When Nigerians start to pose like Ugandans lol, lets all pray for our dear country wailing and bad mouthing won't help.God bless Nigeria ! |
Dear friends , I'm a living witness of this new program and I'm sure some fellow users of this forum would have heard about it too.Its the MMM help program. This is not a fast money making scheme or over night money making avenue ,it's simply a help community, you help others with your spare money I.e money you are not in need of at the moment .If you have doubt ,yes you are right to have it but this system actually work and I have been benefitting from it.My friends too have Benifitted and that's why I decided to also share my testimony here so fellow Nairalanders can gain with thier spare money. You can put as little as N2000 in this and watch your money grow by 30% monthly. As I will advice ,the best way is put in funds and get them out asap soon as you get your interest and also increase your help rather than leave your money in to accumulate interest as the community won't grow doing that . If you would like to receive exclusive details on how this work ,you can drop you email address for guider tutorial and better still click the link below to watch video of people who have benefitted here also in Nigeria To read more about this community and how to be part of this benefits go here :http://www.rayoonline.com/2016/05/26/make-extra-cash-through-this-new-community-mmm/ |

This News just came in handy at a crucial time ,when our beloved country seem to be facing a hard time. Reading this piece and digesting every part of the article makes me really come to a conclusion that this is what the country has been reduced to. If US lawmakers can help us make good decisions, its good they do as our lawmakers seem confused and only after their take home. As part of efforts to help the reintegration of Boko Haram’s victims in Nigeria’s north-east, US lawmakers are discussing a bill which will allow its government use recovered Nigerian funds illegally stashed in American accounts as aid. Between 1993 and 1998, General Sani Abacha ruled as military dictator of Nigeria and in that time is believed to have looted up to $5 billion and placed the money in foreign accounts. In 2014, the US Department of Justice forfeited $480 million in corruption proceeds kept in banks around the world by Abacha allowing it to be “used for the benefit of the Nigerian people”. Recovered through the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative, it remains the “largest kleptocracy forfeiture obtained through kleptocracy action.” The bill, sponsored by Sheila Jackson Lee, a congresswoman from Texas, wants to use the money as a Victims of the Terror Protection Fund for families hurt by Boko Haram. Citing the power of the US Attorney General to dispose of recovered proceeds of corruption-related assets as she sees fit “where resources are badly needed for reconstruction and the rehabilitation of societies under new governments”, the bill resolves that “the victims of Boko Haram should be provided the dire humanitarian assistance.” It also calls for the provision of “military technical assistance be provided to Nigeria and its neighbors.” While it might seem seen as controversial the US Congress appears to be dictating how Nigeria’s stolen funds should be used rather than leave to the Nigerian government, it reflects the country’s general lack of credibility in handling recovered proceeds of corruption. There has been a lack of clarity over how parts of the Abacha loot recovered from other countries has been spent. Similar sentiments led David Cameron, prime minister of Britain to describe Nigeria as ‘fantastically corrupt’ last week. While agreeing that Cameron was right to tag the country corrupt, Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria’s president, also cast aspersions on Britain’s role in enabling corruption. While still a way from being voted into law, sponsors of the bill say it can be modeled after the case 0f Equatorial Guinea “where prior kleptocracy initiatives have been created to benefit communities and victims in need of support.” source:http://rayoonline.com/2016/05/18/us-congress-wants-nigerias-480-million-loot-used-as-aid-for-boko-haram-victims |

You are right, more of the reason why this information needs to be out there to help people from being victims whirlwind7: |
Be careful everyone, some fraudsters are out there claiming to be top officials of the Nigeria Security and Civil DefenseCorps, (NSCDC), are busy scamming unsuspecting Nigerians with lies that the Agency is currently undergoing a replacement exercise. I received a call yesterday afternoon from one Inspector Mike from Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, (NSCDC), he called my name with a warm voice and greeted me in a familiar tone while he introduced himself as someone I met last year at Alagbado, Lagos. But still can`t recall meeting this fellow as at the time of writing this. He proceed to ask me if I have gotten a job yet and I told him NO, So he told me he has been transferred from Lagos to Abuja and there is an order from the Minister of Interior that a REPLACMENT exercise be carried out, and 2 slots was given to him, so he remembered me and decide to help me. He told me to forward my details which I did, afterwards, he told me to call him by 8am the next morning. 8AM; THE FOLLOWING MORNING I called him as planned; he forwarded a phone number of one Commandant Solomon Yusuf whom he claimed is in-charge of the replacement exercise that I should introduce myself as his candidate. CONVERSATION WITH COMMANDANT S. YUSUF I pulled a call through him, introduced myself as instructed; Yusuf whom I presumed to be from the northern part of the country has a thick igbo accent told me the REPLACEMENT exercise kicked off last week that I`m coming late but he will see what he can do. He explained to me that they have decided to run the exercise secretly but Inspector Mike has been his trusted Alibi which is why he told him to bring candidates he trust, he further told me that the replacement form goes for #38,500 and only a few copies more to go. I called Inspector Mike, told him everything Yusuf said, then he said i should go and look for the money and make the payment so I can be enlisted too, I told him all I have is #17,000, he asked me to relax and promise to speak with Yusuf on my behalf, minutes later he called back, told me Yusuf accepted but on the condition that I balance up later, so I agreed. Yusuf then called that I should expect the account number I am to make the payment into and advised I make a swift move because people are already calling nationwide for the form. Minutes later he forwarded the NSCDC Secretary`s A/C details.. Please inform everyone you know, the country is extremely hard right now and no criminal is worth taking the little we have with mere plastic sense. I had to play along so I can get all their tactics and details so it can be in the public domain. NB: i also recorded the conversation. Below are their details: Name: Caroline Eke .A A/C no:3102370680 Bank: First Bank INSPECTOR MIKE`S NO: 07011718466 COMMANDANT SOLOMON YUSUF: 09055262264 Big Joe just sent this in now so lets all apply caution Source:http://rayoonline.com/2016/05/05/scam-alertimpostors-now-posing-as-nscdc-top-officials
