The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria(PFN) has declared the former Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, is not a member of the body. It, however, said it was saddened and disturbed by the allegations of criminal conduct and serial impropriety made against Pastor Fatoyinbo. The PFN said it was antithetical to the tenets of Christianity and violent breach of the trust that ought to exist between members of the congregation and a Minister of the Gospel. President of PFN, Dr. Felix Omobude in a statement in Benin City, said the body was shocked at the allegations that are criminal in nature. According to Omobude: “We strongly condemn this ignoble and bastardy conduct as alleged against Pastor Fatoyinbo. @titiloyeblog.com Former President Olusegun Obasanjo says there is no doubt that God Almighty is a Nigerian with the way and manner he has preserved the Nation despite all that she has had to go through. Obasanjo stated this when he spoke at the 9th Toyin Falola Annual International Conference held at Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State. The former President who presented a paper titled “Towards a reunification of the sacred and secular: religious interventions in politics,” said most Nigerians at the moment are not happy with the country and would do everything they can to leave because the Nation is not giving them what they so desire. “I don’t know of any Nigerian who doesn’t wish Nigeria well, but, I know many Nigerians who are unhappy and want to leave Nigeria. Our issue is so because, what they expect from Nigeria they are not getting it. The role of religious leaders and religion is to lead but, lead them also to also to let politicians learnt a best lesson. God is a Nigerian because, what we have gone through in Nigeria and what we are going through, probably, Nigeria should not be on the map of the world. That’s why I say God is a Nigerian.” he saidSource: https://www.titiloyeblog.com/2019/07/god-is-nigerian-obasanjo.html

@titiloyeblog.com Member of the Ibiwe Society, identified as Chief Okoro Iduserem, has been stripped for parading himself as an Enogie (Duke) and using insignia of palace royalty in his car. Chief Idusere also wore beads only worn by Enigies and top palace functionaries, which must have been presented to them by the Oba of Benin. In a viral video, the palace Ewaise (diviners) and Secretary of the Benin Traditional Council, Frank Irabor, were seen interrogating Chief Idusere. He agreed he was not an Enogie and was not given coral beads by the Oba. Idusere was also accused of using the insignia to sell land, settle traditional dispute illegally and pass sensitive information around to people like Murphy Face, who is reputed to using the social media to denigrate the Benin Kingdom and its royalty. Chief Idusere, who denied conniving with others to denigrate the palace using various social media platforms, agreed to swear an oath on an altar in the palace. He was heard explaining how he wanted to form the Benin Royal Army since the sect he belonged to is the last line of defense. The imposter was later seen on his pants and swearing an oath after a cock was slaughtered. It was gathered that Idusere would be arraigned today for violating the Edo State Chieftaincy and Traditional Rulers Laws. source: https://www.titiloyeblog.com/2019/07/man-stripped-for-impersonation-at-obas.html Cc: Lalasticlala, Mynd44

@titiloyeblog.com A former Minister of Works, Sen. Adeseye Ogunlewe, on Saturday said he had no regrets dumping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC). Ogunlewe made the declaration in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos. ‘’I have no regrets dumping the PDP. I feel at home in APC, it is a better party with good plans for Nigerians,’’ he said. NAN reports that Ogunlewe had made his intention known in May to dump PDP over the leadership crisis rocking the party in the state. The former minister had given the opposition party 30 days ultimatum to resolve the leadership crisis in the party otherwise, he would join the APC. Ogunlewe said the question of which political party he now belongs to should not arise anymore as he had since dumped the PDP for the APC. ‘’I dumped PDP days after the expiration of the ultimatum as the leadership crisis persisted. ‘’I have no regrets leaving a party without a chairman, and as I speak to you, I feel at home in the APC. ”I have left PDP, and I am now in APC. I gave them 30 days to resolve their leadership crisis and I waited days after the expiration still the crisis persist. ‘’Up till this moment, they don’t have a chairman in Lagos chapter of the party. ”I can’t stay in such a party. I have moved to the next level. I am now in the fold of the progressives where I truly belong,” he said. The former minister said he had always been what he called a progressive, adding he had at various times been in the defunct Action Group (AG), Alliance for Democracy (AD) and Action Congress (AC). ‘’These were political parties for the progressives and people of like minds,” Ogunlewe said. The former minister said he became a senator on the platform of AD, adding that he was glad to be re-united with his old colleagues most of whom were now bigwigs in APC. He said apart from the crisis in the PDP, his decision to join APC was also influenced by President Muhammadu Buhari’s recent posture on governance. Ogunlewe said Buhari’s implementation of the direct allocation of funds to local governments and the honour done to the late MKO Abiola, the presumed winner of the June 12, 1993 elections were remarkable. He said Buhari, with his recent steps, had started doing what the progressives had been yearning for, adding that he was pleased to align with him and APC. “Another thing that attracted me to APC is the change in the style of Mr President on governance. “You know what he has done now. He has given financial autonomy to the local governments and that is part of what progressives have been yearning for. “One is beginning to see the voice of the progressives in Mr President; he is doing gradually what we have been fighting for. “Look at what he did to late Abiola, these are commendable steps. We want him to do more. Just as he is gradually giving us true federalism, we want him to restructure the country. “The way Nigeria is structured presently is too heavy. The president should restructure the country, without it, we cannot have the kind of progress we want,” the former said. Ogunlewe also said he was motivated to join APC because of his believe that the party would zone the presidency to the South West in 2023. He said if that eventually happens, the National Leader of the party, Mr Bola Tinubu would be a good choice for Nigerians. Ogunlewe described Tinubu as “a cerebral and visionary politician, who he possesses the right leadership skills to move the country forward.” source: https://www.titiloyeblog.com/2019/06/ive-no-regrets-dumping-pdp-says-ogunlewe.html Cc: Lalasticlala, Mynd44

@titiloyeblog.com Wale Jana, who happens to be the CEO of Sapphire Scents and also a member of The Common Wealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA) wrote on his Instagram page about the trending issue between Pastor Fatoyinbo (Founder of COZA) and Busola Dakolo (The wife of a popular Nigeria Musician, Timi Dakolo). Below were his words; I just watched @busoladakolo video I know the world gets emotional the moment a woman mentions that she was raped but if you will take a minute to think objectively; the oldest way a woman can try to destroy a man is to accuse him of rape. Any man is guilty of this offence in the eyes of the public until otherwise and if she has a little social status like the wife of a struggling musician like @timidakolo it makes it look credible.source: https://www.titiloyeblog.com/2019/06/since-you-want-war-you-will-have-it.html Cc: Lalasticalala, Mynd44

@titiloyeblog.com Music executive, Ubi Franklin says the biggest money mistake he has ever made is the money he plunged into having a huge wedding celebration. Ubi had a superlative wedding with his ex-wife, Lilian Esoro, in November 2015. Their marriage, however, crashed one year later. Ubi was a guest on a TV show for BusinessDay recently. When asked what his biggest money mistake ever has been, Ubi said; ''I think the biggest money mistake for me was the money for my wedding. That was the biggest money mistake because a few guys that had experience at the time told me to just do something small and then go home. When I see people do big scale wedding, I laugh because it's a party, it is just for a day and when that day is done, it's done. Yes they say memories but you see, you can create memories without spending billions. So I think that is one of the biggest money mistakes I have made'. If I had known, I would have done something smaller, classier than what I did because I did like almost three months of different events ' Ubi also revealed he has made over N10 billion in the last eight years. ''From 2012 till now, I have made over 10 billion but didn't keep it because I didn't have the financial discipline to know that I could invest that money in something else that could generate money" he said He also took to his Instastories last night to react to the attack he has received from Nigerians over his N10 billion claim. watch the video: https://www.titiloyeblog.com/2019/06/the-biggest-money-mistake-i-ever-made.html Cc: Lalasticlala, Mynd44

@titiloyeblog.com The Nigerian Army says light tactical vehicles and other weapons being locally produced by its company, Nigerian Army Vehicle Manufacturing Company (NAVMC), will help in addressing Nigeria’s internal security challenges. The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai, stated this in an interview with newsmen on Thursday after he toured production lines in the company located at Rigachikun in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna state. Buratai disclosed that the first set of the indigenous “light tactical vehicles’’ produced by the company would be exhibited on July 6. He said that NAVMC was collaborating with Defence Industry Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) in the production of the vehicles. @titiloyeblog.com The leadership of the Abia State Police Command says it has arrested 15 police personnel under its command for allegedly extorting money from motorists and other members of the public. The police officers, it was learned are standing orderly room trial at the command’s Headquarters in Umuahia, the state capital. The Commissioner of Police in the state, CP Ene Okon who disclosed this in Aba said that the command would not shield any corrupt person within its workforce that is trying to tarnish its good image. The CP who was reacting to the calls made by some traditional rulers during a Town Hall Meeting in Aba, asking him to call some of his extortionist officers to order, assured that the Nigeria Police does not shield anyone with criminal behavior. Okon pointed out that the command is determined to get rid of bad eggs among its personnel, stressing that it was why it declared one Sergeant Collins Akpugo wanted for killing Mr. Christian Onuoha in Umuahia. He further disclosed that a reward of N500, 000 will be given to whoever has information on his way about. Okon who maintained that bail is free, however, urged the members of the public to resist the urge of giving money to any officers who tried to extort them, stressing that every citizen ought to know his right and stand on it. “We are the only organization that when you err, we punish. All of you must have heard about a policeman that shot somebody and killed on the 4th of June in Afara Umuahia? “After killing, he ran away and disappeared. We have declared him wanted and we have placed N500,000 on his head. Anybody that will give us Information on his arrest collects N500,000 cash from me,” the CP said. Speaking on bribery and extortion by police officers, Okon said “It takes two to tangle. If you don’t give the police will not take. It starts with you. If you know that you’ve not done anything wrong, if you know that you’re operating your joint according to rules, if a policeman comes, you prove to him that you know you’re right. “I don’t know that policeman that will not be afraid to even tell you to bring knowledge that you know your right. Insist that you know your right. Let me be very frank to you, I am not supporting police collecting any money. “As I’m talking to you, I have 15 policemen in my cell. 7 were arrested here at Opobo Junction when I heard the information that they were collecting money. I sent out my monitoring unit and my monitoring unit went there and met them in the act and arrested them. “I subjected them to investigation and we have completed the investigation and they’re undergoing ‘orderly room trials’. Let God be with them if they’ll escape. At the end of the day, they’ll turn to civilians and be giving money too and see how painful it is. “I have a monitoring unit. We are not sleeping on it. I don’t like it, but you too must stop giving. If you don’t give, they’ll not take. Insist on your right. My phone number is here, call me, give me the information and see what will happen.” source: https://www.titiloyeblog.com/2019/06/15-police-officers-in-detention-over.html
