Please on connectreseller, how do you request for Auth Code and how do you transfer out? i cant find any FAQ or help section

But wait o. How were you able to achieve such a great feat from February. SH name approval takes like 5-7 days and a max entry of 3 names.
That means none of your names gets rejected, if that is the case, then you are a boss in this game.
Do you use SH coins?

At the begining, i could submit up to 20 unregistered names, but with increased rejection rate, they limited me to 8names. when the rejection rate also increased and i was limited further. once the rejection rates reduces, your limits will be increased also. for now i can submit 8 unregistered names at a time.

Also their review time sucks now, sometimes it takes 1 week to get a review, before, 24hrs was it for me.

if you are limited to 3names, when your acceptance rate goes up time, your limits will be lowered. i dont use coin to submit names because i usually choose SH to register option and for my owned names, i dont use coins also. its not a must you use coin(so long as you meet the criteria) just that the wait period will be longer

Not necessarily, The number doesn't count. what counts is do you have the name that an end user needs,

Will the end user see the name? does he have the money to buy it?

People reporting sales isn't just because its a good name but that someone needed it at that time.

you can sell to a fellow domainers or an end user. most of the sales on Dan are to domain investors. they see potential in a name, buy low and aim to sell high.

Someone I follow always says "May your sales be to an end user"

I stopped at 13names. so the rest is SH owned.

I saw that it was going to burn a hole in my pocket.(especially, for renewals) so when submitting names, I don't do dual option of either i register or SH register. I choose SH to register option.

I have equally choosen the option that SH does the renewal but lower commission for me.

I am very Ok with the commission rate. The key is knowing what you want & what works for you.

I will take a break when I hit 200names.

Slack is an app, also has the software/web version. it's a community of BB sellers. criteria of joining is having 1 or 2 names listed on BB but BP requires 30names.

On BB slack channel, you get to discuss names you have submitted for review, to get the community's take on it. either for its rejection or acceptance or listing price.

then there is the completed sales section, where you get to discuss names that have been sold, how much you got it, how long it was listed etc

there is general feedback section etc

barter section is where you offer your names for sale at retail prices. either names you want to offload or names that will soon expire or unregistered names

then you can chat privately with other sellers

PS: in this Biz, find out what works for you. I started with Geo, did lots of outbound and no sale. Got tired & switched to Brandable.

I prefer to sit and wait for a sale, rather than aggressively searching for a buyer. It doesn't mean I have stopped looking for names i can quickly flip.

I have also done alot of sales on BB slack channels. Unregistered names that were rejected on SH but accepted on BB. I sell them off as unregistered. Not much but when the turn over is much plus conversion to Naira. then it's worth something.

Did the man know about his kidney issue before & did he share this info with the wife?

If one rejects the commission approved by SH for an unregistered name suggested to them,can one register the name and still list for approval under premium. For instance,you submitted an unregistered name xyz.com, it got approved with a commission of say 25%.Now, you want to reject the suggested commission,register the name yourself and resubmit for premium listing. Has anyone tried it before:

reject any name of SH, you can't resubmit it ever. even when it expires and it is picked by another person. the message will be "that it has been submitted to the marketplace before"

only as a new owner can you write them that you can't submit the name. you Might also argue that you mistakenly hit the reject button or you have changed your mind about SH registering.

all in all, a rejected name cannot be resubmitted excerpt you reach out to them with no guaranty.

They have 3 options but I prefer the last option.

If approved, SH will tell you who will register it

on your marketplace listing, if it is stated that SH will TAKE 35% commission, it means you are to register it


if YOU(creative) are to take 25-35% commission, then they will register it.

for either options be fast to approve the names. I have lost several names. by the time I click on approve, the name has been registered by someone else.

if SH is to do the reg, once you approve, instantly it gets reg excerpt when there is a bug which happens sometimes. should that happen, report to customer care

Please how long does it take BB to approve a name it's been 2weeks and the status is still not showing if accepted or rejected

it was better before but now, it takes close to 4weeks for review decision to be made. there is also further delay in editorial and publishing the name. if you have existing name there, join the BB slack channel for updates and barter. they are currenly reviewing names submitted on JULY 19 and 20th.

I have some Geo domain, I haven't had time to do proper outbound. I have shifted focus to brandables. If you are interested in buying anyone, Reseller price. Holla at me.
