Can you share your profile? IELTS is a great CRS score booster. For Federal Skilled Worker Program, minimum band score of 6 (CLB 7) is required in each ability (LRSW) and the individual band scores is more important than the overall band score.

For the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), there are two different ways through which one can immigrate. The first option is to apply directly to the Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program by sending the program an Expression of Interest or EOI. If nominated, the prospective immigrant can then create a new Express Entry profile and import their credentials into the system.

The other option is to begin the Saskatchewan immigration process by creating a new Express Entry profile and formally indicating an interest in the province. Immigration Saskatchewan can then select interested individuals and invite them to apply to the SINP. Once nominated, your Express Entry profile will be immediately credited with your Saskatchewan nomination certificate giving you an additional 600 points under the Comprehensive Ranking System. These TSTV guys are actually reckless. I am really surprised that they brought the minister into this.
I believe that this is another MMM. Buyers beware. This is based on the following:
1. Bein sports acquired the EPL, Champions League and Laliga only for MENA (Middle East and North Africa). They do not have the right for Nigeria. DSTV owns the rights for Nigeria till 2019. You cannot give what you do not have. When a new service is launched, you have to wait for the next bidding round to have a shot at acquiring the rights. You cannot jump in the middle and start showing it. Things are not done that way in the PayTV world.

2.
A lot of channels listed like CNN, National Geographic, Discovery etc were acquired by DSTV on an exclusive basis for DTH in sub-saharan Africa by DSTV. Channels like Star Movies, MBC2, etc are only cleared for middle east and Asia. I really doubt that they have the rights to those channels. They may show it for one or two months before they are asked to take them off air.

3.
I check with a content aggregator on the cost per subscriber for these channels, assuming they can buy the rights, it came out the about 23 USD per month. That is excluding the sports channels. Based on today's naira exchange rate of 365 naira to a dollar, the cost is 8,395 Naira per subscriber. The content owners globally charge per month for their content. They do not charge per week or part of the month. The content owners dictate the terms. Nobody can pay 8395 Naira and charge 3000 Naira. Not possible.

4.
The cost of decoder package is as follows - decoder 25 USD, smartcard 4 USD, dish is 5 USD. Total is 34 USD (12410 naira). If we add shipping and clearing, you can get 15,000 Naira. To charge 5000 Naira for the package, you will need a lot of cheap money from bank to fund the decoder purchase. Buying 15,000 and selling 5000 sounds interesting to me.

To do internet via satellite, you need VSAT equipment which is expensive compared to the dish/lnb you need to receive dstv. Minimum cost of vsat equipment should be not less than 50,000 Naira. If you use the traditional dish equipment, you can only receive. You cannot do internet with it. Unless TSTV will supply you 40,000 Naira vsat equipment for 5000 Naira.

6.
I went to lyngsat and checked the ABS 3A satellite, I did not see any information about any TSTV channels. Lyngsat is the database of all channels currently on satellite.

7.
When you launch a new DTH platform, you start with a test transmission. This allows you to work through some issues that might come up. It also gives people chance to see some of your channels to make sure they are real before committing their money. There is no test transmission from TSTV.

8. EFCC Fraud Charges
EFCC arrested this guy last year for fraud. Not credible.

In conclusion, people should ask enough questions before investing their hard earned money. If it is too good to be true, it's probably is. Let this not be another MMM.

Sir the question was answered, whether TRV or study permit, they are distinctions without a difference when it comes to applying for EE and that effecting your visa application. Again the answer is an emphatic no. Applying for a student permit/or TRV and EE at the same time is fine.

EE application has no bearing on your TRV application. No you won't have any problem and as a matter of fact, nowhere on the TRV application are you required to disclose such an informatiion.

1-4: I just started the process myself. Most of what I know was read here and on the DIBP website. That said, It is only the assessing body that can determine if what you have is comparable to Australian education or not. From what I have read, CPA, CA and IPA are more flexible than VETASSESS. Good that you don't have plans to nominate Internal auditor as an occupation. I personally have corresponded with IPA and CA before and I find IPA more forthcoming with information. It is better you know what your chances are before committing money. You should consider mailing IPA and CA on below emails:

5: The Accountant occupation (general, management, tax) and auditor occupations (Internal & external) get filled up quickly. You would need to aim for minimum of 70 -75 points to boost your chances of getting an invite and to shorten your waiting time in the pool. And yes these occupations are still on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL). Only Accountant (general) is flagged. A new cycle (year) starts July 1, 2017. Check out link below:

First step is to get your qualifications and skills assessed. The assessing bodies for Accountants are CPA Australia, CA Australia and New Zealand and IPA Australia. There are about nine competency areas for accountants/auditor/tax/finance manager occupation that all these bodies measure. If you meet about seven your assessment would likely be successful. This means in actual fact that you don't necessarily need a degree in Accounting to get a favourable assessment as an Accountant. Depending on your MBA specialisation, you should do just fine.

To be double sure, I recommend strongly you contact all the assessing bodies by mail and present your case to be sure your MBA and ACA certificates can be assessed in lieu of a degree in Accounting. IPAA has a great online chat service.

Note. You need to get the syllabus for the MBA, ICAN transcript and syllabus for the year you qualified.

(1) Can I put my MBA and ICAN up for assessment to serve as qualifications, as these are the qualifications that is in sync with the job roles that I have done in the last 8 years, not my Law degree)

(2) If I don't make the 189 visa directly, whats the strategy in applying for the state nomination to help the situation. Is the state application done concurrently with the 189 visa application or one after the other?

Let's hope that meeting the financial criteria may override some other key determining factors .... Like the ties.

On medicals; pls expect that your kids will be asked to do one.... The only differences are some particular test exceptions (blood, xray nd co)... I hope this helps.
