Any time I remembered same-sex marriage it reminds me of the true story of 'Sodom and Gomorrha, truly, same-sex marriage is against the plan of God for procreation for mankind and should be frowned upon, someone once said the reason the Roman's Empire collapsed was as a result of this ignoble act! cool

Even though I am not your 'supporter' on many views here especially on that clown called D'banj, but I must confess, you have my backing on Jonathan's case (my beloved President, in whom I am well pleased), trust me Jonathan will shame his haters as usual, I can't wait!

It could be positive or negative, but deep down in your heart, you knew when you did that thing it’s either you were proud or ashamed of yourself. What exactly was that thing you did for or against her that if you looked back and given the time you will be proud to repeat it again or ashamed to even think about it?

fubbyy: Must we pass through all this test before getting a woman? what we read online is always different from what happens in real life, if passing through all this is what we must do to get a girl/woman then 70% of men will never get 1

Op. all these things are not applicable to real life, I get chicks up and down with out all this sermon, things have changed so getting a woman is no longer hard that one should apply all these tales, even women in this forum know that guys don't have to pass through all this to get them, they are even struggling to get we guys these days.
My friend you are one of the 'lucky few' if you really take a peek at those tips you will see that it works like magic for real, Ladies back me up on that? grin

Then ask yourself quietly does my action (killing) depict love.[/quote]But you still can't deny the fact that barbaric acts like these (killing of ones spouse) happen in this part of our world and that is the whole object of this thread not the way you guys are trying to turn it into a 'moral debate'!

chronique: I read it very well and have just read it again. Well,if you think killing a person cos he slept with ur wife is enough reason to kill, then be my guest. The NPF needs more inmates @ kirikiri. I still stand by my earlier post. When you show me one man that has killed someone who slept with his wife, and the community supported him or you show me a person who had created a human being, then I will agree with you that you've asked a good question. But if you cant, then you've not asked a good question. By the way I just got into this planet yesterday n do not know my way around;you mind helping out?
Kid, in what way have I supported 'killing of one's spouse'? Why do u just enjoy being irrational in ur reasoning, just jumping into conclusions for the fun of it huh undecided, I still maintain on my earlier comments, 'go play with your toys, got no time for psychobabblers!

chronique: You see? See what I've been telling Goodluck Jonathan. I've been warning him & telling him to take care of these jobless youths but he wouldn't listen. See the consequences.
Mr man, shebi you dont have work to do? Oya,take broom & go and sweep the front of your house.

But on a serious note, you guys should think your questions well before asking. Killing a human being is not the same as killing a chicken or goat. I dont know how comfortable it is for you guys when you ask such questions, knowing fully well that you cant give life to an object, let alone human. You think the family or govt will clap for you after the act? If you were asking if you could kill someone who has a weapon & intends to kill you,it's different thing. Even people who have killed others in self defence, are languishing in jail;not to talk of killing someone because he slept with your wife. My dear, pls change your thought pattern and start asking intellectual questions. I wonder how this generation find it comfortable to talk about killing humans(like it's not a big deal). Smh for the next generation.
Did you read the post at all? I have a feeling you must be "New to this Planet", never mind kid, go play with your toys, stop sounding like a ninny! undecided

Romance › Tips For Talking To Women And Getting Their Attention! by tomakint(op): 9:58am On Jan 22, 2013
Many men are never taught how to talk to women. Because of this many guys go through life without the ability to attract a woman. Here are 15 tips to help make sure you aren't making mistakes with the women you’d like to attract:

1. You should talk about “emotional” topics like childhood memories, future ambitions, or her passions. These conversation topics will open up her emotional floodgates.

2. Women want a guy who is not afraid to lead her. While talking to a woman take control of the conversation. Never wait for her to dictate what you’ll be talking about.

3. Pay attention to the non verbal cues a woman is giving you. If you’re standing too close to her, accidentally spitting when you talk, or making her feel uncomfortable in any way… she will send you hints. Pay attention to them.

4. Remember this motto “Fun not Funny.” Women are attracted to men who allow them to have fun. Don’t concentrate on having the funniest jokes. Concentrate on showing them the most excitement and enjoyment.

5. Tease women. One of the easiest ways to take a conversation to a fun and flirty level is to begin to tease women. Think back to your time on the playground. In the world of dating… what worked on the playground is effective all over again.

6. Get intimate with her. Women are turned on by men who are not afraid to take a conversation to a personal, intimate level.

7. Use things like “cold reads” to turn women on. Women love to hear opinions about themselves. Tell her what you observe about her.

8. Avoid complimenting a woman too much. Women are turned off by men who come across as “needy.” If you are complimenting a woman too much she will think you’re trying to impress her. Which will have the opposite effect.

9. If you want to know how to talk to women in a way that doesn’t bore them… Avoid asking too many “interview” style questions. Instead state your opinion about things.

10. Remember: Statements over questions. Instead of saying “where did you grow up?” Say “You don’t look like you grew up around here.” This allows you to make observations about her and express your personality.

11. Don’t hide your identity. Don’t be afraid to talk about whatever you’re passionate about.

12. Never compliment her on her eyes, looks, or body.

13. Say something that lets her know that you view her in a “sexual” way. If you don’t, you run the risk of winding up in the “friend zone”.

14. Use conversation “games” to keep the mood fun and flirtatious. Games can be anything like “truth or dare” or to less extreme games like the “5 questions game”.

15. Don’t give away your hand so fast. Women like men who are a challenge. If you want to keep a woman’s interest she has to feel like she is slowly winning you over. If she thinks you’re too easy… she’ll lose interest.

N.B: The best way to think about how to talk to women is to think about what kind of fun, playful, and sexual conversation you would most enjoy. Talking to a woman doesn’t have to be difficult. You just need to be aware of what they are turned on by and what turns them off. Follow the list above and you’ll do just fine.

She is the love of your life, in fact, you can’t sleep without her, you think about her almost every minute, she means so much to you, and yet the unexpected happened. You caught her red-handed in bed with another man in the ‘very act’! I have heard from many people around, who have declared without considering the consequences that should they catch their wives in bed with other men, those men are as good as dead, a few declared that both the woman and the man deserved to die while a handful said they will just walk away from the union! The reasons varies: some said they can’t imagine loving that woman again the way they used to after the incidence; some said that the emotional pain of sleeping with the same woman bedded by another man is too much to handle; some said such a woman is capable of killing the husband; some declared that the spirit of suspicion and extreme jealousy will quench the spirit of love they have for the woman; and the reasons go on and on! If the same thing happen to you (of course, I forbid if for you, because it’s not funny), what would you do?

Nairaland hit the over 1,000,000 members on January, 2013 and so far so good, it has been the most sought after social media profile among others at least going by the trend of events in online news in Nigeria. I joined Nairaland on April 6th, 2012; I had my first topic on the same date titled, “The Tale of a Country with a Multi-Coloured System of Government”. My first front page topic was titled, “Can You Do Anything for Love?” on August 13, 2012! I have generated “381 Likes” as at today (I had my ‘300 Likes’ on the 20th December)! I have been privileged to have 4 topics making the front page so far. My posts and topics counts are 1,211 and 119 respectively. The motive of this thread is not for show offs, but as a mark of commitments and dedications from the teeming members of this ‘Esteemed Forum’, because many people (members and visitors) have been ‘blessed’ in one way or the other either as committed members or committed visitors! Over to you, what have you contributed so far and when did you join NAIRALAND?
