavy/irregular bleeds?

So based on this your comment, I had to go to the bank to print out an account statement but it was exactly same as what I had printed out online. Depending on the bank sha, my banks online statement has each page stamped and signed.

I dont know but I doubt they will to avoid scheduling dates that aren't convenient for the applicant

If she says you're measuring too big then you're probably measuring above 41 weeks already. No need to delay.
Normal measurement is +/-2 weeks...you're probably measuring above 2 weeks

I went for ANC and the doctor asked me to pack my bags on Sunday and come for cervical ripening.
I'm 39weeks and some days but she says my stomach is too big based on measurements.

What do you advice? Is it ok for me to go for the cervical ripening or still wait till normal labor.
