Ok thanks. The Bible do not give direction on every issues we have in the world today but the Bible also teaches us by stories, inferences, parables and other subtle ways.
We have a precedent in Egypt many thousands of years ago that can teach us how God wants us to fashion ourselves. Moses escaped from pharaoh and when he was in the desert of Midea, the people that first saw him took him for an Egyptian. What made them come to this conclusion you may wonder? It’s certainly because of the way he appeared (and talked).
God was careful in the many commandments he gave the Israelites. He discouraged tattoos, some form of beards and cloth fashions because he really wanted them to look distinct from the ungodly people around them.
So any dressing that makes you look more like Marlian than a Matthew may be unpleasant to God. You see how police profile one by dressing? God really want us to identify ourselves even by our dressing and fashion.
This also depends on the prevailing culture, sentiments and local society. The point is made clear when we consider this Bible verse , Romans 12:1 So, then, because we have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also throw off every weight and the sin that easily entangles us,a and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. We have to be careful really how others view us. And we have to consider what is acceptable in the society we are in and measure it against the Bible.

That's a right peculiar take, and I must say I disagree with it, mate! To say that a "genuine" Christian shouldn't have their hair in a particular style seems a bit judgy, if you don't mind me sayin' so.
As far as I can tell, there's nothin' in the Bible that says Christians can't have their hair in any particular way.

The idea that a Christian's appearance should be a certain way to "preach" or "convince" others seems a bit backwards, if ya ask me. After all, the Bible says that "man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7)
The focus should be on the person's character and actions, not on how they choose to look, yeah?

I happen to be in Maiduguri currently but I can't seem to find my church and the churches that are somehow close I haven't heard of them before. I don't know their doctrines nor the kind of their beliefs.

I am just stock. Thinking of just staying at home today and watch service online.

I wish we christians have just one church so that irrespective of where you are you can be comfortable going to any church.

So on the bus today, someone brought out a real iPhone 14 pro max and was offering to sell it to my friend for 75k last. He said his mother was in the hospital and they needed 75k for the surgery which was why he needed the exact amount.

Since he mentioned 75k,
My friend started pricing it for 50k.

To buy was hungrying him.

I collected it and checked.

Everything is working fine. The screen of the phone had the seller's picture as Screen saver.

I told my friend that the phone could be stolen.

He said even though it is, he would flash it and change the casing or resell it immediately.

That is how my friend paid o.

Through transfer.

Despite my warning.

I was just holding the phone and looking at it in shock.

At a point I wished it was me that bought it.

But kai. 50k for iPhone?

No na.

No amount of desperation would make me sell for 50k.

We alighted from the bus and waved at the man who said he was rushing to the hospital to begin the process of the surgery with the money.

and thought to share. My friend and I sat down under a tree to look at the phone he had bought again.

While #pressing the phone, it turned off.

The screen could not turn on again.

We felt it was battery so we decided to find a place to charge it.

Suddenly, the screen turned on again. We started seeing the screen showing.

"Searching..."

The search icon stayed for like 2 minutes rotating like planet Earth.

Then it switched to.

"Tracking... Tracking... Tracking..."

I was the one holding the phone at that moment.

I quickly gave my friend his phone to hold first.

He didn't collect it again.

He said I should hold it.

I didn't understand anymore. So I shouted at him.

"Bros collect your phone na."

"Shey you dey hold am. Just dey hold am de go na. Make e track finish."

"Track who?"

"The thing e dey track?""Which thing? Oga hold your phone."

"Calm down na. We no know wetin e the track. Shey I dey here na. Hold am. Maybe e dey track network?"

"Hiaaann... Let it continue tracking network in your hand abeg. Hold your phone biko."

I shoved the phone in his pocket and continued began to walk home.

Suddenly from behind my friend shouted and ran past me.

I joined him to run.

While running I was asking him.

"Kelechi? Why are you running?"

Kelechi shouted back.

"The phone show location found."

"Which location?""I no know o. Maybe na our location."

I was still running right with Kelechi when I saw that he was running with the phone in his hand.

I turned back silently and started running left.

Left was a bush.

I didn't mind.

I kept following it and running for my life. Only for me to turn back and see Kelechi following me behind with the phone still in his hand.

The point is that these things didn’t start today. Tinubu learnt the trade from someone. Importantly though, what we should be doing is to kill and discourage that culture of drugs and thuggery.
But what we have done now by our actions and decisions in the last election is promoting it and further emboldened the bad elements. Bad things and people keep winning. See what just happened at the park in Abuja.. peaceful Abuja oh.
Now there will be many more drug infested towns that those you mentioned and even in those towns there will be an increase.
If you attempt to caution any young child, they will point to OUR PRESIDENT Tinubu. Before now it was just ‘lesser people’ like Fela they can get motivation from. However, our number 1 citizen, our leader, is the number 1motivation for rascally children

You can imagine the message our young people will be getting from Tinubus life. They will come to see that the end justifies the means. They will feel you can do drugs just to get what you want. And sadly too, they will believe that in life you have to be a “bad ass” to success.

They will get that society do not care as long as u are successful.
This is what Tinubus triumph stands for.

Our society will be going down morally. Drugs will proliferate and destroy more promising lives

My God! You know I have been listening to many of MOHBAD’s songs for the past few days, the boy is was a talent. He has a rich voice and lyrics with deep messages. He conveyed his message effortlessly through very harmonious renditions.
I noticed he didn’t talk about women or sensual things much yet his songs are impactful.

I suspect from information about him that I have analyzed that he suffered from depression that bordered psychosis. This condition was worsened by his possible exposure to DRUGS🚭. In his private communications and some public utterances, he was many at times agitated and felt like DEATH⚰️ was closing in on him.

That being so, I may know who is complicit in his death☠️. TINUBU👹 has been building a culture and society that poisons the body and minds of youth through drugs🚬.
The factory for these poisons are everywhere in Lagos from FESTAC and Mushin through to the Islands of Lagos.

Many of you continue to support Tinubu🧛🏿‍♂️ and this his culture.

You all failed MOHBAD ... and you are also failing yourselves.

Not bad... I still have my reservations about him though. He brought defensive discipline to the team which was good. But, the team was built to play like an underdog. They run and press and defend impressively. But after pressing and winning the ball, they have no idea what to do with it. They don't create chances and don't take quality shots. Truth is that outside a few games at the world cup, in any other match the falcons play, they're favourites. That means they'll have the ball more. How do we cope?

That explains why we struggled at the last African nations cup. We saw it vs England when they got a red card and relinquished possession of the ball to us, we were clueless. Even vs Ireland in the last group game, same story. Playing as an underdog is good. But in Africa, every team will give us the ball and defend against us. The question again is how do we cope?

They overperformed at that World Cup.
I believe the reason why our attack is blunt is because we do not have enough creative players and scorers. The only established goal scorers are Oshoala and ajibade.
Most of those girls can shoot. It’s evident in the way they took their penalties.
Doing well in attack most time depends on the type of players u are able to muster. Chelsea FC , have the same problem

I have been dating this my girl friend since 2017. She made me fall and believe in love, she ticked all the qualities I desire in a woman. When I we started dating she was in her 200L, and everything was going on smoothly. Now this is where the issue lies,
When she went for service in another state, I started noticing some changes, wen she comes back home during holidays I used to go through her phone.(note: she has access to my phone and I too).
So one of those period I realised she is seeing another guy in the state where she is serving. I confronted her and she opened up to me and confessed. I forgave her.

Then after like 4months again, I later noticed she is also seeing another guy different from the initial one I noticed, she denied that but I had to do my deep investigation and got an evidence, she opened up again, at this point I broke up with her and moved on. After like one month she came back begging for forgiveness, It took me time to heal and I forgave her.

Then this last one that broke the camel's back, I noticed she traveled to the state where she did her youth service for something and all this while I thought she was staying with her sister, not knowing she was staying with the first guy she dated while serving whch she apologised. She stayed with her for three good weeks. How I realized was, I called her line one early morning arnd 3am and a guy picked the call asking me who I am. At first, I froze cos I haven't been in that kind of situation, I calmed down and explained everything to the guy, and the guy also told me she has been with her for the past three weeks and that's the girl friend too. I was shocked. I have broken up with her finally cos I don't think forgiving a cheating partner is worth it.
The first time she cheated, 90% of my friends advised me to dump her ass and move on but I had to forgive on the basis of nobody is perfect, but this third time is a no no.
Now she has been begging and asking for forgiveness that she has really learnt her lessons. At this point I'm just so mad that I don't want to forgive her.
Now the big problem is that I'm always seeing her in my dream, I have not really moved on cos it's not easy for me. I have loved her for solid 6 yrs plus.
Note: all the family members from my side and her side are fully aware of our relationship and have approved but they are not aware that I have broken up. If you are my shoes will you forgive her for this very last time or will her cheating continues?
Your advise and suggestions will be well appreciated. Thank you

To God, I endeavor in my life both online and offline to be a realist, to limit emotions and properly and in an informed way analyze things.
I have been telling even supporters of Obi that ludicrously claim nobody voted for Tinubu that Tinubu actually got votes, howbeit with a caveat; Its the North that made him President!

-If Nigeria voters demographics were to be divided into North and South, Obi won roundly Tinubu in the south.
-Young people that are well read and informed supports Obi far more than they support Tinubu. If elections were only limited to people that can read and write, and consequently get correct information about candidates, Obi would most likely trump Tinubu.

MY TAKE ON THIS IS THAT THE NORTH AS ALWAYS BEEN THE NUMBER ONE REGION THAT FOR SOME REASONS MANAGE TO PROVIDE US WITH QUESTIONABLE LEADERS. IN FACT, NIGERIA AS IT IS TODAY WITH ITS MANY CHALLENGES IS THE DIRECT PRODUCT OF THE NORTH BECAUSE THEY HAVE PROVIDED MORE THAN 80PERCENT OF THE PRESIDENT AND HEAD OF STATES WE HAVE HAD.

IRONICALLY IT IS ACTUALLY THE NORTH THAT SHOULD HAVE A LESSER INFLUENCE ON THE CHOICE OF LEADERS WHEN THE RATE OF IGNORANCE AND ILLITERACY THERE IS CONSIDERED.

*THE NORTH ALSO FRUSTRATED AND PREVENTED THE SMART, VERY PROGRESSIVE AND LIBERAL AWOLOWO FROM BECOMING THE PRESIDENT.

AGAIN I POSTULATE THAT DEMOCRACY IS THE TYRANNY OF THE MAJORITY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ARE INFORMED OR NOT.

(Lesson: Follow peace of mind over feelings). Sometimes we are offered two or more good options, but we may tend to follow the exciting one amongst the good options. Excitement is not a proof of being in the right thing, but time and peace of mind proves it.
You must go back to really understanding the Bible. You would have been saved from those mess

(2) A false man of god I met.
I wasted money, time and my life in this man's church. Though I recovered things after I left.

(Lesson: Never be carried away by prophecy, fire, ginger etc. Do not allow people lay hands on you anyhow, be careful when saying "god of so so so man of god". You may be calling his diety instead of God Almighty.

It’s not a new pattern from the supporters of this present system. You guys only come to power to shift blame and blame others. You used the first four years of Buhari to blame Jonathan.

We are without doubt in business as usual government. Nothing ground shifting.
