Which area is the pain? Because it will depend on the area the fibrous growth is at. Mine was between the right side of the pelvic and pubic bone. I couldn't maintain a posture for long without feeling the excruciating pain. I couldn't stand very upright cos something around there was pulling me down. Sleeping was very difficult too. It was a scan that revealed it was the fibroid after complaint.

I'm now feeling no pain at all. As the baby grows the pain subsided. I suggest you complain at the hospital.

It's like a drilling pain above my pelvis and higher up
At my last scan they were more than 7 located in different parts but the biggest is just over 3cm so it's small....I wasn't expecting any pains from it that's why I'm asking to be sure it's not the fibroids causing the pain. I've taken pcm and I feel better now... hopefully it stays that way.

Hi Neile good morning. How's your baby girl doing?
Please I want to ask, are you able to describe the pain you felt with the fibroids?
I've been in pain since yesterday but it's the sort of pain I get when I've inadvertently starved myself .so I've been stuffing my face full of food but it's still persistent now I'm wondering if it's the fibroids causing the pain.

Any other mama that experienced pains with fibroids as baby was growing should please help out.

Your woman is complaining most likely because she doesn't orgasm not necessarily about the length of thrusting. A surprisingly large number of women don't orgasm via penetration but by clitorial stimulation. So instead of thinking of what to take to prolong thrusting time to infinity, think of what to do to ensure her legs are quivering from orgasms. It's important I seek others advice on time most especially when her period is fourth coming and her ovaluation is low.

I make such she is not understand pressure.

That's why I asked how she knows her ovulation isn't regular. Has she tracked it with ovulation tests strip or TVs and confirmed it isn't regular?
What's her cycle length (first day of red blood to the beginning of the next red blood) When and how often do you have sex during cycle? Is your wife already taking folic acid? (Every woman is supposed to start taking this at least 3 months before pregnancy) we'd need more details apart from reduced ovulation (which isn't possible until approaching menopause). She needs to talk for herself or get more details from her

You sounded worried that pregnancy hadn't occurred in 7months and I'm saying you shouldn't be worried yet. It's only after you have taken your vitamins and tried for one year before you start getting worried.

I think the dosage for manix is twice daily but it has to be taken with milk

That's strange. Fibroids will definitely be detected via pelvic scan. Please see your doctor with the results..

I haven't heard too many testimonials of maca for sperm health...
Vit E and Manix taken for 3 months minimum will help...this in addition to lifestyle changes. If you drink or smoke, it's time to stop. Eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise. Any good pharmacy will have Manix & vit E

Please eh, you're the one that's supposed to be calming madam down. When she wants to start complaining, you tell her it's God that gives children and he'd bless you when it's time.

If she's above 35yrs, see a doctor together....but if she's less than 35 just relax and enjoy your marriage. Both of you can buy pregnacare conception for him/her and be taking, eat healthy and exercise together...have sex every other day from when her period ends... preferably at night so she just sleeps off afterwards.

Good morning dear.
The report, unfortunately, isn't good news.
The conclusion says there's fibroids and both fallopian tubes are blocked.
Most likely, it's the fibroids that's blocking the tubes so removing the fibroids will be the solution.

Not to worry, I was in this position years ago and I conceived my first son after the surgery.

It was necessary my dear. If he as the husband is worrying this much at 7months just imagine how bad it is with the woman. See the latest bfp announcement clearly stated that she relaxed and it happened for her...we just need to be careful so we don't cause problems for ourselves.

My marriage is currently 7 months old.

But we have experienced some ups and down doing this seven months most especially when it comes to pregnacny.

Doing the third month I had an infection (staphylococcus) through my wife. Thank God we were able to won the battle in the 5th month.

Now, the worrying thing is now pregnancy.

I have done Siminal Fliud Analysis twice, One before the infection and one after the infection. The result is attached.

However, my wife has been complaining of inconsistent ovulation, recently she is supposed to see her period yesterday, but it was not forth coming.

She has done PT test but negative.

What can we do at this point

Firstly, unless your wife is above 35years you shouldn't start worrying about not getting pregnant until you have consistently tried for 1 year. By consistently I mean frequent sexual intercourse (every other day during her fertile window or from the end of her menstrual flow to the start of a new cycle)

When you say you got Staph infection through your wife I hope you don't mean through sex? Staphylococcus aureus isn't a sexually transmitted disease, it's a bacteria normally found on the skin and can be transmitted through body contact like handshake.....you probably caused further unnecessary tension in your young marriage.

Your seminal analysis reports are both ok. Sperm count increased to 145million but the mortility reduced slightly to 65% but it's nothing to worry about. The viscosity went from viscous to watery.

What's your wife's cycle length and why does she think ovulation isn't regular? Has she tracked it and confirmed she is ovulating? Let her create an account on NL or use yours to join the conversation.
But both of you need to relax! Unnecessarily stressing about pregnancy affects the hormones and causes delay in getting pregnant. You are still supposed to be in your honeymoon phase and you are already fighting upandan because of pregnancy.

I have been to gynecologist and I was diagnosed with PCOS and I have been on clomid and metformin.
And last week Thursday, burglars bugged my house and I have been tensed. I don't know if that is what affects it.
But before my body temperature rises from cold to hot every evening and I have lost of appetite even till now.

Did you go through any stress/excitement? Usually that affects a cycle.
