praise010: [s]They Overran the Police. Of course the Police Men cannot lay ambush and neither do they have vehicles to pursue the Kidnappers. Well done our army![/s]
Unfortunately, they will be handed over to the Police for investigation and prosecution. The Police in their usual manner will not investigate (because no body obviously will mobilize them).
An empty case file will be handed over to the ministry of Justice, the Ministry will arraign and they will thrown in jail. The matter will be abandoned for years thereafter and even the Army men that caught them will no longer be available to give evidence.
On October 1 or a new legal year, the Governor or Chief Judge will release them "as part of effort to decongest the prisons".
There was indeed a Country. Overrunning a checkpoint isn't a new thing . Go on youtube and check a lot of checkpoints being overrun during a chase in the US. |

MONITZ: Really?Would u mind explaining? Are Christian ideolologues same with Islam ideologues ?Just because a Christian president didn't christianize the country doesn't mean a Moslem president won't do so. As at the time "BUBU" just came to power, we heard he had ordered that the Christian chapel in his abode be removed, whether he actually did or back-down on the relocation of the chapel is wat I am not sure of.
If u picture wat he says, his body language, the people he fraternizes wit nd his predilection,u will surely ve a clue as to where he could possibly be leading us .After all wen I.B.B in connivance with the northern oligarchy "sneaked' Nigeria into the organization of Islamic countries (O. I. C) ,we were not aware.I know that it has always been the plan of the oligarchy to ve Nigeria in the comity of Islamic nations but some things re just still holding them back. They see their religion as being superior to others and the adherents as "infidels ",and so they must be subdued.
For u to grasp Wat I am saying better, just take a look at he National Assembly structure with its dome at the top,and also the language used in writing on our Naira notes ,bearing in mind that this country is secular with no official religion. So y give preference to a particular one over others.
And particularly one of their forebears said they won't stop until the Quran is dipped into the Atlantic Ocean. So the motive has always been there from time immemorial bt whether it will come to pass depends on the collective will of the other parts of the country minus the North. Enough of all these religious issues. I'm a Christian and my Bible didn't ask Me to blame people and be self centered. You're all full of biased mind. You are a Christian but your way of living doesn't prove so. Nb:I'm a Christian

donhils: I think UC browser is the best on Android. The browser UI is simple, clean dnd friendly. Navigation through pages is effortless and like breeze. It has data saving capabilities, fast downloads and can block all those annoying ads. However, when I use Glo on my phone, this beautiful browser that I love so much stops browsing. Right now I'm looking for another browser that's close to or better than UC browser. Abi is there anybody that knows how to make it work with Glo? Not just on Android but also on PC. It runs on chrome platform on PC but it's still faster than the conventional chrome. |

Henry240: Aradu refit is the political statement all new Ministers of Defence make as soon as the get into office. Aradu is an amazing battleship, and she still got atleast 28 more years in active Navy service.
I suspect they've been "dilly-dallying" on a refit for Aradu because it won't come cheap. An comprehensive refit for would cost the navy between $30 - 40 million. That's like the cost of NNS Centenary or Unity.
We can only hope they do fix her though, this current CNS did give a pointer towards a refit. Paying 40mill USD to refit aradu doesn't seem too much. She's a great warship That'll command respect. |
