Suffered same thing recently. Called the customer care and luckily I was referred to the person in charge of our account. They just wanted to do a verification and couldn't reach us on the US number we provided during account opening. We explained to him we are based in Nigeria yada yada yada and the account was reopened. |

Current minimum wages throughout the U.S. are found here and currently prevailing wages can be found here.
A certification that you will receive free room and board A certification that your employer will ensure that you do not become a public charge while working for your employer A certification that you will not accept any other employment while working for your employer A certification that your employer will not withhold your passport A certification that both parties understand that you cannot be required to remain on the premises after working hours without compensation A certification that your employer will pay your initial travel expenses to the U.S. and subsequently to your employer's onward assignment, or to your country of normal residence at termination.
Check Faree28 posts. Her nanny was given a visa after prior refusal Na wa ooo. I did not do any research before this application..it was very impromptu. At least she wasn't outrightly denied, I'd keep my fingers crossed. |

nefertitiram: Did you research domestic workers contracts in relations with what is obtainable in US? you know their rules differ from ours.
Anyways, it may be granted.... time frame now is what we dont know... but dont buy tickets till a visa has been granted! Pele dear Thanks dear. No I did not research about the US requirements, i tried hiring a nanny in the US some months ago but that hourly rate no just gel at all.....does it mean people that travel with their nanny's have to comply with US work policies? |

nefertitiram: It depends on the circumstances.
Did you get it after Dropbox or after interview?
What section was marked?
Was it Lagos or Abuja
If it was after Dropbox then I guess you will need to schedule an interview and go and defend yourself. Lagos this morning, Interview for my nanny...she went in alone cos I have a valid visa Circled bit was something about "domestic worker hours of work and wages" I have dropped off our contract agreement and letter of introduction at DHL. Dunno if I should go ahead and book her tickets cos our proposed trip is close |

jazzyjazz: Wow Let me just endure till my son clocks 6 months But my issue with Keto is, what happens after you've reached your goal? I mean one can't keto all her life na
Did it so reduce stomach fat? That seems to be my nemesis right now You go into maintenance. You up your carb intake to about 100-150g a day. Or you can do normal foods once a week. Lemme get to that phase first My tummy is going down but I don't do the plank exercise that targets the stomach and abs. |

jazzyjazz: How long have you been on the diet? I wish I could loose 7kg mehn! I've only lost 3kg with exercise o. I started with the nursing mothers plan when my baby clocked 6 months (3months ago) and lost 6kg in 2 weeks but I did not lose anything again until last week when I started the full keto. Lost 1kg in 1 week. |

tippex: @sugah, ah the struggle to lose weight is real. I have lost 6kilos and still have 9kg to go, no be small matter at all. Is the Keto diet working? i am also on a no carb diet for now and the weight is gradually coming off.
I thought i was the one that didn't like hosting parties! I have found a sister in you . I am not just cut out for that wahala for a one year old birthday. School fees is not even smiling in this part of lagos i live so i have my priorities right.
@cha.nbaby, What was the woman thinking? its only at weddings you are dashed money o, nobody send you for birthday. Keto diet is low carb high fat. IV lost 7kg and 2dress sizes so far. But I'm too stressed to add exercises so my weight loss is slow.. I plan to lose 12 more kg and wear size 6/8. Hmm! My wedding sef I wanted only 30 close family and friends.... but if you have that kind of plan then don't marry a Yoruba man. |

Whyterose: By the way,her poop had been slimmy n greenish in colour Eva since she was 2months old she's been on antibiotics bt it still comes back 2green after a while. @tippex my September teamie. You are not alone. Ayomide turned 9months today but his first teeth showed on Sunday. (Wondering if that's why he was feeling unwell 2weeks ago) What's keeping him from walking without holding furniture is fear.... But he is getting more confident. You dey even plan to cook rice, we plan to just do photoshoot. I hate parties and the stress that comes with it. Meanwhile, we would only start celebrating birthdays he can remember unless my DH changes his mind.
I don't want another Belle now o, not until after keto does it's magic on my body |

prettmum: Lolz mummy Ayomide, yes he is breathing like his nose snuffed and nothing is coming out from his nose. How is your prince charming.? Prince charming is fine, had his first swimming lessons yesterday and he absolutely loved it. The breathing is normal o, you can choose to do nothing and he would be fine. My own time I took him to the hospital for the doctor to check his chest cos I thought I had exposed him to too much AC, alas he was fine. |

hunniesuzie: Hayyy. My fresh bumbum. No oh, it's not me it's him. I know he's too young but you should see him. Once he's on his back he struggles to sit up and I'm trying to figure out how to stop it. Also the boy hates tummy time Tchai!! I had to go reread what you posted initially. I misread the "struggling to sit part". If he has good head control already then you can prop him up with pillows and give supervised sitting time. Please be careful so he doesn't fall and hurt himself. |

The LOL after your comment connotes you do not believe one can get a trustworthy maid. ... I count myself as the very blessed few who can confidently say I have a good nanny. People that see the way she treats my boy usually think she is my younger sister. I am blessed indeed. |
