Sir, your accusation is baseless! Kindly pick up your figure of speech notes and relearn Metaphor and simile! Simile includes indirect comparison using "as" and "like" while metaphor uses direct comparison.

There are many verses in the Qur'an and Hadith that categorically emphasised that there's no one like Allah! So that's the basis! Having discused metaphor above, the image of Allah is not Allah! And Allah has hand, face, feet...which Adam too has but the description of Allah is as it befits His majesty!

Lastly about Adam being the soorah (image) of Allah, there's no doubt the apparent meaning is that of a metaphor hence a form of comparison!

The language Adam spoke wasn't mentioned in the hadith you quoted! Everything in the hadith was actually written in Arabic and the translators left the "Assalamu alaikum" part untranslated. And this is similar to what John reported in 20:21 as "Shalom Aliechem" also Luke 24:36.

More importantly, Jesus said Eli Eli lama sabachthani in Matthew! But contrarily, he said Eloi Eloi lama sabachthani in Mark!

These were also left untranslated but transliterated despite the new testament being recorded in Greek!
