Your First Time Of Visiting A Guy, And This Happens. What Would You Do?


The first time you visited your Girlfriend's family house, you both met the Father cutting the grass of their lawn with cutlass.

As a Guy, he what do you think you should do?
a. Collect the cutlass from him and cut the grass for him
b. Greet him and keep on chatting with your girl

As the lady in question
a. Will you be embarrassed if your boyfriend collected the cutlass from your father and help him cut the grass
b. You will both ignore your father at his chore as it isn't your business.


Sometimes you understand the situation better if you flip it around!

what's the purpose of the man visiting the girl's parent? introduction?

is it the first time visiting? or subsequent ones? are they expecting him?

if he's there for the purpose of introduction, the girl would have informed her parent of his coming and the time as well, so I don't think the man would be cutting grass by that time... they won't probably be preparing to receive him or welcome with food or drinks.... and even if he happens to be cutting grass, that would be stopped as soon as he arrives...

if he's just visiting without the girl's parent being aware of his coming or even familiar with him, I don't think collecting cutlass would be the next agenda, introduction would be first...

if it's subsequent visiting, the father himself will leave the cutlass to welcome him, and the guy would probably greet and give him something then take his leave... he doesn't need to collect cutlass for anything... and that doesn't determine if he's a good man or not..

if my woman is visiting my family for the first time, (of course, they would know she was coming) and my mom was cooking when she arrived, she's not expected to join her in the kitchen... that's not what she was there for... unless she willingly volunteered.....
