samsard: Hey guy tecno F7 is has a full HD display(unlike the lenovo), do yu mind doing away with your sentiments so, yu can analyse things more clearly +who told yu the fone(s) are or is scrap?I don't think you know what 'full HD' means... |
Princek12: What is the difference between a plane that took off and landed and a plane that has not been airborne? If you truly need someone to explain this to you, you really need to demand a refund from your English teachers. What has 'cruising altitude' got to do with anything here? |
Alxmyr: You mean the plane should have landed on the crowd. At least he's a Governor. Have you seen the hired crowds they trot out for Patience Jonathan? |
jjman2322: I didn't make a mistake.. What I meant to say is you won't see airplanes in THE SAME CONDITION as Nigerian airplanes flying people back and forth in the USA..Again you waffle on and on instead of simply admitting you made a mistake. What you claim you meant to type was not what you put in your original post, plain and simple, and your post made it clear as day that you do not see planes of similar age in the skies of the US. I am not defending Nigeria's air safety, as you claim. Anyone who does not have challenges comprehending written English can see that I am merely taking umbrage to your sneaky attempt to blame most of our air safety woes on the age of the aircraft when it is actually normal to fly craft of that age. The mass hysteria of aircraft age has died down from the frenzied level it was at just after the Dana crash. please stop spreading FUD. Fajzay has done a good job of explaining my words to you. He easily grasps the stuff of my argument. Why can't you?! |
jjman2322: You're wrong. The difference is the USA airplanes are 99% of the time bought new by the same airline, and meticulously maintained and serviced.. The difference in Nigeria is they buy SCRAP from other airlines... Those delta airplanes were bought new by DELTA, so did USA Air.. Dana bought an airline that has been passed from generation to generation..Dude, You said: "Granted to say you will not see a 22 year old airplane ferrying you back and forth on a daily basis in the USA.. You see such in Africa and crap countries like Philippines, etc..." I've just showed you that there are hundreds of 22 year old planes (some older!) flying people back and forth on a daily basis in the US. Instead of graciously admitting your falsehood, you're splitting hairs. Learn to admit when you've made a mistake and move on. |
collynzo2: Please fly Dana, our population is too much already. The painful irony is that road accidents kill far more of our population (including those who are scared to fly) in 1 month than in a plane crash. |
jjman2322: hehe...In the US, Delta Airlines fly 178 McDonnell Douglas MD80/90 planes with average age of 21 years and 69 Airbus A320 planes with an average age of 18.2 years. http://www.airfleets.net/ageflotte/Delta%20Airlines.htm US Airways flies 10 Boeing 767 planes with an average age of 24 years and 32 Boing 737 planes with average age of 23 years http://www.airfleets.net/ageflotte/US%20Airways.htm Lying scum like yourself annoy me seriously...you inspire confidence by claiming to being an avid industry watcher, then proceed to lying through your teeth for sensationalism. There are B52 bombers in the US Air Force that are older than 50 years and are still flying. Good maintenance is what keeps these planes going, not just the age of the craft. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with flying a 15 year old plane. Stop spreading FUD. |
Truckpusher: And the way you're taking it too personal, what's the point.Perhaps I was too harsh, but this is often a recurring decimal here on Nairaland and it's uncool. Aafulenu: were u in love with hadiza?Did this sound intelligent in your head when you thought it up? Stop this inanity. |
Yakasai was not the only one interested in Hadiza. The looser in the competition felt jilted and humiliated by Hadiza.
The downside of libel and defamation laws being so lax in Nigeria is that people feel free to run their mouths, spreading damaging accusations with no shred of evidence...without fear of repercussions. The young lady may have had several suitors, but you have ZERO evidence that any jilted lover or suitor may be behind this. making such a reckless statement just because it is the only possible solution your limited mind can come up with is just wrong. |
25omega: see as aids go take spread for that area. or even gonorrhea and herpesHIV isn't spread that way. So distressing that after all the HIV/AIDS awareness they've been forcing down your throat, you still remain ignorant on transmission of the disease. |
Utter Crap! |
LOOOL Nearly 1% of Nigeria's population miraculously provided jobs by the GEJ administration? Right! These liars will burn in the hottest part of hell o! |
No, what they said was that there was not enough supply of blood to his heart because there was a collection of fatty materials in the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart. His heart did not get blood supply; that was why he died eventually. The question is, why did that happen? How could that happen to somebody who just woke up, had not done anything and was not doing any exercise. There are people who have worse conditions than that and they are still alive. Something must have engineered the heart to behave the way it did that Abiola could not survive more than 10 minutes. We took specimen from his intestine, took his blood and sent it to toxicologists in Canada and in London. What kind of quack doctor is this?! Even folks who have never set foot in medical school know that you can have a sudden cardiac arrest. When Fabrice Muamba collapsed, wasn't he in prime health? Don't people get heart attacks just strolling down the road?! Utter, sensationalist rubbish! |
Thank God this made it to the front page. My in-laws live in Ejigbo, and the traffic jams in and out of that area is beyond hellish. The Local Govt Chairman does next -to-nothing to remedy the situation and Fashola has no interest in areas like this that he cannot use to brag on state TV. The level of Neglect Lagosians in areas like this face is staggering. |
Abeg abuse Buhari all you like, but let nobody here come and insult our intelligence by claiming that the MEND folks were 'fighting for justice' and they 'did not kill civilians'. I guess I missed the part where oil workers that were gunned down at their place of work were non civilians. Perhaps the innocent people who were machine-gunned to death during the Atlas Cove attack were JTF in disguise? What about the traumatized victims of kidnapping? The Agip staff shot in the head during an attack on their facility? The Shell personnel gunned down at Alakiri. See below for an example http://www.legaloil.com/NewsItem.asp?DocumentIDX=1200003488&Category=news THE new year began on a bloody note in Port Harcourt early yesterday after gunmen attacked two police stations and the famous Presidential Hotel in the city, killing at least 16 people, seven of them policemen. A petrol tanker also exploded in the city, razing 30 houses and displacing scores of families.Continue babbling about MEND 'fighting for justice and liberation' while the ex-MEND commanders lounge in penthouse suites in Abuja and snort coke off the backsides of your sisters. All the top commanders have succeeded in doing is liberating themselves and their next 5 generations from any hint of poverty. Unlike the likes of Hezbollah in Lebanon that endear themselves to the people by building schools, hospitals etc, what has any of these 'freedom fighters' done for their people in the Niger delta? Post-Amnesty, where is the difference? Abeg, Boko Haram may be more evil and cruel than MEND ever were, but by golly, stop this bullcrap and pretense that MEND was completely benign to the citizenry. |
ewosk: Dat is exactly what dis cpc publication did not address...dis publication is ad hominem against Pst AYO, whether He is political or not do not equate ''Resource control'' militant to Blood spilling and barbaric destroying sects Boko Haram, nd someone in Buhari position should know dis.. GOD KNOWS HIS OWN!!! pple remember 2 kings 2:24...watch ur commentdSo we should keep quiet when 'Pastor Ayo' keeps yarning nonsense all in the name of 2 Kings 2:24 abi? Rubbish! You idol worshippers grow progressively more hilarious with each passing day! |
Leaking his nude pictures on the internet...those students can and should be punished by the university authorities. |
bizmahn: You'll see lots of it in the Lord's chosen on regular basis. Just be sure the G.O is ministering that day. Been to MFM church & deeper life & holiness power bible ministries at various times & they got a few awesome miracle testimonies too.Idol worship! Your minister is supposed to be filled with the holy Spirit, as are you, and should be able to wield God's power as long as He/she has faith. So why MUST it be when 'Daddy GO' is there that miracles will start to come? The way you people worship your Pastors, eh! |
99.99999% of those "My visions of hell" and "what I saw in Hell" books and casettes are fakes, meant to milk the impressionable and gullible of their money. You can always tell when those books veer away into the sensational and start talking about things designed to snag public attention like "I saw Elvis, Tupac, Bishops and Pope in Hell". Ditto for those tapes they play in buses when someone 'confesses' to witchcraft and other bloodcurdling crimes |
All this talk and yet we're still to get to the crux of the matter: WHY IS A GOVERNOR USING STATE TAXPAYERS MONEY TO FUND THE NIGERIAN POLICE THAT IS A FEDERAL INSTITUTION AND WHOSE NEEDS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FULLY COVERED IN THE BUDGET?! |
ebamma 3: and bolivia is in europe right? You're kidding, right? |
Tracetruth: you sincerely desire to have a father like tukur, but unfortunately for you it's an unattainable desire.I'm sure your daddy is thrilled that you'd trade him for Mr Tukur in a heartbeat. Sycophant! |
xykms101: Useless and unskilled Efcc keep parading unemployed graduates and undergraduates that had no choice than to use their brain in search of fortune leaving dumb and semseless politicians to continue embezzle our fortune..Keep raiding Efcc but you can never catch them all.Spoken like the thief you truly are! They'll catch you soon, don't worry. I'm sure half of those guys are on Nairaland sef |
Scarpon: if am too sell my papa house and buy this phone no wahala imagine a phone that came out less than 2 months beats iphone 5 that has been around for 9 months in best saleGalaxy S4 has sold little over 10 million units. iPhone 5 has sold WAY more than that. |
Billyonaire: PDP is democratic party, you see the purging going on, you will recognize that we are purging the bad eggs. Watch out for the smarter, corruptless PDP.Yes, with the likes of Anenih supervising this purge, the party is sure to be corruption free /sarcasm |
abujalapdog: Its so sad if that is all you people saw in the content of the story... How about the letter sent to him? He has been sent several invitation an he refused now you all are blindly defending him.If it is ok for Labaran Maku to represent GEJ at a public function, why then is it a crime for the State party secretary to respond to Tukur on behalf of the Governor? The important thing is that the letter written back to Tukur is the official position of the State Governor on that query. Whose fault is it that that old, decrepit PDP chair cannot consider the content of the message and instead go on an ego trip because a 'small boy' wrote that reply. Shebi they said politicians are public servants? Next time Jonathan sends Labaran Maku or Stella Oduah to go and make a speech on his behalf in a University, maybe we should start calling for his impeachment. Nonsense. The Presidency has been going around saying it was perfectly OK for Ambassador Gbenga Ashiru to present nigeria's statement to the African Union in Addis Ababa. Maybe the AU should have suspended Nigeria for daring to send a mere Ambassador to address a gathering of Presidents. Nonsense! |
xxyz17: The iPhone is manufactured in China for Apple by FoxconnDesigned in California, manufactured to Apple's extremely strict specifications and tolerances. |
ibietela2: Chai see what your bias mind is doing to you...Please direct your updates to the person that started that thread to update the OP with the correct specs. Afterall, he/She is one of you na. |
ibietela2: Guy its 480*320... Why not compare it to blackberry of last year downwardBold 9900 was released in 2011, screen resolution of 640*480. Any more questions? |
zeanslim: TAKE A DEEP LOOK !!!!No contest. The SGS III has much better CPU, better GPU, better software (up to Android 4.2.2 now, Split screen multitasking), better camera, more internal memory, better display. At around 60k for the S3 these days, the price difference is only 25k. For that price delta you get a far superior phone that is future proof...the S3 WILL get Key Lime Pie 5.0 when it's ready. Perhaps the extra money is beyond you. that's ok, to each his own. |
mrlaw93: see dis brilliant foolish man ooo.. They re talkin abt android fone's mumu is including blackberry..ŋ∂ nw sayin blackberry android τ̣̣̥ọ̥ com out by december.. Make e kom out first nahWhy am I being assailed by the most imbecilic, brainless people on Nairaland? The Article talks about Smartphone marketshare in Nigeria. Smartphones! All Smartphones! Then it goes on to babble about Tecno. Blackberry Phones are smartphones, and they sell much more than any other brands out there in Nigeria. Show me where I said 'Blackberry Android is coming out by December'. I said 'BBM app on iOS and Android will arrive before September'. Why is your ability to comprehend written English so poor? This is why you people fail JAMB and WAEC English repeatedly. Instead of reading your books and improving your mind, you will be insulting your betters on Nairaland. |
zeanslim: see big OLODO above ere....u dnt even no a pin about the phone yet u av d GUDZ to open dat ya dirty mouth....find out den cum and modify dix stuf OLODOTake an opinion poll, sample space of 1 million random human beings...let them read through your posts and mine.
