If you are feeling too weak and unable to keep anything down, do see your doctor.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can take to stop the nausea/vomiting, you can only manage it until the phase pases. Things that can help: you can leave crackers by your bedside, eat some when you wake and lie in bed for a while before getting up...eat small portions of food more frequently..say 4-5times daily... Don't drink water immediately after eating... Don't lie down after eating.... Don't eat things too spicy or with strong smell...bread/fried yam are a good option. If you're taking prenatals that have iron you might want to either limit it to only at night or just take only folic acid for now. You can buy peppermint/bitterkola/ginger to put in your mouth to help ease the nausea too.

*It says 15% of the sperm either doesn't have tail or is pinhead etc. It's nothing to worry about cos anything above 50% morphology is good.

Thank you for checking on us. I have had severe HG from 6 weeks till 11 weeks and spent most of my days in the hospital cos I could not keep anything down for days and lost a lot of weight. But I am feeling so much better now. I’m starting to eat little carbs and drink little water. Severe breakout all over my face and weakness but it is easing up and I’m looking forward to the second trimester where I can add weight back.
I also struggle to take my prenatal drugs cos it makes me want to throw up, pls is there a way around it?

Eish, sorry about this. Thank God it's easing up and you're feeling better.
You might want to stick with only folic acid for now cos the iron in the prenatals are said to cause nausea. Then when the nausea stops you can continue the prenatals.

Consulting with a gyne before this covid-19 brouhaha, but everything has taken a back seat except coronavirus.

Did your doctor rule out endometritis?
Have you tracked your cycle to confirm you ovulate? That's either with Tvs or ovulation test strips?

In the meantime, also add vit b6 to the folic acid and vitamins

Thankfully my own skin ish was on my shoulders and back. Like pimples so I didn't bother doing anything.
As a firsttimer your bump might not start showing till about 18-20weeks.... depending on your weight/body type.
Ah, thank goodness I didn't know the fibroids were back, I would have been worried sick and that might have affected conception. The doctor i'm seeing to seems to have a lot of experience with fibroids in pregnancy so I feel confident but also trust in God for a smooth journey

Someone said as regards the discharge from my breast I should visit a gynaecologist I will do just that.

Mama's in the house please advice on the drugs hubby could take to boost his sperm count and motility.

The discharge from your breast is usually an indication that you have high prolactin. Your gyne will prescribe medication to help treat that and to help you ovulate.

Different combinations work for sperm count/mortility. Manix +vit E, fertilaid for men/mortility boost etc depending on your pocket. But they have to be taken for at least 3months to see changes. You'd also have to take your own medication to help you ovulate same period he's boosting his count.

my ms now na die. I can't even explain how I feel most of the time. I lack sleep, heavy insomnia. Yes, my bump is showing now at just 10weeks and it's scary. Had an ultrasound 2weeks ago and one of the sonographers said multiples, I almost fainted until they checked properly and the one said it's hematoma. I have been placed on bed rest till 18th week. Sometimes, I wonder if the first sonographer is correct cos of the bump. This is my third pregnancy anyway

Please observe the bed rest o, although I've just read about hematoma and its nothing to worry about and usually resolves on its own.

I didn't have any MS with my first pregnancy but with this it feels like I've been pregnant for 8months already. I started off with all day nausea but now it's only in the evening. So I have to eat dinner before 6pm else OYO is my case for the night. I've had heartburn, food aversion, smell aversion, constipation, bloating, hemorrhoids, gas, skin rashes at some point in my 13 weeks But im very grateful to God for making me go through this journey again.
Oh and I've had a bump since I was 6weeks infact at my 8weeks scan my stomach was already measuring 20weeks but it's due to these bloody fibroids that returned after a myomectomy 6yrs ago Caused my some cramping and spotting earlier on and my doctor placed me on progesterone suppositories. Thankfully, this time the fibroids didn't cause me any delays in conceiving, I didn't even know I had them until I started having pains and went for scan.

Well, considering you can't predict what ovary eggs will be released from the month of trying the IUI, it's not advised.
Before proceeding to IVF, there's been several ways mamas have testified of unblocking tubes. That will be a more an option first. Serrapeptase with tubal flushing have helped unblock tubes.
But if age is a factor and there's funds available, then yes IVF will be the best route to go.

Yes, unfortunately so.
IUI isnt recommended in the case of blocked tubes.
IUI process, the woman is given drugs/injections to help her ovulate...the process is monitored with scans..on or before the egg is released the man's sperm is washed and inserted in the woman's cervix so it reaches the eggs immediately it's released. So yes, the tubes have to be patent for the procedure to work.

His vocabulary is limited to what he's exposed to in the house and would increase when he starts school. Also being the first child with no siblings to interact with affects as well. But before he starts school you can help him build it.
When he wants to eat and he says golden morn, you probe him with questions and teach him what to say. E.g Do you want golden morn? And make him say, yes mommy or I want golden morn. Also speak slowly so he can read your lips and see how you form the words with your mouth...this is one of the downsides of exposure to Tv/YouTube..they hear the words but don't understand how the words or sentences are formed.
But note that kids develop at their own individual pace,.don't compare to others. As long as he's meeting his milestones, he's fine.
