Chijioke can get Ijeoma back. All he needs to do is file a case here and claim Nnamdi obtained adoption of Ijeoma by Fraud. However, the paternity of the child is suspect. Who owns the baby biologically between Chijioke and Nnamdi? A DNA test will decide the way the case swings. Ultimately, there is no guarantee Nnamdi will not dump Amaka again. Awise09:He didn't pay 10m! It's embarrassing to realise that at this day and age many adults still don't understand how the judicial process works. 1. Bail requires your surety to sign a bail bond. A bail bond comes with terms and conditions. Like landed property, and or a civil servant of a particular salary Cadre or Level. 2. Depending on the gravity of the alleged offence a traditional ruler or a senator may be required to sign the bail bond. (Terrorism charges) 3. Actual money is not paid. It's when the defendant jumps bail that the surety will show cause why he shouldn't be jailed, at this stage the bail bond he signed is activated, where he can pay the cash and be free of the suretyship. Then the state will declare the defendant wanted. So whenever you hear bail of 300m in like sum, like in CBN Emefiele's case, before it was varied to 50m, no cash was paid! 2 Likes |

Politicians sponsors killings and corruption. Young men are either kidnappers or yahoo boys. Young girls are olosho, run girls or hook up. Garnish it anyhow, it's still prostitution. Only about 30% of the population are still decent. Is that how a giant behaves? A giant is a role model in all aspects. Apart from sports or say football precisely, what else is Nigeria renown for? Insecurity is at peak! Small children now faking JAMB admission letters. Japa syndrome is reigning now. Omo, we need a serious call to action. These acts are unacceptable. Whether he contributed 1million naira daily for your upkeep doesn't make the BBC documentary untrue! BBC isn't NTA or just any news channel that can churn out fake news and nothing will happen. SCOAN can sue them if the story is untrue a s they know it. That said we should understand that many of these "men of God" are imperfect humans and deeply into sins and corrupt practices. The Supreme court ruled that his tenure "never existed" hence no one should address his as ex governor or his excellency. Same rules will be applied to Sylva. But definitely not this "president". Your president. The man parading himself as Bola Tinubu is an impersonator. Let me tell you, he claimed he got a replacement certificate. CSU testified under oath that he didn't even apply for one, let alone be re-issued. Reno Omokri said replacement certificates are issued by third party vendors! The big question is: who will sign this diplomas from third party vendors? Most of the purpoted signatories there disassociated themselves from the forged documents. They informed the whole world the don't know where he got the certificate from. Plain and simple. He forged it. Festus Keyamo said Tinubu was home schooled. CSU said Tinubu attended Government College Lagos and graduated in 1970! Meanwhile, the school was inaugurated in 1974! What else do you need as prove? Truth be told, whether Supreme court clears him or not (which I doubt they will), Tinubu forged his credentials, plain amd simple. No amount of spinning or image laundering will save him the monumental embarrassment. As you grow up, learn to pitch your tent with the truth, for posterity sake. Stop being interested in what you'll eat now now now. Bequeath a lasting legacy for generations yet unhorn. Think, my dear think.
