Islam › Re: Questions On The “innocence Of Muslims”. by takedat(m): 5:39pm On Sep 22, 2012
The rate @ which Xtians jump on muslim bashing thread leaves one confused that accepted that there are misguided muslims but if Christ were to be alive would he resort to the hate being preached by NL xtians against muslims?NO.
Christianity Etc › Re: Why No Riots Over Jesus's Wife Story? by takedat(m): 6:39am On Sep 22, 2012
As a muslim,i am also a staunch lover of Christ ie i believe in his pure birth, that he is a messiah, that he was sent to change the course of humanity,to guide us against evil etc and i also believe that Mohammed is a prophet of God.The fact that i dont see Christ as a son of God will never lead me to hell becos Christ's most important message is 'RIGHTEOUSNESS' and 'LOVE' and if as a muslim i am able to imbibe these then i have no cause to fear.Agreed that there are lots of misguided muslims but the hate being preached by nairaland xtians does not portray xtianity in a good light.
Politics › Re: Who Made Tinubu A Tax Man? by takedat(m): 8:33am On Sep 21, 2012
Sun of god: Hahaha . . . . .seems some people are waking up.

Every tax collected so far has been illegal - Tinubu and the Lagos govt have no legal right to collect taxes from you.

What makes it worse is that a bush man like Tinubu is directly taxing the people of Lagos (Morons)

Is it in the constitution that you must pay taxes?
You are an Emphatic MUMU.

KINGwax: what part of your argument made u sane? None! Does islam allow women to preach? They were even mandated to alwys sit at the back in the mosques cos dt is their place they say! Don't they have to cover their hairs alwys unlike in christianity where it's brought down to inside churches or worships only? Even deeper lifers don't dress like masquerades like the muslim house wives! And don't be deceived, the trouser aspect is a dominational thing not a general rule so shut it. It's only cos of the indecency these trousers posed in their new fashion in tightness dt made it acceptable as a 'don't'!
And talkin abt bondage, christianity don't allow for two wives! Unless u jes wanna. But i knw of a religion dt says it's right! So shut up wallydrag!
Xtianity does not allow for 2 wives but prefers you having multiple concubines. It is only in new generation penticostal church that women is allowed to preach on the alter but most orthodox churches are against it.Xtianity also encourages women to cover their hair in the house of God.

gramci: Mr over sabi, its either you are ignorant or stu.pid. Do you honestly want one to believe that you are unaware that women are not even allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia.

I genuinely pity muslim women .
Mind your own business, the women in Saudi Arabia are not complaining. Its just like you telling a woman who prefers taditional apparel that the trending thing is to wear mini skirt.Iran,Egypt and a host of muslim countries do not practise ultra sharia so women are free leave their hair uncovered.Hijab is a matter of choice in most Islamic countries.
Politics › Re: FG To Scrap Agencies Next Year by takedat(m): 12:34pm On Sep 20, 2012
GEJ promised to cut down govt cost of spending after the january protest but went on to create new offices like appointing an s.a on public affairs(Okupe) when he already has one on media(Abati).Rather than creating more unemployment by scrapping agencies,he should start by reducing his special adviser's,special assistant's,ministers etc and make existing agencies more efficient.
Politics › Re: Patience Jonathan Yet To Stabilise - Hospital by takedat(m): 10:41am On Sep 20, 2012
Nigeria has some of the best health practitioners(doctors, nurses and technicians) around the world. Its thus a big shame that our govt cant provide good health care facilities in a country as big as Nigeria but they will rather fly their families out of the country for treatment. We see people being shown on TV daily, seeking for monetary assistance to treat illness from Nigerians in a country where we claim to have minister and commisioners of health. Its sometimes shameful to be a Nigerian.

Does it mean the French are afraid or why would they close their embassies? It only display a sign of guilt. Is the cartoonist stronger than the state for them to close down foreign missions becos an individual's action?Me thinks the best France cld do is to prevail on the cartoonist to ditch such publication. We can have a better world if we respect eachothers belief

What is the fuss about him shooting a video in a Naija slum, there are ghettos and shanties all around the world including developed nations or are we trying to say that some Nigerians are not living in abject poverty?Abeg free the guy,he had shot one in New Orleans,a highly populated black ghetto so why is Naija different. At least some kids family and those who made cameo appearance in the video would have received money that their own leaders cannot give them

taharqa: @take dat. I can see dat u are still viewing dis thread; cud u plz stop bn a COWARD and respond to d comment....u will learn afta tday dat there are sm ppl u do not cross in debates, if ignorant
You'll most likely write off any response i give to you cos for u this govt can do no wrong.Presently most independent tank farms in Apapa has no fuel including most of the major marketers who control a reasonable large amount of the market.NNPC claims it has 3 Ships about to berth with petroleum products which would amount for nothing considering that the reason govt decided to license private companies is due to NNPCs inefficiencies plus their import would only be efficient for their own gas stations and there would still be scarcity if IPMAN,MOMAN dont have enough product.
Your vandalism excuse has no bearing cos this is not the first time pipelines been vandalised yet we didnt experience scarcity then reason being that those pipelines only supply to NNPC depots and we have less than 5 functional depots in the country presently being utilised optimally. Most of the fuel we use come through DAPMAN,MOMAN and IPMAN and when there have limited supply there will surely be scarcity.

A wise man told me dont argue with fools cos people from a distance can tell who is who.
Advice;quit acting a fool bro.you can channel this energy of yours into other productive things like getting a good job for starters cos i know for a fact as you live off the crumbs you are being paid presently for laundrying GEJ's dirty garments.

taharqa: Yea. This is d backrupcy of yr arguments. Is dis d best u can do, apart 4rm changing ids and going 4rm thread to thread in order to 'discredit' d govt 4 partisan reasons wit lies and half truths? Let not argue over semantics nd soundbites, i askd sm questns and made sm clear points- now, respond to it or KEEP ya mouth SHUT..I DARE u to 'correct' any of d points and be fast about
You have a serious disillusional problem which makes you go all out looking for whom to vent your anger on.Rather than engage someone like you in a constructive argument,i have decided to pass cos i know you are a rabid dog.
Politics › Re: Pipeline Vandalism Causes Fuel Scarcity In Lagos by takedat(m): 4:26pm On Sep 18, 2012
taharqa: He does need you to like him. YOU DO NOT COUNT; and moreova there is nothing u can do only complain ignorantly on d web....when last did any of u ingrates witness fuel scarcity in Lagos and its environs? Did we all not watch and read about d massive vandalism perpetuatd by sm Nigerians in Alepo more dan a week ago; it was d main news item on Channels and even STV 4 days. Didnt we watch d attempt of d PPMC officials to repair d pipeline 2 or 3 days afta d vandalism, and how 3 of dem were killd by d vandals 4rm d village? You expect NNPC to send more workers so they can also be killd witout d requird security mop up in d surrounding villages? Meanwhile, dat pipeline is one of d main pipeline distributing more dan 10million litres of petrol thruout west and tru Ilorin to parts of d north. They hv in d meantime increasd d distributn of fuel using trunks over longa distances, which is d best they can do in d meantime b4 they wud be able to repair d pipelines. What do u want dem to do; where they d ones they told those villagers to vandalise(steal) fuel in dat largely inaccessible area at Alepo? Thisday just reportd dat 3 new ships carrying fuel just bertd in d Lagos port, adding to d stock in-country, so if NNPC can increase long distance distributn tru trunks(which is more difficult) or better still repair dat pipeline, the situatn along dat axis ought to come back to normal. If it continues afta dat then you can complain bitterly; in d meantime, cut dem sm slack....finali i ask again, when last did u guys experience scarcity in Lagos nd environs
Hope you have demanded for a pay increase from GEJ cos the time you invest in defending all government policies needs to be compensated for.

ACM10: China dare not risk war with the Japs. It will destablize their country and lead to the downfall of communist party. This protest is their only instrument of sanction left. Remember that US is seeking for a pretext to take down their fast-growing rival. undecided
China might not go to war but they can sabotage Japans economy.60% of Japans economy thrives when they have a good working relationship with China. Most of Japanese owned big factories are in China
Foreign Affairs › Re: Pictures Of Anti-Japanese Demonstrations In China by takedat(m): 10:10am On Sep 17, 2012
ACM10: This protest was orchestrated by the Chinese communist party. China do not tolerate protests of this magnitude in their territory. They want to armtwist the Japs since they cannot retake the Island by force
I agree with you,the protest seem premeditated all in the bid to provoke Japan.China has not forgiven Japan after the 1930's occupation of parts of mainland China.
Militarily Japan cannot stand China and economically,China has told Japan that it stand will lead to trade sabotage with Japan loosing billions of dollars

You have a point about the movie.US protected and backed Mubarak,Assad's father, former Yemeni,Tunisian presidents while it was obvious that those men were despots.US and the west are arming Syrian rebels with ammunitions without taking into fact that Al Qaeda has infiltrated the Syrian rebels rank, then later when those rebels chase Assad there will start battling with terrorism just like Libya now.

emmatok: If they don't want the western ideology, then they should mind their business.

US is China largest trading partner.
China is more open and liberal today because they want the US and the West to accept them.

Same for Kuwait, UAE and CO .
The US needs China more than the Chinese needs them now.China has its own distinct form of Democracy and Capitalism.
Mind you citizens of Kuwait and other Arab nations have anti US sentiments, there are just been caged by their rulers.
