When I had similar case with dan, I copied(cc) Lazslo in my conversation with the buyer during the push process and every thing went smoothly since payment had already been confirmed.

So, if the payment has been confirmed, he can first inform Dan then proceed with the push(if it's under 60 days) since Dan doesn't have escrow account at 123-reg.

Will that be a good idea?

Please I submitted some name at SH but I got to find out today that all d names were rejected but those names make sense oh. So I was thinking could it be dat I didn't write a proper description or what? Does description have any effect in domain approval or rejection

All domain listed on sedo are being deleted due to their partnership with SH.

In null shell you can't have a name listed at both sedo and SH, sedo will deleted its own listed name and accommodate SH name.

Just noticed that this morning as they deleted like 4 names I listed at their marketplace. I search for those names at sedo and they were available with BIN price for SH.

Note: All deleted names were SH premium.

It's my model too, and it's still my target, but of recent I've started to see how I'll design a strategy of my own, rather than depending on SH owned. And not necessarily SH, i want to build my own portfolio, with or without SH or BB.

True, but then, a single sale of low x,xx.x will cover up for 100names renewal, two of it will cover 200names, with change. Any other sale that year will be a profit.
And i think it will be easier in your case to patiently wait for the sales, since u are not used to outbound sales i suppose.

Anyways, we all have our blue prints, and even me in my blueprint i still focus on SH names, but i might re-strategize by end of month.

I type like five in SH but it said already registered I was surprised, so I went instantdomainsearch to do the remaining but I was surprised when someone put marketnotion at almost $3000

Whether SH registered it or not. The point here is that he registered it himself which means bulk of the commissions goes to him.
