I'm quite comfortable, and about to start a computer and pos business.

I now make an average of #400,000 monthly from my freelance writing career.

I just graduated from the university, and perhaps next year I'll get myself a car.

But that's not the point... The point is, why is my hair receding?

I'm not here to intimidate you, but to seek for help.
Kindly tell me how you make money from writing. I really want to know.

Is the woman that burnt her niece also the law?

You need to view this from a balanced point if view

Sometimes no matter how wrong it is, we wish that bad things happen to bad people and that woman's case is not an exception

Did you see what she did to that innocent girl?

Please don't even tell me you want to defend her
What she did to the innocent girl is obviously wrong, so she should be taken to the police station. No one has the right to take matters into their hands and met out jungle justice.

which state? I don't know how Lagos people do it, but in other places, you don't need a lawyer to issue quit notice. I kicked out one stupid couple who were vandalizing my apartment 2 yrs ago, without a lawyer. it took 14 days. the fool initially boasted that he had the right to one year notice LOL. something is inherently wrong with tenants from the flat*head region. every opportunity is used to create problems. Nepa bill, borehole servicing etc. I won't be accommodating them henceforth.
Wow! I truly wish you get to rent a place, loose every source of income, and get a quit notice from your landlord. While your tenants were wrong to vandalize your apartment, there are many tenants who take care of their rented apartment like it is their property. Life should be lived with a high sense of compassion.

Was he not paid for designing the flag? Should Nigeria keep on paying him for designing the flag once? Then we should keep on paying those that designed the coat of arms, national stadium, national theater... and all national monuments. We should also take care of those who came up with the national pledge, national anthem.... Nigerians should stop with the entitlement rubbish. When you do a job and you’re paid for it, that is the end. Anything else is magnanimity and not entitlement.

You do not understand me. Lady, you annoyed me, but let's not take it far. Hey! Thank God is different from thank Oxford. Hope you get me. I am not against you with your level of understanding. I realised I need to educate you more. You just need to understand me, and you need to move more with people with higher IQ.

That man has the money to develop a vaccine, but he prefers running awareness here and there which ends up with a day food distribution, and they hail him like you are hailing him. What sort of awareness again, when the whole world is already aware? The world is concerned and AstraZeneca in collaboration with Oxford University has developed a vaccine. Why couldn't he channel the money for this unreasonable awareness and many useless programs he has done to fund a professor of Microbiology or pharmacology to research a vaccine here. Bull Gate did not distribute food, but bounced into making vaccine for polio...not for his nation, but for underdeveloped nation. After the vaccine, awareness can come. Awareness for northern Nigeria was done successfully, and the vaccine project was a success. Even Ngozi Iweala was a director.

But this man put awareness first before tackling the root cause of the issue. And he is even celebrating his "stupi. dity" after someone else used his initiative to call on AstraZeneca and Oxford University to put it in their program. They sponsored researchers to do it.

The money he is wasting for cheap popularity could have sponsored phd candidates who are assistants to such professor(s) for free phd programs. All he needs to do is to check with universities and professors who are leaders in the discipline. I know what I am saying because I am into making our nation better.

Who knows Ned before marrying that small girl? It is fame he is after that is making him organising useless parties here and there you called awareness. What is he telling us we do not know about malaria? All those people there know what to do when hit with malaria. Or you want to tell me you do not know what to do when malaria hits you? And are you saying they do not know that keeping open drainage is a big cause. So, why can't he go to government and do the awareness. Or is it citizens who will make closed drainage systems. Why cant he go to his fellow politicians and address them. All they do is collect billions for useless mosquito nets and loot all. Is it in the street he will educate his fellow politicians? Was he not an ex law maker? He couldn't educate them while he had the opportunity, it is after he married that small girl he wants to educate them in the street with jamboree programs. You better start using your head in the right direction and stop allowing these people fo.ol you, use you, and then dump you when they are done with you.

Apology for blasting you, but you caused it. You could have asked me in a more polite way. Now that I have educated you, I hope you can allow it rest. If you continue to rant, I will ignore you.

Blessing!

Read my post again. So, walking around is the solution. But creating vaccine is not. What a pity? Oh! I am not a layman as I have my head to use. You are definitely a lay girl and It is why you cannot think rightly. It is why you saw thanks to oxford when there was non in my post. You are a lay girl to judge my relevance. Anyway, one is to tweak your "dumb" laygirl's head to start thinking in the right direction. Smallie, it is not only fashion, make up, and looking for a rich man you are created for. You can use your head and post meaningfully. Just go the Regina way and marry your grandfather so we know what you are up to.

It is is money and he can spend it anyhow you said. You are m.umu. M.umu enterprise. Mu.mu ltd.

Get the crap out of my mention. S.illy thing!
You have serious issues. By walking they are spreading awareness. What are you doing to help educate the public on how to prevent malaria or any other disease? Can you even garner 5 people to go on a walk with you even if your life depends on it? Instead of pooping all over their efforts, appreciate their achievements.
Oh! I just reread your original post and you mentioned Oxford. Perhaps you were in a drug induced coma when you wrote that. This will explain your inability to remember what you wrote only yesterday.

Very funny. Trying to make money from what is worthless. Non of these people ever thought to developing a vaccine for malaria. Thank God UK has done it again through oxford university. Meanwhile Ned is partying about with his useless team. When he could channel his money into research and stay silent. But he must make noise with his useless walk. No wonder he married that small girl for popularity. Very funny. After walking, they must eat and drink. Lol.
It is his money and he is free to spend it anyway he wants to. Malaria is preventable and treatable, yet so many people die from it. You, what is your relevance to society? You’re here thanking Oxford! Will the layman have the opportunity to know what Oxford is up to? But when he sees Regina and that crowd, he will ask questions.

A woman does not have to be quiet to be a good wife. She can have a quiet and gentle spirit. But to be quiet usually makes for the most boring of relationships. While both husband and wife being good cooks may make life easier, it is not compulsory. Their character and dependence on God will keep them in a joyful marriage.

You mean If your husband is struggling with a load ,you will Not Help him.it is a great crime that can destroy any Home .its a betrayal , a Breach of Trust ,deception. The Nigerian Woman believe a man Must carry all the load because He is a man .This is pure wickedness,If you See your man is struggling .You need Help .women are shouting equality ,but when IT Comes to responsiblity ,they are shouting you are the man .70% of Nigerian women are complete liability to men ,thou some good ones are Out there .Must the man die before you help.i have never in my Life depended on a Woman for Help,Our women should learn to be resposible also .The White Woman whom they are Copy Share Bills together with their men ,they do all Things men do.but Our black women still Stick to old mentality that men Must carry all load even when the Woman is working.that is why Most men are afraid of marriage ,because of the new Generation of women we have .i May be harsh but this is the truth with black women.i have observed a differnce in White women
I just want to point out one thing. Men and women are equal. A man is in no way greater than a woman. But in marriage, the husband is the head of the home and his wife submits to him. Don’t expect a woman to submit to one random man who claims his gender is superior. That is why the Bible says submit to one another. The Bible does not say women submit to men. It says wives submit to your husband.

We have a number of Nigerian men who will do nothing if they know their wives earn a great deal. These days we have men who are gold diggers. I’m not calling you one. I’m telling you why women now hide their earnings. She did not tell you because she wanted to be treated like a woman: loved and pampered by her husband irrespective of his earnings. Nawa o. Out of the people changing the world positively, how many percent of them have ever been whipped or flogged? Did they 'flog sense' into Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos? This is nothing but slavery mentality. The people that developed the latest vaccines, are they products of flogging and unnecessary beatings? The Oyinbo people that translated 'spare the rod and spoil the child' don't even have rods for flogging anymore. You expect a student to be corrected just as a Fulani corrects his cattle and you expect development? That's a deep joke.
Some oyibos beat their children. Or you don’t know spanking is beating? The parents are just mindful of child services. Beating a kid does not diminish his intelligence. Intelligence does not mean good character. In fact some of America’s super intelligent people do not function properly in society. As for the student that was flogged, why did he jump out of a window? Is he a thief?

husseinaaa:
I met this guy 2018 in my Madam's tailoring shop while I was learning as an apprentice.

He usually comes around, he talks and jokes with everyone in the shop and we are all free with him after sometimes of showing good behaviours towards us.

To cut the story short, one day he asked for my phone number that he wants to be communicating with me, so I told him I don't have a phone I am not working yet, I am still learning and he smiled and promised to buy me a phone, which I told him if it's not just a gift he should not buy but if he wants to dash me for no reason like having intention of relationship or sex etc he should. Then he said he just meant to buy for me as a friend and I thank him.

So few days later he gave me 50,000 to buy myself a phone and I collected it and appreciated it.

So we communicate normally but just as a friend.

Last month he started asking me out, I told him am not ready for relationship because the kind of suffering and stress I pass through to survive totally made me lose interest for anything like that, he got angry and told me to send back his 50,000 to him or I should accept him. He is threatening me because he knows I cannot afford such money to pay him so I told him to give me time, I will refund it just to avoid problem but he said no time will be given that either I should give him my virginity or if I don't pay before next 7 days he will destroy my life, either by jazz or attack.

I just don't know what to do I need advice.
Why would you collect an expensive present from a guy you’re not engaged to? This kind of behavior beats me. Now some irrelevant men will come to nairaland to insult ladies. Please take out the SIM from the phone and return it to him. Thank him for giving it to you in the first place. Show some class and do NOT insult him.

Penguin2:
Dangote has turned himself to a very sadistic capitalist.

Man is ready to impoverish the whole of Nigeria if it will give him more money.

Just like Bill Gates that is ready to infect the world with a deadly virus so he can sell vaccine.

BUA CEO was accusing him the other day of being the reason that cement is still expensive in the country. He wouldn't allow govt throw the sector open to numerous investors.

Now he's building refinery and he is already suggesting that only those with refinery license should be allowed to import fuel so that he can tighten the sector and sell a litre at #500.

The next Southern president should stop that man. Especially the cement industry. It should be thrown open to all interested investors.
Stop saying things you don’t know about Bill Gates. He is someone who has helped Africa without getting anything back in return. He is the one that went out of his way to eradicate polio in northern Nigeria, a place that boasts of numerous Nigerians who billionaires. He sponsors young people with innovative ideas all over the world. At the end of the day, the idea remains yours. He sponsors foundations in Nigeria. The problem is that extremely wealthy Nigerians present their foundations and take over sponsorships. They get billions from the Gates Foundation, then they sponsor rubbish like Walk for the Chibok Girls. Rubbish in the sense that organizing a walk does not require any money. So stop vilifying Bill Gates. He does not need your money. Instead he constantly gives your country money. He is about saving the world from its excesses. About helping where it is needed.
