bory09: Some have convert democracy to capitalism where the more u privatise a state to ur party the more dominant u are in the league. Recharge card distribute to people where did they get the money from. Okay i have get it. Its from the former state they have privatise to their party, so they stake the interest together to buy anoda company to their party which is ondo by paying the masses thier fucking share. Good method i like that business from our one and only ACN Sponsored by his excellency senior fraudster, chief corrupt and muderer tinubu. More sense to ur brain
Guy you should have vent your spleen on the party that first started sharing bags of rice,PDP branded GSM's etc. If you doubt the source of their money in printing recharge cards where did LP get the money it spent on running live broadcast of Mimiko's campaign. Don't be a dunce

Politics › Re: ACN Distributes 100 Customized Mtn Recharge Card In Akure by takedat(m):
When did customising recharge cards become a sin in Nigeria's polity. During last year presidential election, we saw all sort of branded items distributed in order to sway votes GEJ's way. Enough of useless hypocrisy.
Politics › Re: Filling Stations Are Selling Petrol At N110: Why? by takedat(m): 10:06am On Oct 18, 2012
I see this more as a sabotage from government with the oil marketers as collaborators. Were are the refineries GEJ n Diezani bragged about pre election time and the deal they signed with Vulcan plus those given license to operate private refineries? Nothing is explicitly allocated for the PSF scheme in the 2013 budget. This looks more like a decoy from government to renege on its promise to put palliative measures on ground before privatising.
Politics › Re: Patience Jonathan Back In Abuja From German Hospital (pix) by takedat(m): 5:50pm On Oct 17, 2012
Glad that she is back. Nobody ever wished her dead but were so concerned about the secrecy surrounding her health. For those who argued endlessly that her health is not of national interest should take a chill pill as she was flown back with the presidential aircraft.
Its curious that the same people rejoicing now were those who chastised Sahara Reporters when they broke the news of her ill health now that they broke the news of her return what would you call them?

Mugun so because of the ban placed on Okada, they would head into the street with double barrels. So what should the unemployed millions who are not Okada riders do? Mind you Okada business have been taken over by guys from Niger and Chad.

Mauyiwa: I think dis man called Fashole is a wicked fellow. how does the stping/Banning of Ocadas from the Lagos roads help the issue on ground if not worsen/ cause crime all over the state. I think someting shold be done to the laws dis man is taking at hand if not he should be impeachead cos I cant really tell the benefits we have really gained 4rm his renure in office as the state Governor...... ;
Are you joking? He should be impeached cos he put a stop to that menace called Okada? If you had ever visited Igbobi or those trado- orthopaedic homes you would know the harm associated with Okada. Like @Seunfly stated those with learned handiwork should return to it and the jobless remaining should go their villages to farm

Do you always need to have an expertise before starting a company of such magnitude? All he needs to do is employ technocrats to run the place and he supervises that the job is done. Though am not at ease with him being an investor.
Education › Re: What's The Difference Between A Smart Student And A Brilliant Student by takedat(m): 3:07pm On Oct 17, 2012
Brilliant students end up working for the Smart ones,it is only in exceptional cases such as Mark(facebook founder), Bill Gates and few others where you see the combination of brilliance and smart. Most Nigerian successful business owners are the smart ones, a person like Dangote is a smart guy who has a lot of Phd holders working for him
If state governments own power generation and distribution stations then they are no longer private. Government at any level has no business being in business.
I do not mean outright ownership but something like a joint venture or PPP. It will give the people of the state a stake and belonging. Power or energy ain't like telecoms,it is more essential. My biggest fear is the sort of monopoly we will experience in the short run.
Politics › Re: Abdulsalami Wins Bid For Four PHCN Distribution Companies by takedat(m): 9:59am On Oct 17, 2012
This bidding is fraught. One would have thought State govts would join in the bidding exercise partnering private firms. This is more like a monopoly or why should be a company take over 4 discos in two or three geo political zones
Politics › Re: Sale Of PHCN: Abddulsalami Beats Tinubu, Wins 4 Power Distributionn Companies by takedat(m): 8:18am On Oct 17, 2012
Tribune will stop @ nothing to smear Tinubu's name becos they don't receive patronage from him and his party. Wale Tinubu,Jite Okoloko and the other guy started Ocean and oil services before Tinubu became Lagos state governor and was doing tremendously well then later they bought over Unipetrol after govt sold its stake. Oando has an hausa retired general as its chairman and is listed on the floor of the stock exchange and doing well in the downstream sector.
Does it now mean none of Tinubu's family is expected to be successful without any connection to him? Does it mean because Sayyu Dantata is Dangote's cousin then MRS becomes Dangotes whereas Dangote has his own energy company?

Awo is the standard for which any SW politician would aspire to and emulate just like Zik is to the East and Sardauna to the North. Tinubu only stated the obvious truth. Even with nee found love of Biafrans to Ojukwu, Zik is still their unifying factor. Enough with this your smear campaign on Tinubu, even your community leaders will accord him enormous respite unlike you scoundrel who is a nobody

Mimiko that threw decorum away during their last debate by verbally assaulting others is now preaching civility. Isn't it the norm of politicians to throw banters and jibes against their opponent during campaign? All Nigerian politicians are area boys as nothing really separates them. As Tinubu is a godfather to some so is Mimiko a godfather to many in Ondo state.

Can you tell Nairalanders why if you search on google the most cursed president it replies GEJ?If you believe that people who voted GEJ just a year and a half are cursing him then I'll have no problem with Tinubu whose party won over 5 states from PDP is most hated.

Billyonaire: You know better than this. Do not allow inherent DNA love and tribal affiliations erode your God-given talent to discern right from wrong. I hold the floor neither for PDP my party nor home state of birth today, neither am I chastising ACN, a party you are sympathizer of nor SW, a region you can die for. I stay within the confine of this thread and the desire of the OP to explain my Mr. Tinubu is hated, and I made it very very clear. It is your duty to prove to the OP and my humble self as well as the readers that Tinubu is not hated and not to start a political debate you can not win. You keep emphasizing Tinubu's wealth as if he can sleep on more than one bed at a time or eat more than 10 balls of amala at a time. His money means nothing to me, not to you and not to nobody here. So I implore you to stay within the thread and prove to us that Tinubu is not hated. Tinubu needs to loosen his grip on the people's means of survival. It is understandable that he is not very lettered in academia, so his knowledge of wealth acquisition borders not on insider trading at Wall street but on Motor parks thuggery, land seizures, revenue collections, wholesale forgery etc. But he is rich now, let him crave for the love of the people on the street, so the online activists can stop their show of hate on him. His case is not beyond redemption, at least, not yet.
This has nothing to do with sentiments and I am no supporter of any political party am only trying to assert that with all the obvious little failings of Tinubu, he is more credible than majority of PDP chieftains and so if you believe that with all the atrocities of OBJ,Alams and co they are not hated then why Tinubu that as at this moment has a clean slate would be the most hated politician.
You that is quick to defend all GEJ's failings don't have a right to display your bitterness on someone esle

Billyonaire: You are advertising your weaknesses. If this thread was about Political Affiliations and Manifesto, I should have used my left hand to type facts to prove my mettle, unlike you, who, armed with 100% of your 3% IQ, decide to parade your ignorance in a show of shame. Again, the OP sought to know in sincerity why Tinubu is hated, I volunteered to bare it open so that Tinubu and his friends can read my lines and know why he is hated, may be, just may be, he will loosen his grip on the people's interest, survival sources and economic lifebuoys and let them live freely in this piece of Land created by the cosmic and named Lagos by the colonialists. Steer clear political brouhaha and proof to me and the OP that Tinubu is not hated, instead of running around like a little political rabbit trying to safe a political cat. You cant save Tinunbu from the hate of the people and the online activists, he needs to apologize to them and turn a new leaf. This is what is expected of the man called Tinubu, the Lion of Bourdillon, the parasite of the people.
Eeya advocate of the masses who live on crumbs of PDP by trolling the internet .Am sorry I outed you as a PDP apologist. This hate of Tinubu will lead you to early grave.

Billyonaire: Your writing proves that you can read and write. But anyone who knows how to read but fails to read is as good as an illiterate! I made it clear that my assertions are not politically motivated and are not in allegiance to or in sympathy of any political affiliations, yet you rush in with your emotions without reading my prior facts to bark at me with political undertone. I implore you to put your emotions aside and view my writings with intelligence. I have more stakes in Lagos than you will ever have, so when you want to talk about SW and who is not a Lagosian take into consideration that I am a de-tribalized fellow today, but I cant promise I will stay so tomorrow. If you come to me with tribal sentiments I will render you a persona-non-grata on Nairaland. Tinubu is hated because he feeds fat from funds that he uses his fronts and surrogates to extract from every Lagosian, his fronts are LCC, AlphaBeta, Hitech, etc. He also seizes waterfronts and beaches from the owners and pursues the ordinary people away and uses them for his personal gains, it is why he is hated. These have nothing to do with politics but greed of the self-styled Lion of Bourdillon and Grand Fraud of Lagos
You claim he is hated yet just a year and a half ago people voted overwhelmingly for his party that the swept PDP controlled states. If by that you mean hate then I'll like to be hated in such way cos most places where CAN won they had it at their subconscious mind that he is the leader of AC N.
Pls stop this useless lie that your angst against Tinubu is not borne out of party affiliation cos in the thread of GEJ attending Oke's rally you identified yourself as PDP
Politics › Re: Why Do People Hate Bola Tinubu? by takedat(m): 9:25pm On Oct 15, 2012
Billyonaire: None of my earlier comments were politically motivated. I simply laid the facts bare open and you agreed that I was right, but I understand that when the opponents of an idea lack the facts to defend their stance, they resort to propaganda and conspiracy theories. Desist from it and say the truth as it is. Do not deviate this quest by the OP as to the reasons Tinubu is hated online to a difference in political allergiance. Because you are doing a great disservice to the OP and Street reps if you play to the gallery instead of calling a matchet, a matchet. Meanwhile, You are wrong my friend and I am always right, Tinubu's hatred online, is a direct reflection of his hatred on the streets of Lagos state because of his use of his surrogates and fronts to rip the common man. AlphaBeta, LCC, etc are there for you to adjudge. Online haters of Tinubu are crusaders for the masses of people on the streets of Lagos.
Tinubu is the reason why GEJ has Alams and OBJ as godfathers.Tinubu is the reason why all the graft cases being prosecuted by EFCC are PDP's. Tinubu is the reason why Ibori,Alams,Kalu Bode George are thieves.Tinubu is the reason why there are no good roads in your statemHe is the reason why GEJ has all subsidy thieves are his associate. Fix the problems of your state and let the people of SW deal with their problems cos they know better than you do.
Politics › Re: Why Do People Hate Bola Tinubu? by takedat(m): 9:08pm On Oct 15, 2012
It simply shows that the strength of the nation lies in the SW cos am surprised that most complainant on this thread are so obsessed with how the SW is run that the believe the cause of poverty in Abakaliki,Warri or Kano is Tinubu. Let Lagosians deal with their problems and you concentrate on your failed and corrupt leaders inall PDP controlled states

taharqa: The FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) flows to the country is not only by far d highest in d history of Nigeria but also significantly d highest in Africa( i think for the 1st time if am not mistaken) last yr at almost $9billion. From what I gather from sm reports recently, this thread wud continue this yr. Many of these business deals are struck, consumatd or reviewd at d highest levels during these Presidential visits( that is probably why he goes on these visit wit sm Nigerian businessmen and relevant ministers and heads of agencies). The many bi-national commissions set-up and/or revivd by dis admin( which is d highest so far) might also be relevant here
Guy stop creating fictitious figures when you are not so sure of it. You claim the FDI has increased but at what rate has it reduced the level of unemployment?Domestic Direct Investment should precede FDI but the opposite is the case with Nigeria.Apart from the Nigeria-Sao Tome agreement which other bi national agreement signed by OBJ every other agreement only exist on paper .GEJ has a foreign affairs and a trade minister who can do all the signing of treatises and agreement. Why don't most of those countries visit Nigeria for the signing going by the fact that there is a large market here and cheap labour compared to most countries .We should be at advantage when attracting investors and not begging them. The President should sit his ass at home to first creating an enabling environment at home before beckoning on investors .No big investor will want to come to Nigeria now
Politics › Re: Many Travels Of President Jonathan- dailytrust by takedat(m): 10:03am On Oct 15, 2012
I have no problem with him going on foreign trips if it will be beneficial to Nigeria but most of these trips are outright waste of tax payers money. If the travels of 2012 has brought nothing substantial to Nigeria, why then increase the budgetary allocation from 1.69billion to 2.6billion.Is this where they want to recoup hospital bills and shopping spree of Dame Patience from?
