To go to the US on holiday, you need a B1/B2 Visa.
To get a B1/B2 Visa, you need to follow the steps below

Step 1
Fill DS-160 form
https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx
Step 2
Pay visa fees (GTB online or walk into branch or other banks***)
Step 3
Create an account here, www.ustraveldocs.com and use DS160 Confirmation Number and Visa Fees number to fill out profile. Then also book appointment here.

You will only see option of checking dates after Step 1 and 2 are completed.

Please take your time to fill the DS160. Don’t rush. Use 3 days or more.

To increase your chances of approval, be thorough in your DS160 info. Demonstrate that you have compelling reasons to leave the US after your vacation. Your mom sponsoring you 100% is good, but creates a room for doubt because she wont give you her life savings if you decide to elope, but you will become a charge on tax payers - benefits, working under the radar etc etc while trying to adjust status and get papers etc etc.

Homeschooling isn't new, it's decades old and it's usually premised on your environment.

Schools are far or just not suitable for your children

People homeschool from preschool to high/sec school. Others get kids involved with sports clubs and other outdoor sports so they get to socialise with other kids.

Bare in mind that typically homeschool hours are less than regular school hours so it might not be more than 4 hours a day.

I remember a wife shared that she chose homeschool because her husband worked as part of the crew of basketball team so he travelled a lot. By homeschooling she was able to adjust kids school work so that each child alternatively got to travel with their father on his trips. It helped their family and kids bonded with their Dad better.

I also know those who homeschooled in Nigeria because local schools weren't what they wanted.

Schools are great places of learning
But they can also be distractions and hot beds for bullying, vices and environmental factors out of your control

It won't affect your current 5yr visa. Having it is a plus for you.

How did you accrue the 15 million? They want to see paper trail of how this was accrued, evidence that your business is trading at the level to have this amount of money etc.
you’ll also need to write a cover letter to explain every grey areas especially about your business.

If I might add, your sister should add in her invitation letter that you will stay with her (accommodation) , and that shell provide food.

You can also mention this in your cover letter.
This way you sponsoring yourself covers flight costs plus any other vacation expenses.

Look through your bank statements that you want to provide and note any influx or outflow you have to explain in cover letter.
