No one is perfect and sometimes we make bad choices.. . My ex is great. She is a great person that on her best days, she is a woman anybody will love to her. One of the reasons I was seeking a peaceful resolution but in life , sometimes we Trust people and rely on them to help us make decision. She is as much victim as I am. Inexperience played against us. Immaturity and the psychological strength needed to sail thru the trying times was never there. I never want it to get to this point. I tried to avert it and right now she is as much as I am cos it's so much out of our hands already. Family on a wider scale seem to be driving everything. It's not about marriage again. Its power tussle. Family pride at play and unfortunately I have a son stuck inbetween. Please I will so much appreciate if we refrain from calling names. This is hurtful from beginning and it still does. No one will ever want to have it like this. Worst state of my life and I dont pray it to my enemies.

Before you start, ensure that the weather is fair (not so cold). Hot weather is preferable

1. Clean you equipments very well (germs can introduce bad bacteria to you coconut milk, and then spoil the whole thing)

2. Cut your coconuts into bits and blend using hot water. (You can use 4 large coconuts or 6 medium ones for a start)

How I blend mine: after blending the 1st batch, I'll sieve out the milk & and use that same milk as liquid for blending the next batch ( that way, you will end up with less liquid and a thicker milk)

3. Pour the sieved coconut milk in a container & cover

4. Put you milk on the counter top or inside a microwave that is turned off like I do (just make sure its in a place no one will tamper with or shake it)

5. Leave it for 24 hours in that room temperature to ferment (if the weather is so cold, I usually boil water, put in a plate, cover it & put inside the microwave where I kept my coconut milk, just to keep the environment warm)

6. After 24 hours check your coconut milk (you would discover that the oil has separated from the curd & water). If its not separated enough you can leave it for more hours, but be careful not to shake or stair it

7. Put cheese cloth on an empty container & start scooping your oil with a spoon into the container with the cheese cloth to sieve (be careful not to scoop water). If you a not seeing the oil on top, you can part the cord a bit & you will see the oil

8. When you are tired of scooping or probably extracted the oil to the best of your ability, you can then put the milk in the freezer to solidify, then collect the solid & throwaway the water.

9. You could then apply the hot pressed method (hitting) to extract the rest of the oil (this one can be used for cooking or for the hair). Sieve when you are done.

There is a cold pressed method if you are fair in complexion, as this will bring out your skin color and make your skin glow.

Just grate, sundry to get rid of moisture, then put in an airtight contained & pour [/b]cold pressed[b] coconut oil, enough to cover it. Leave on counter top to infuse for about two weeks or more. Then seive.
The more time you give it to infuse, the more concentrated it will be.

Big cut of watermelon

One or two lemon (liquid content only)

Few cloves of garlic

Moderate ginger

Pure honey.

Blend everything together and allow for like 30 minutes before sieving.
Pour the sieved solution into a cup of pure natural honey. Mix and take two spoonfuls a day.

I used steam method.

1. Wash and peel your carrots and let it dry ( 1 big or 2 medium sized carrots will do)
2. Grate your Carrots into a clean dry steel plate
3. Put a pot of water on the fire and let it begin to simmer
4. Pour your carrier oil ( your choice) into the grated carrot and gently place the plate in the pot of steaming water
5. Let the carrot juice slowly begin to fuse out in the oil

Keep a close watch so the water does not boil but keep on steaming on a low heat.
You can leave it on for as long as ...depends on how orange-y you want your carrot oil to be
You can take out the plate and add water if you notice the water in the pot is drying up.

There are other methods also but this is the one I've tried.

Well, not food but homemade lemon oil (which is actually lemon infused oil). #DoItYourself: Wash your lemons (got 6 for 200 naira) and peel the back gently. Be careful to avoid the whitish part such that your lemon peel is green or yellow depending on the colour of the lemon used. Pour in an airtight container and add any oil of your choice as a base (i used Goya olive oil gotten for 300 naira). Cover and leave for about 7 days in a cool, dry place (the scent afterafterwards is AMAZING!). Seive out the lemon peel and your lemon oil is ready!
