I started applying early last year, after 4 months i stopped applying, fast forward to last month, April 3rd, one of the employer i sent my CV to mailed me to ask if i am still interested, i said yes and that was how we started.

Did two hard interviews but i scaled through, everything i needed to pay for( visa fee, air ticket, accomodation, airport pick up, and lots more) was free... My COS is also free. Infact i submitted no care certificate.

I just received my visa and i know God will do urs as well..

The Sevis fee expires after 365 days, it's 353 days in this case so you're good to go.

We need to start talking about how people now come into the UK and the care homes don't give them the working hours agreed on on their COS. I have a friend who's been in uk for over one month and hasn't gotten a single minute of working hour in his care home, they keep telling him to hold on.

He got his job through an agent tho, as at now I'm starting to feel some of these care homes already have enough workers but they just sell slots through an agent to you at a very high price to make their money and not working for the agreed hours on your COS will affect you when you're about to renew your visa or apply for ILR cause the home office will see clearly that you've not been paying your tax regularly.

There will be a 7.8% price increase on IELTS starting from May 1st.

We can't tell yet, a friend who got a job through an agent in UK early last year also got a response similar to this but it took over 4 months before the agent got him a job, it got to a point he thought he had been scammed.

Just send them your cover letter and your CV, I'm sure this agent isn't here in Nigeria so I doubt you can get a refund. You just have to play by their rules and hope for the best.

Your SEVIS fee expires on June 2nd 2023, it's only valid for a year from the payment date.

Nigeria has been on the list for years and people have been applying directly to care homes and hospitals and getting employed.

Most people I know are either getting replies about the organization not having license to sponsor foreigners or they prefer to sponsor someone already in the UK. Don't know why you keep getting those responses

See ehn, this people don't care about your degree, they only require you to have a certain amount of training or skills. They don't want a menial job worker who doesn't have any skill set or formal education, you can only get jobs like that when you're already there but getting a sponsorship for those kinds of jobs from nigeria is nearly impossible.

The I.T field covers a broad range of jobs, you can search and pick the one that suits you and dedicate
8-10months to it and hopefully you get a company to sponsor you or if it's a care worker job you want, you'll still need a certification from websites like Alison, Florence and Co and you'll start the job hunt.

Since you don't have money to give out to agents, you'll have to go harder, someone here sent over 1000 applications before he finally got a job offer. So oga, na you go still help yourself.
