Please don’t make such assumptions about me not knowing anything about Asaba and also cultism is not just problem for Asaba anymore. The whole country has gradually been infiltrated by people with pack mentality and violent tendencies.

The main issue is to find a quick and lasting solution because it will get worse soon, this is just the beginning we are seeing if something drastic is not done fast. I will keep saying it, Asaba was and is still beautiful town, we just need to act fast.

The government should take a tough stand against cultism in Nigeria, All cult groups should be identified by their names and outlawed with seriousness. Forget all these names and the pretence they are social groups, they have since changed from dancing and harmless fraternities to killing, stealing and rape.
We can blame the cultists all we want but the real solution is for the government and the people to come out and deal with the menace fully and swiftly.

Very soon people will be too scared to send their children to school because an idiot can kill them for nothing.

There has never been anything beautiful about Asaba, physically or otherwise. I have been working there since 2016 but refuse to bring down my family there from the east. That is how bad I detest the town.

Yes you are right, there is nothing beautiful anymore in a once beautiful and peaceful town. This is the reason why there is urgent need for changes, Starting with drugs and cultism. Asaba is a small town not bigger than Surulere in Lagos. The government should be able to gather intel easily and crush these no brain idiots. The traditional rulers should also be involved actively and lay a course on any youth or family involved in cultism. The people should join hands and make this evil trending in Asaba unpopular.

Drugs and cultism has taking over a very beautiful city called Asaba and all the people and the government can do is sit and look. The government have failed Asaba, the NDLEA have failed Asaba and even the police too. These unintelligent rascals are not even smart enough to fool anybody. The government should clamp down very hard on these idiots before it is too late.
Asaba youths should be involved in the fight against drugs and cultism to stem this painful and unnecessary killings.

What did u want banks to do ooo? Perhaps they should start recruiting their own soldiers! Its the duty of govt to provide adequate security.

At least they can improve on their structure, they depend too much on that door, they should design their buildings in a way it will not be easy to reach the staff even when that door is down, that will discourage the criminals in a way. Their are other things they can do which I cant mention say here ...

I will keep saying this , the security system of banks in Nigeria needs serious upgrade. How can just a truck policemen escort millions of naira with no back up nearby ? Their usual routes is supposed to have plain cloth armed security men monitoring them from a distance. They can be anywhere on the road and can drive in to support the transporting team faster. Just look at peoples father's, sons and uncles killed for nothing. Rip

Nigerian banks never learn anything from past events, this same thing will happen again if the security system of these banks is not reviewed and upgraded.
The lifes of customers and staff of these banks are too exposed and these criminals see the lapses and use it.
It is time for all banks to come together and draw a plan to secure their branches and also map out life insurance for policemen attached to banks. May the souls of the innocent rest in peace and the criminals rot in hell

The federal government is not ready to deal with this issue of abuse of house maids in Nigeria, they should declare an age limit for someone you are allowed to hire as a maid not to be less than 15 years or more. Anybody found hiring underaged kids for labour, should be jailed.

Do you know I prefer wooding furniture from Edo state, compared to those fake China doors ? I'm not saying the other person will do any better but its time we start asking the right questions.

What's all these beautiful pictures for ? Edo state has lost value due to politicians not having anything to offer to the people. For example, if you go to Edo state the only industries you will see are Hotels , Banks and Churches.
The youths are left jobless and hopeless making some turn to crime, what happened to the talented furniture and wood carving people of Edo state ? Instead of the people in charge to go to China and buy furniture production machinery and train their talented youths to use them to make doors and furniture in mass to sell to the rest of the country and even export to other countries.

Till today Edo and Delta state still has the best wood in Africa roting away and sometimes used for firewood. Time for our leaders to start thinking and using their head to create wealth . instead they will keep creating SARS , Anti cult and Anti kidnapping.

Obviously , there is a lot going on in Edo state at this period but the good people of Edo state should be careful with all this dancing and singing from a man who wants to control the state as a godfather.

What a terrible loss, may the souls of the dead rest in peace and may their loved ones have the heart to bear the loss. Meanwhile the government needs to act fast on oshodi Apapa expressway, the recklessness of the bus drivers and the activities of armed robbers on that road is becoming alarming.
These days you see buses going towards oncoming traffic with no care whatsoever, the buses load and offload passengers in the middle of the expressway with heavy duty trucks bearing down on them and at night people get attacked by robbers around Agunlejika and Cele areas. The good governor of Lagos state should restore sanity to that axis or we will keep seeing this kind of terrible scene repeat itself.

The Nigerian Justice system , once someone dies then automatically someone has to be arrested . in other countries that is not how it works, the right thing is to interview the suspect and then investigate the death and if there is any fowl play arrest and charge the suspect to court.
So is it now a crime to live with a lady ? The way things are going no Lady should be allowed to sleep over at your house because anything can happen and you will be arrested. Just imagine if the guy is innocent and he goes through all this stress just because he lost a friend. The police should amend the way they work in this country.

How many rich people want to board the bus with poor people? Because they know that their lives and belongings are not safe when poor people sit beside them...
Some of them don't mind if they drive the traffic for 4 hours than to sit with poor people on BRT buses...

This is not about rich or poor ,if you spend four hours from Adeniran Ogunsanya to Eko bridge then you will understand .
Because some Nigerians like class , they can roll out more expensive executive buses for those that value class . we just need to get to work without the gridlock.

The buses will be a welcome development, meanwhile the national stadium and Teslin Balogun stadium should be converted to a temporal car park and bus terminal during this third mainland bridge maintenance period.
Since those stadiums are not in use these days , people heading to the island should be encouraged to park their cars at those designated car parks and then board buses to cross them to and from the island. This will reduce the congestion on the remaining routes to the island during peak periods .
Those buses should be given crossing priority to encourage people to use it more .

Face shield will ruin your eyes, it is made of plastic and not suitable for your eye sight.
Face mask is better , but the way people touch their face masks all the time , I think more people will get infected using them.
Let's be careful .

I couldn't finish watching the video, the actions of those officers seems personal. Its as if the officer interviewing the lady already knew about her past relationship.
This matter should not be swept under the carpet and officers should be barred from releasing videos of arrests to the media without proper vetting from the police legal unit.
