It means you are 14weeks pregnant with coexisting fibroids.
Congratulations.
The fibroid size seems small so you shouldn't have issues.

My wife just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl through VD. EDD 15/10. DD. 11/10
Once again I thank God. Being a first timer we spent more than 24 hours in the hospital before delivery. I pray for safe delivery to all others here.

Is it normal to feel less movement at 38 weeks? Checked harshest with our home fetal doepler and it is difficult to get consistent over 120hb/m. Although I experienced same two antenatal sessions ago, it took the nurse a while to get same and the OBGYN said everything was fine although, we had to do a non stress test same date to monitor the heart beat.

While its normal to have reduced movements in the final weeks of the pregnancy due reduced playing/movement space, you should count the movements and be sure all is well. You are supposed to count 10 movements a 2hr period. To aid in the counts, she can take something sweet (coke or orange juice) before starting the counts and if the movements is still reduced then you talk to your healthcare provider.

My first child like I shared is a Canadian, Canadians are allowed into their country and me as the mum, an immediate family member. so airline would always ask for evidence which is the birth certificate. again non-optional/non discretionary reasons, mine was medical. plus I have PR siblings but that only came up when I was already at canada immigration. the main thing is airlines will not let you fly if you cannot show evidence to enter a country that has restrictions.

This clears up a lot. Unfortunately my hopes are dashed again as I don’t have Canadian kids or siblings.

Please @sugah, just to clear my doubts I need to get clarifications from you concerning the antibiotics regimen you posted.

Like I said that I did urine mcs which came out today and the result says " yielded no growth of bacteria after 24 hours of incubation". Will it still be safe to take the regimen of azithromycin and doxycycline for hydrosalpinx?

Hi dear.
Remember I said the antibiotics regimen was given after a chlamydia and bacterial load test?. The test is conducted using menstrual blood and its done in Greece. You can google "hidden c test greece" for more info. Urine mcs wouldn't detect the presence of chlamydia and chlamydia can cause tubal blockage. So yes, you can take the regimen.

Okay you mean I should take these drugs to clear my tubes. I took doxycycline, flagyl and ciprotab with hubby in February this year to treat PID. I also did urine mcs on monday and result will be out tomorrow (Thursday).

Also, can I take augumentin (1g) in place of azithromycin. Thanks sis

You can choose to do the antibiotics regimen....its worked for many people but please follow the instructions to the letter.
Unfortunately, augmentin cannot be replaced with Azithromycin for this as they are different spectrum of antibiotics.

Treatment for Chlamydia and bacterial load.
INSTRUCTIONS　

· The treatment needs to be followed by both partners at the same time (please let us know if you are taking any other antibiotics)

· The antibiotics should be taken on empty stomach or after a meal.

· Alcohol intake should be avoided during treatment period.

· Keep upright position for at least 30 minutes after intake of DOXYCYCLINE and avoid taking it too late in the evening.

· Avoid intake of dairy products with or close to DOXYCYCLINE intake and limit exposure to sunlight because of possible photosensitivity reaction.

　

Day 1: Azithromycin tbs 250mg, [take 4 tablets altogether, total 1000mg]

Day 2: NOTHING

Day 3-7: Doxycycline tbs 100mg, [one tablet in the morning and one in the evening]

Day 8: Day 1: Azithromycin tbs 250mg, [take 4 tablets altogether, total 1000mg]

Day 9-24: Doxycycline tbs 100mg, [one tablet in the morning and one in the evening]

Day 25: Azithromycin tbs 250mg, [take 4 tablets altogether, total 1000mg]

DURING THE TREATMENT YOU MAY TAKE 1 TABLET OMEPRAZOLE 20 mg OR PROBIOTICS IN CASE YOU HAVE SENSITIVE STOMACH OR IF YOU FEEL THAT YOUR STOMACH IS UPSET.

What antibiotics regimen were you on and for how long?
Chlamydia is a mostly asymptomatic infection that can cause that kind of fallopian tube blockage. Id look for my old post about the antibiotics regimen prescribed.

Question you should ask is what is "oka"?
Fontanelle or oka as yoruba people call it, is normal. Its not caused by food etc...

I met a woman today at the hospital. She gave birth recently through CS. She told me that the nurses told her not to take her bathe because of the scars not to get wet.

Consequently she has not taken her bathe for 18 days and I notice a very strong odur emanating from her body which is easily noticed by anyone around.

Pls is it true that bathing is forbiden because of the scars?

Yes "baths"(soaking in a bathtub) are forbidden in the first weeks of delivery and while still bleeding.
But what we call baths in Nigeria are actually showers...so I'm not sure if its a miscommunication from the nurses or not.
While in the hospital and the stitches are still on, she's meant to clean up by just washing and drying the heat zones using a wash clothe and antibacterial soap. After stitches are removed she can shower with warm water but pat the incision area dry. The instruction is to keep the area dry..

Did your tummy go down? When can one start wearing post partum belt?

Just to clear a misconception, the postpartum belt isn't to flatten your stomach...it just helps keep everything in by supporting your abdominal muscle cos they are weak after delivery..also helps with back pain. Its not supposed to be worn too tight like "waist trainers" so you can start wearing when you feel comfortable.
I didn't have a "scar" so my nurses put me in a postpartum belt the day after my CS.

But with exercise and clean eating my stomach went flat later.

Wify just got bfp. She is six weeks gone.

We have been ttcing for four years.

She had a miscarriage once at six weeks and later did a fibroid surgery in November 2018.

Please can someone enlighten me on how things are done here so I can follow up.

I intend to be here throughout this journey so I can get information that will help us get through this.

We planned to register her for antenatal at 12 weeks.

Welcome and congratulations to you once again.
Previous miscarriage and long TTC means you have to start antenatal immediately (even if you're under HMO that insists on 12 weeks, you can be seeing your gyne for checkup prior to the 12th week mark)..she might need progesterone support depending on the cause of the previous miscarriage.
She might also need pelvic rest (no sex) and avoiding strenuous activities as precautionary measures.
Hope she has started on her prenatals....especially folic acid.

As long as she's still taking her vitamins and lots of fluids, she's fine.
