TolaniT97: You mentioned having lots of money to spend.
I intend to get in through France, spend 3 days in Paris then move by train to Holland, spend 3 days, then move to Germany, spend 3 days and then to Belgium, another 3 days and finally back to France and round it up to a total of 3 weeks.
Apart from my flight ticket to and fro, do you think $3,000 will be enough for food, hotel and light fun? Only you can say what's enough. Plan your itinerary..each of these places are countries so it's up to you find out costs in each country for whatever you want to do. You better have that in details cos border control at first port will most likely ask that at least since I assume you don't have that travel history to Schengen country. |

How about Covid 19 test, statement of account and stuffs like that? Your question about statement of account is a bit of Pls how did you get your Seychelles passport. Have you traveled with your Nigerian passport before. Why would anyone ask of statement of account when you're not applying for a visa |

fkj950ax: You don't need any document to fill the form. The DS160 Application is you filling out details about yourself. Life, Work and Financial History. The Visa Fee is valid for one year from date you paid for it. But there is a limit on the number of times you can reschedule appointments before it becomes expired, you have to pay another fee. Asking what documents indicates you don't know what was filled for you by the agent, so this is your real complication. Filling another DS160 one year after and the info has so much variance with the previous one won't help your application.
Guys, Do consider not using agents. There is nothing they can do that you can't do. There is no special skillset they have that you don't have. There is nothing unique the Embassy gives them that you do not have access to (and freely). Agents will embellish your profile to make it appear you are larger than what you are - misrepresentation (which the embassy punishes you when it bottoms out). Most of the info they use in embellishing your profile is not even shared with you, and in future, you wont be able to defend it or even answer basic questions about them. The profile they created for you (ustraveldocs) stays there forever and thats what you'd need in future to deal with USinNigeria. Sir, Many fully expect agents to embellish their profile, hence why they pay cash and just expect a date. Agents are only 'fake' when what customer paid for (I e visa) does not come through. |

I usually load at least 4000 naira, I keep it active by sending a few texts and I have received calls. Sometimes network bars may drop but typically its fine. For context this is for Airtel . |

thatthickgurl: Oh, I have multiple phones but the issue is the SIM card doesn’t work with the phones I bought here. So my WhatsApp can’t be transferred to another phone because my SIM card is not active for WhatsApp to send a verification code. Hmm doesn't work because of the size? Eg microSIM vs nanoSIM space? If so you could consider SIM cutters. If you live in a major city you might find some Asian stores that do phone repair and ask them about the SIM. Else send to Nigeria as someone suggested. I hope you find a good repairer |

HEADYWORLD: This is not true, if you are going to UK and you transiting in Europe, you need a transit visa. Avoid KLM, Lufthansa, Air France.
Only Turkish air does not require transit visa, if your stop over is only one stop in turkey. I've taken both Lufthansa and KLM to the UK, I did not need a transit visa. Your transit there is rarely up to 4hours you don't leave the airport.. You don't need transit. |
Family › Re: How Can I Help My Son Unlearn This by Taal17: 9:55pm On Sep 15, 2023 |
Iyaebube: It started last two Sunday at the children's department. They were taught covering of the body as a child of God and ever since that day, my son has not remain the same again on his way of reasoning. My husband n I was all joking about it but it's getting out of hand the way my son is going about it
What he does now is he doesn't allow us especially me to wear skimpy wear at home anymore.whenever I put it on he will be shouting mummy cover your "private part" even my last baby that's not up to 2 was playing with the sleeveless top she was wearing the chest was showing immediately my son started shouting baby cover your private part. The private part he use to shout instead of another word cover your body provoked me to flog him to stop using that word cos he's just 4.
The incident that happened yesterday made us speechless was my family n I went to have a nice time because since that last two Sunday my son haven't stepped out of the house. We decided to have fun yesterday only for my son to screaming mummy see this one she or he is showing there private part. It brought alot of attention to us that we quickly ended what we came out to do.
How do I handle this issue to clear it off his head cos I have spoken n spanked him to stop but this is what he refused to stop saying n is embarrassing. Of all they where thought in Sunday school, why did he chose this one to practically implement? Private part for a 4yr old is perfectly appropriate. Ask your child to tell you what areas of the body are considered 'private parts' Let him know the teaching is for him to know that those areas are for him..that why they are private. Anyone touching him in a funny there should not. However it's his own body he should be concerned about. That's all. Soon you'll teach him to bath himself and cream his own body. The lesson is for him to know what's inappropriate for others to touch on his body. It's a lesson for helping children identify sexual abuse . Stop flogging him, just tell him it's his own body he should be careful about. |

Any love that threatens death is lust and jealousy. Money you should use for your own future you're using it for someone else's kids. You realize your wife could do the same and you'd be the first to 'throw' her out of this marriage. Move apartment and don't tell her where you live. Pack out with no warning . She'll threaten to tell your wife then you too threaten to tell her husband |

haduwa: My good people, please I have a question. For a student who is traveling to the UK (Birmingham) to be precise, do they need a transit visa if they fly the likes of KLM, Air France, Lufthansa, etc.) since most of these flights have stop over at these destinations? I appreciate your responses.
I forgot to mention this is a student visa to the UK. No you don't need transit visa If you use KLM and Airfrance and your ONLY transit is in Amsterdam (Netherlands) which is KLMs base then no transit visa. If your ONLY transit is Paris (France) which is AirFrance base then you don't need transit visa. Same should go with Lufthansa which is Germany if it's ONLY 1 transit. Note ALWAYS contact airline to confirm. If you can get their official number in Nigeria then at least I know KLM has an official Facebook account for questions |

fadilaMaikiriki: I'm claustrophobic. So, I'm wondering if I can comfortably board a plane without having the unpleasant symptoms and experience that comes with having this condition. Please, I would like to know. Has anyone here with this condition travel on a plane before? Please, I would like to know. This has been bothering me. My heart races so hard whenever I have this thought.
Practice relaxation skills Are you claustrophobic in a car? Planes are wider than cars. So I don't think claustrophobia would be an issue..maybe anxious about being int he air for long hours. Most planes allow you to bring devices so you can listen to music , work , watch movies, Basically plan the hours you spend inflight
Please, I would appreciate your inputs.
Thanks. |

I think my big question is whether I need a transit visa to transit through Egypt. If you're buying a ticket from Egyptair then no. MaryAndrews: Please has anyone here either:
1. Travelled to the US on vacation with their existing B1/B2 visa after submitting their application for EB1 or EB2? What was your POE experience like? Did you have to hold additional documents to prove you were only visiting? 2. Applied for a B1/B2 visa renewal after submitting their application for EB1 or EB2? Was it granted?
Any answers that can give me an idea how useful my B1/B2 visa will be after submission of my migrant visa application will be very useful please. I need to visit later in the year, but I am ready to submit my migrant application now and I'm trying to decide if i should just hold on with the submission. Note that my plan is just to visit and then come back and follow through till my migrant visa application sails through. POE can't see any pending applications for other visa categories. They assess on the category that you entered the US with. Besides you haven't submitted your migrant application and you'll probably have at least one year wait before your interview. Biko take your trip as planned and renew if it expires. |

lantres000: Dear friends please I need your advise.
I wish for my wife to give birth to our child in the US ( She is a few weeks pregnant, so there is enough time to strategize). So prior to this time, in 2020 Feb we both applied for a visiting visa to the US and we were both denied. So far she has been to the UK once and myself twice with a few African countries for work.
This time I want to apply for a tourist visa alone and if am lucky and get it, she will apply independently too.
Do you guys think this strategy will work?
Any better idea will be highly welcomed.
Thanks in anticipation Go to the birthing in the US thread Similar posters who have done the same. My opinion? apply together, spend time on the portal getting a date. If you get an early date then say it's a vacation. If the date is far then prep with evidence of birthing plans incl funds and reason for choosing US. |
