The whole congregation rose as the man of God walked majestically to the pulpit. At 7 ..am prompt, service started with singing, the guy leading the praise sang offkey with cacophonous and incoherent voice.. The congtregation didn’t seem to care.they were dancing. I can spend a whole year without stepping my foot within a church premises.Going to church was like a waste of time.i felt I was more s[piritual without beimg religious. So when Janet invited me for her church programme on Christmas day,it was easier for me to say no. However janet was my crush so turning down her request was difficult for me. She had been keeping me guessing over my request for a date. Perhaps, if i attend her church programme, my chance would be favored.

Europeans came with their own Adam and Eve story. They had a book to back it up. We believed them.

We believed that God b and devil were engaged in naira bet on Jobs faithfulness.

Jesus came and in his wisdom, told us that a parable i:n earthly story with heavenly meaning. yet, some if us believed Jesus parables as true happening

Could it be possible that majority of the biblical stories are parables and should not be taken seriously.

Why? Because these Bible stories were interpreted
history, preserved for future generations, not for their
factual accuracy, but their faith-generating
component.
Faith doesn’t mean that we believe in the literal
truth and factuality of the bible regardless of how
improbable or even impossible they seem. Instead,
faith is about something so much more important.
It is about our relationship with God and about
centering our minds and our lives in God and being
faithful to God. It means trusting God. And I can do

Complain occurs mainly between husband and wife, between colleagues, partners, superiors and subordinates, between parents and children, between sisters and brothers, and between neighbors. If jealousy is a poison that hurts oneself, complaint is a poisonous arrow that hurts others. Complaints are one of the major causes for the tension, conflicts, contradictions, ruined relations, and violent fights between husband and wife, colleagues, partners, superiors and subordinates, between parents and children, between sisters and brothers, and between neighbors. Complaint is the maltreatment of others' spirit and soul. The more civilized and better educated the people are, the more deeply they will be hurt. A person who is always the object of complaint can not live a life of his own style. Even worse, such complaints can cause a distorted and abnormal mentality, inexplicable loss of temper, the loss of confidence in future, the dejection, the resentment and desperation, and even suicide.


The complaints among relatives against each other can cause more severe injury to people's spirit and soul. The most frequent complaints occur between husband and wife. The endless babbling, nagging and complaining can cast a shadow over the family, will severely affect the physical and spiritual wellbeing of family members, and especially will have adverse effect on children.

Complaints have been the greatest cause for a member to run away from home. Here let me give a few examples of complaints.


1, “Why are you always so irrational?”

2, “Can you let me alone and have some peace?”


3, “Would you end up in trouble and distress of today if you had followed my advice?”

4, “I have told you again and again, but you would never listen!”

5, “I would be more than blessed if you are like Xiao Wang!”

6, “Why can't you draw lessons from past mistakes? You are making the same mistakes again and again! “


7, “It's all your fault, if it were not for you, should things have fared so badly?”


8, “He is such a useless person, who can never do anything well!”


9, “If it were not for you, I would not have been landed in such a miserable situation, it's all your fault.”

All these are complaints, which are extremely harmful.


A person who complains against others always believes that he is in reason, he is in the right and he is wiser than others. Actually it is only latter-wit. He shifts all the blames on to the other person to ensure his own peace of mind, which is a sign of selfishness.


Thus few people who complain against others are sane themselves. They are born with a deficiency of a heart of mercy. What is there to complain about?


Everyone has his strengths and weaknesses, everyone is faced with his own difficulties, and has the objective causes for not having done something well. Something may be as easy for someone as turning his palm over, but may be extremely difficult for others, for whom the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. So mutual understanding and consideration are needed. The purpose of life is to attain joy, happiness, freedom and blessing, can complaining bring you the joy and happiness?

Do what you should do and take the road that you should take. Why do you have to complain against others?

Do not keep raking up the unhappy things in the past, unless you want others to suffer and wish to maltreat and punish them.


The husband and wife can break company in a good manner instead of complaining endlessly if they feel incompatible with each other, thus letting each other go their own way. There is no need to subject each other to the maltreatment and torture of soul and spirit every day.

In the paradise there is no jealousy. In the same way, there is no complaining in the Thousand-Year World, Ten Thousand-Year World, and Celestial Island Continent of the paradise. All those wishing to have a beautiful future and long for the heavenly kingdom must not be jealous of each other, and must not complain against each other. It is absolutely impossible to go to the heavenly kingdom if those engaged in self-cultivation and self-refinery do not get rid of “jealousy" and “complaining".

Man is a solitary traveller, everyone should bear consequence for everything he does. It is not reasonable at all to complain against others. We should understand, how wonderful it is to have someone accompany us on our journey of life! It simply does not matter if we have screwed things up. Life itself is a game. No matter what happens, what really counts is to have a joyful and happy life.


A happy and joyful person has only one reason to be happy, but an unhappy and depressed person may have thousands of reasons to be unhappy.

I know this would offend some religious fanatics out there but I don't believe everything I have read in the bible...
Let us look at this logically :
-A collection of writings that hmwas been documented over a period of over 1500 years.
-This documents was written originally In three languages (Hebrew, Aramic and Greek )
-This scripts were rewritten again and again for preservation.
-They were edited and many parts removed.
-Then translated in more than 2-3 languages before it got to a language you understand.
Somewhere along the way they are bound to be errors, mistranslation, misunderstanding etc.
I don't saw that I don't believe the bible, I just believe that there is a possibility that it isn't 100% accurate.
Anyone out there who feels I'm wrong should tell me if he/she was there over 2000-3000 years ago when everything took place.

Calling the names of a malevolent being is not a
smart thing to do, as some people without knowing
it, have power in their mouth, and can unknowingly

negative thought can also bring them into being,

Many ofus have this belief that our denomination is the surest way to heaven. All denomination have great potentials and play important role in improving ones spiritual life. Each denomination focuses on certain values at the expence of others and are therefore more suited for certain individuals deficient in such value. .Some denomination focuses on dogmas and rules. others focus on ethical teaching. No one is superior to the other. They all serve same purpose in different ways. Each denomination promotes one virtue at the expense of the other. While some churches prefers to stabilize the world by keeping to ancient traditions, laws and order, others focuses on improving faith among members. If we examine very well, certain churches seems to attract certain kinds of workers or elders. Those who are fun- loving and opened minded and dislike rules make up the living faith church and Christ embassy. . The perfectionist who love arguing and seek to understand correct interpretation of biblical teachings flood Jehovah witness. Those who are reliable,responsible, rigid to standard principles while transacting business, not prone to certain outburst of anger, old fashioned, and cautious financially are workers in deeper life church or . THOSE WHO ARE OBEDIENT to ancient traditions, FOLLOWS STRUCTURE, Loyalty to ancient tradition are Catholics or Anglican. Each church is like a drug to cure us of certain ailment. NO matter how strong an anti-biotic drug is, it can not be used to cure malaria.IN addition, the dosage required for a kid differs from that of an adult.An undisciplined unloving individual may dislike deeper life or catholic church for being boring and too methodological whereas such person is supposed to develop in such area.instead he prefers to attend a church that promotes fun and places less emphases on laws such as Christ embassy that suits his personality and preaches grace not [aw. It is advisable to maintain ones church while learning certain spiritual values from others. One can also engage in inter-faith dialogue with other denomination A mathematics expert did not learn using one textbook only. He started with one text book, then tried others until he is able to solve equations without consulting any of the textbook Like one learning to drive, he must first handle the steering in the presence of a tutor. As he improves, he no longer needs the tutor presence tp drive.he can drive alone.
