toluxa1: No, this is not correct. Its the other way round. The cost is the amount you have staked (meaning the amound BOM deducted from you account for this bet). The value (as the name implies) is the present value of that bet. You'll notice that this amount changes as the market moves towards or away from your target. In this case your target is 1.2385. If price moves 'away' from 1.2385, the value of your bet decreases with time (meaning you chances of winning is reducing since you placed a bet that EU will touch that price). But if EU moves closer to 1.2385, the value increase (meaning your chances of winning is increasing). Anytime (from the time you place the bet) till 21:00:00 GMT on 17-Aug-12, that EU touches 1.2385, the value of the bet will hit exactly USD 400 (meaning u have won the bet). I hope I have been comprehensive enough.

mkmyers45: Value is how much you're staking to get 400 and cost is how close/valueable it is compared to the time remaining till bet close

I taught i should get accolades for the advice i gave about good mm but some of you think im blabbing. I have trained many people from many countries in the world and i have been long in this business to know that jumbo profits are possible but not sustainable.

So i beg una for the last time please lets move on.If you are ok with 100% profit in a day i wish you the best and for people like me with all my experience saying 10% is ok in a month for sustainability all well and good. As far as no bank will give you 10% on fixed deposit in a year then i wonder why we can't be ok with average of 10% monthly profit and allow compounding factor to take care of the rest.

unclenna: no one said he was joking. MM is more of hw much u risk per trade. If u can risk only 2% of ur account and make 100% is not bad. Also hw many % u make in a month depends in ur acct size. No matter what it will be difficult to make 100% return in a month on an acct of 100mil dos. Your returns depends on ur acct. size.

Zeddicus: I think its high time I mind my business abeg.. I just gave an opinion and he flared up instantly. The guy is now calling for people to post account statements. When Odiaero posted his account statement here, some called it fake others called it 'Zimbabwean Dollar' not until he gave some people log in and investor passwords. I am not the one making the 300% and even if i was, i don't have anything to prove, heck i am not even selling anything! One thing is sure, if you make $100 daily on a $1000 account, you can make $1000 daily on a $10,000 account too using the same strategy! Its funny how anyone that doesn't believe in the Forex Doom and Gloom is termed a Scammer. If I were all these 'gurus' claiming 5/7 years in the markets, the last thing I will even do is to setup an account where newbies will monitor my 'trades' in the hope of collecting money from them for subscription or 'seminar'. I'd rather go to my office every morning trade and go back home chikena! If you are so successful why will you be looking for the chicken change coming from this mini avenues?
Forex is hard but it is certainly not as bad as the devil and the deep blue sea combined!

If thats your target do not make other believe that 100% a month is dangerous, Mostafa Belkhayate makes about 20M in naira from one 3= trade and he makes about 200% of his account monthly he has been trading for 27years!!!!!!!
so it all depends on your system. as for me anything less than 50 % a month i would go and do something else.
you can stick to your 10% if you have 10k at least it can pay your internet

Zeddicus: Even though I see what you are trying to say,I beg to differ on the bolded I personally know people making 300% monthly consistently for the past 2 years (One of them is on this thread). We should all stop this generalizations. If you are ok with 10% a month stick with it.

I don't have time to send signals here and even if i do you may miss out so just have that acount opened and copy the trades anytime a new one opens.

Capturing 20pips on each position can add up and increase your capital in no time but use good mm.
