Equalizer:Compared with the US, UK or SA, Industrial Engineering in Nigeria is still in its infancy stage |
Michky:is Ambrose a 2? besides, bakri (number 9 of sudan) with his pace destroyed ambrose in khartoum, maybe keshi wanted someone that is fast hence onazi. it is only with the national team that ambrose plays as a right back. celtic plays ambrose as a centre back |
Michky:onazi played as a number 2 during his days with the U17. he also played as a number 2 during the afcon game last year against zambia. this position is not new to him |
he is gone.. Amodu is now incharge |
Standing5: Guy stop being funny. How can guests signify their party without posting. The thread is a scam just like the arithmetic of 5 > 27 and 16 > 19.There are those of us like me, who didn't post anything but voted instead...... |

Industrial and production engineering (Industrial engineering) is more like the business side of engineering. Its all about financial management, optimization and simulation, quality management, supply chain and logistics, physical asset management, a bit of project management, operations management etc Most schools abroad offer engineering management as a separate degree under industrial engineering (PG level), this should give you an idea of what industrial and production engineering is all about, and what your chances are. Basically you can fit anywhere if you are good at what you do |
DBlackCeazer: Hello all,I ve been lifting for quite some time now,i ve noticed improvements except for my shoulders, its still looking scrawny.pls, how do i correct this.Military press, upright rows. Besides any pressing movement works the shoulders especially the front deltoids |
Swiftboy: I heard one may tear muscle while lifting weight.Possible, happened to me in june while deadlifting, injured my back because i started heavy instead of warming up with a light weight. Let's say the devil caught up with me that day. Have learnt my lessons though. |
Slimboy94: Pls i'm too slim and i have small legs and don't have the time to lift weight pls is there any drug i can use without lifting weights that can make me improve weightsSince you don't have time to squat with weights, try squating your body weight or you frog jump at home. Drugs(steroids) won't help, you have to workout before you gain something, if you are on cycle and diet well, you will get big, but will go down to your normal size off cycle. Example: check out wwe wrestler shawn micheals in the 90's and now. |
50calibre: That's the issue, you can't eat such amounts without feeling sick. thing is, with time you'd get so used to it, that once you haven't eaten that much, you'd feel so hungry.Mark wahlberg ate 12times a day to gain mass for the role he played in pain and gain. @50caliber, when you gained mass, did you get stronger? |
Underground: I beg to differ. Sticking to your diet should be easier to attain abroad. All the things that make it impossible for us in Nigeria to keep up, you are fortunate not to experience. E.g. Lack of constant power to preserve meals or quickly microwave them; unpredictable traffic and other unforeseen circumstances that would make sticking to your meal plan almost impossible; lack of variety of food which you on the other hand can easily do a quick stop at your local store and get and at very reasonable prices I must add.... You know how much them dey sell broccoli and asparagus for here so?? Oboy you don't know what you are enjoying!Variety of food?? You mean hormone induced chicken, beef, veggies and others abi? besides if you are not earning any income trying such experiments is a disaster waiting to happen. |
Been working out for 2years now, its now my addiction, more like a stress reliever. I workout 4 or 5 times a week. Each body part has its own day. Am also into progressive loading routine. Diet is very important, but me am struggling in that area, eating small meals 6 or 7 times a day is slightly expensive for a postgrad in a foreign country hehehehehehe! |
U guys r jus sayin olympus has fallen.i'm 100 percent sure u havnt watched white house down.abeg make una go w atch d two movies b4 comparin
Seen the two movies, both movies are very good but olympus has fallen is the numero uno |
You guys are not even a pure breed..... You are neither white or black. |
spade: @Sholay. True fact. Coloreds especially in western cape date purely on racial lines and amongst themselves. |
There is noting wrong with this workout, the only problem is poor form due to round back. |
sweetcheecks: What is zobo made out of? And kunu? Soya milk i know and i can get at Woolworths.. You can't get such stuffs at woolworths. I suggest you look for Nigerian shops or african shops around you |
do dey drive on d left in SA?
Yes |
Yes. The best 3 are dutse, hadejia and kazaure |
Squat with a good techinque, and you wnt wreck your back. Also try it using a squat rack. |
If you want to remain in jigawa state, then dutse and areas around dutse like gwaram, birin-kudu, sara are always calm. Rigim is also ok. Hadejia is a hotbed for fundamentalist, what happened during the 2011 election crisis can be used as an example. On a good day jigawa state is a peaceful state, the only problem is that if there is any uprising in the north, you just have to stay put, because travelling tru kano and yobe is not advised, and d nearest airport is in Kano. served in dutse, and i know how it was when GEJ won. |
And where is zimbwabwe now in terms of economy? What did mugabe achieve? One thing you dnt know is that whites(70%) control the economy of SA, without them SA will collaspe... |
