emipan:Our politics lacks objectivity and shame. |
The clownish entertainer has started again. |
I remembered watching the news of this massacre on Channels TV as a secondary school student. It was the first real exposure to the dangers of cultism, besides what was already captured in Nigerian movies and TV productions. Our legal system is a shame that is underscored by the way the OAU matter was handled and discarded like the lives lost were useless. I shame for Nigeria. I urge those who are in the know to release the names of all those 38 students that were apprehended. This is the social media age, we need to call them all out so their families would know that daddy is a murderer, until legal justice can be served. Let us shine the spotlight on those accused and let them prove their innocence. |
The Edo State Chapter of the PDP has again descended on Governor Godwin Obaseki, describing his tenure as a hardship phase for the people.https://theeagleonline.com.ng/obaseki-has-failed-edo-people-says-pdp/ |
Fuckalldmods:Ortom was never denied APC ticket. He quit the party when he wasn't receiving the support he was expecting from Buhari over the Fulani herdsmen perpetrating genocide in Benue. And him decamping to PDP happened over 18months before his reelection. |
Ezennwa:See begging. Does it mean the PDP have no hope in its current party members who have shown interest in the party ticket? |
Sirheny007:Are you really serious that you and your ilk did not hear the news as was reported even on Nairaland? Kanu must really have a band of ignorant zombies. |
urose93:Maybe your 1996 Sunny isn't too electrical oriented as the more recent productions of Nissan. Most of the 2002 to 2014 Nissan cars have this electrical issue, and it is widely discussed in online reviews even in the USA. |
Why did he return to PDP in Oshodi Isolo Lagos State, when he just contested for Governorship in Imo state? Is there no PDP in the same Imo state that he can return to and pursue his selfless dreams for the good of Imo state? Must he come back to Lagos where his political bread was previously buttered? |
phal:Nissan has electrical issues that turn off the engine while driving or refusing to start while off. In fact, the steering can lock and drive you towards a direction that is not your choice. |
“We are sick and tired of APC’s serial certificate scandals,” the chieftain said.Meaning PDP will avoid such burden of certificate scandal posed by Obaseki. |
Naija9090:Maybe they are not zombies like those who wait for Kanu to remix a news whose details has already been disclosed allover Nigerian media. But I trust Kanu to take advantage of what happened in Aso Rock, to feed his flock with his own fancy tales so his flock can renew their subscription. Question is, are you one of the zombies suffering from the IPOBic plague, whose rehabilitation was promised by the SouthEast Governors? |
Kanu I support you in using the sense of your own people. You have successfully reduced your tribe to clowns. Give them the hatred they want while you make the wealth to take care of your British family. |
IgboGirlsFucker:No bigotry there but fact of the matter without useless emotions. The family should be contented that he has been recognized as the winner of the June 12 election. He was never sworn in so can only be regarded as a former President-elect. Let the hungry section of the family go and meet Kola Abiola who cornered all of his father's wealth. Besides, must they depend on Abiola forever? All of Abiola's children from multiple wives are actually doing well. Let the extended family find something useful to do with their own lives and their own children. |
He was never sworn in as President, so it is good enough he was acknowledged officially as the winner of the election, thereby making him a President-elect. As for you his family still hungry since the death of your breadwinner, you are a big shame to Abiola. Can't you find your footing or must you be forever spoonfed? |
Obaseki has been politically neutralized. Even PDP will not make a mistake of giving him a ticket that will be wasted if he actually wins the election. |
This is a very thorough screening report. This is a victory for democracy and the rule of law. APC has learnt from the Bayelsa embarrassment of winning an election democratically, only to self destruct due to poor vetting of the aspirants. |
Davida33:I don't particularly support jungle justice. But I wonder by which criteria petty thieves cannot glorify their theft for fear of jungle justice or legal justice, but Yahoo boys even broadcast their exploits to all who care to listen. Some even argue that they are critical to the Nigerian economy. Imagine such effrontery from criminals who should be hiding in fear for their useless lives. |
medolab90:Never! But they disgust me. The very fact that the corrupt police let them get away to perpetrate more fraud irritates me. |
PIMPAR:Very smart submission ridden with facts and devoid of emotion. |
Moneyboyz:If petty thieves can be treated with such venom, yahoo boys certainly deserve a ten-fold of such venom. |
Vikynas:If you are a Yahoo boy, you deserve such death. |
Where was this group when Tinubu's candidate was schemed out with inflated delegates during the Ondo state primaries of 2016? Did John Oyegun who was the National Chairman of the party, not rule against the decision of the party organ that agreed there were irregularities in that Ondo primary? Where was this group when Tinubu and Faleke were rubbished after the death of Abubakar Audu in Kogi after the election was 95% won, and a disloyal Yahaya Bello who never showed up to any party campaign after losing the APC primary to Audu, was allowed to reap a victory already won by others? Tinubu and his supporters stayed put and worked for the success of the party. |
Until we start burning Yahoo boys with tyre on their neck like we do for petty thieves, we will not exterminate this cancer. Burn them at the stake, and watch the rest scurry away to find legitimate income. I will gladly volunteer without pay to help capture these fraudsters. |
I fear this Charles Idahosa. He remains one of those who pushed Obaseki to his doom. Anyone who wants to make it in life should fear people like this who know how to keep one engulfed in animosity with an adversary you shouldn't even look in the eye. |
Edo is not Lagos. In Lagos, the party will let you contest and lose democratically. In Edo, the party will disqualify you and even make you a useless burden on any party who would receive your political corpse. |
Ojiofor:You wanted Ambode to fight a lost battle like Ojukwu? You must think Ambode is from that notoriously emotional tribe who know how to grandstand and boast beyond their capabilities, only to wail later that their opponent did not show mercy. Ambode did not have a single member of the Lagos state legislature on his side, and would have been impeached before he could even fathom decamping to join another party. An impeached Governor cannot contest any election again, and would lose any benefits associated with being a former Governor. So yes, Ambode was not stupid enough to try and impress the hallelujah boys who were urging him towards his doom. He stayed put, contested in a very democratic primary of his party, and lost with dignity. And as expected in "saner climes", he did not become a political prostitute. |
