My Breakie is here : Jollof rice + Egg.

I recall attending a wedding in 2008 with my mom. it was our neighbour who got married. as per neighbour things, my mom and I made the mistake of not eating before leaving the house. we went for church service on top.

At the reception, servers were serving food supervised by the sister to the groom. At a point, my mom was so hungry that she accosted the sister to the groom and told her she hadn't eaten. after plenty apologies,she served my mom.

as we were leaving the reception, we saw a cooler of soup and jollof that poured on the floor and we laughed so hard.

last last, eat before going for any occasion. E get why.

Eating is a struggle.

Clearing the cooking space, I will give 6/10.

You missed out dishing them into appropriate bowls for refrigeration. I hate!

I usually chop vegetables in the market esp ugu leaves. then I wash thoroughly. I know I lose vitamins but blame it on laziness.

as I cook, I clean so I don't get so overwhelmed with so many dirty utensils.

as for dishing to put in the freezer, just say bye bye to the meat because I go chop am tire.

A food processor can pound, grate, dice, julienne, knead... etc. It can’t make semolina, you still have to do that manually.

Have you noticed that all the guys on this thread that can cook are very chill? The problems are the ones who can’t cook. Some will never post ordinary water, but once there is fight, it is either they are the instigators or they are right on time to take sides with the instigator.

Personally, cake is harder for me.

the difficult aspect of baking cake is in creaming the butter and sugar especially if you are not using an electric whisk.
