If you are qualified for instant live, then its a glitch on their end, either with their platform or Namesilo platform.

This new interface is still being worked on. I dont have any names on editorial now so i cant offer much but in the old interface, you can put words to guide the editorial team or simply put the domain name there.

so if there is no where to input description, then maybe they will do everything themselves

Its self explanatory. If accepted, SH will check if they are willing to take a risk with the name, if yes, they will register

if they dont want to take the risk, then you will be asked to register it.

Acceptance is usually higher with this dual option than choosing "i prefer SH to register it"

Before I bought this very name, i checked Archive, this website is the exclusive marketplace where koalacabinets is sold, its the online marketplace for their us based customers, almost all the 5k backlinks reffered people to sewingandcraftclub even their official austrailian website. I even had to confirm if they owned it at their facebook page before buying.

Tacony owns it and the also own brands like Madeira, klasse, koalastudios, amazingdesign, and many more and All of them have banners of this website embedded on them.

Please did you check for trademark?

Was the company still using the domain as at 2019?

There are times a name will drop in 2020. The comapny used the name between 2005 -20015

2016, 2017,2018 will be used by chinese or it will have a sale lander. You need to do due dillengence.

Is there still a link on their website leading to this domain name?

I have sold domains in the past! I sold my first domain on eBay around 2003. I have pushed domains only within the same registrar namecheap. It was free push. It was not an external push.

1. I get am before nor be property

2. There is nothing like external push, the moment a domain is leaving a registrar to another, it becomes a TRANSFER

3. When you move domain from your account to another account within the same registrar, it becomes a PUSH

These are rudimentary terminologies that shouldn't be mixed up

SH response is usually slow from Friday, sometimes Thursday. Adding this weekend it MIGHT Take more time for that name to go live

Is the name yours or SH owned?

If it's SH owned, check if it has been registered, if it's not, reach out to support tell them its been three days & you don't want to loose the name To someone else.

For SH owned names for newly registered creative's, registering of names & approval of names takes time. It's not automatic. As you approval rate increase, you will qualify for automatic registration & instant listing of your names

exactly, domain squatting is registering trademarked names probably on other extensions or so.

It is more than this this, that a name is trademarked doesnt mean you cant register it or use it, just dont use it for the same existing category it has been trademarked for.

For those into brandable, thats why you search for some keywords & you find about 5 TM for a single name, which differentiate them is the category of their service.

The key thing is "bad faith" with intent to profit.

There is an established company selling wines named "blue wine". They have no TM.

It will be considered bad faith for you to register Blue wine s & offer to sell wines too or even outbound to them. There is a thin line. you might get a seize & desist letter.

The reason we get away with it sometimes is because the company is not very big or does not have your time.

There is also Typosquatting. eg Faceb00k, N0kia etc

Generally you are advised to stay away from trademarked names doesnt mean its a no go area, if you know what you are doing.

Names of celebrities/popular people are also no go areas(there is no way around this one)

If you are into brandables, You must be patient.

The sale will eventually come, for some it will be faster, for others, it might take a little longer

I submitted three names I think are good but they were rejected.

1. Analynic (from the word analytic)
2. Rapidpowr ( rapid and power)
3. Dynarupt, ( dynamic and disrupt)

Name 1: How does the pronunciation sound to you?

Name 2: Most times you dont add a real keyword to a mispelling

Name 3:No comment per say, Dynadot makes no sense to me but its a killer site now.

In domaining, There are exception to rules, sometimes rules get broken and you make a sale. Standard industry practice is to stick to the norm/rules.

Advice to newbies, have a mentor, someone you can always run to, to ask stupid questions

I have mentors till date, that I send unregistered domains to, to give me their input

I have people I send unregistered names to for them to see if they will buy, should they reject the offer, they dont go behind my back to register it

I have people I send full correspondence of my outbound with, including name of enduser and company with so that they will advice me on how to go about it. sometimes they do their own research based on info given and they dig more info for me.

In this business, its not a one mans island

If rejecting it as premium won't affect it still being listed as Basic Plus, by all means go ahead. I was in a similar situation recently and they reviewed and approved it as premium.

It ought not to because the review will be handled by the SH internal review team. There is no harm in trying

I dont get your question, your screenshot shows that you have requested for a review and its in process. if the name is accepted, you will get a mail but if it is rejected, you may or may not get a mail. I used to get review rejection mail at the beginning
