JavaScript90:In court evidence wins! Truth doesn't. NYSC may be right, but still loose in court. It depends on how they arrange their defense. However, the issue is : was she awarded a certificate of completion? Yes or No. Yes? I then where is it? No? . Why? Simple. Even if it's lost, it can be reissued. Where is her passing out parade pictures? What of her colleagues that served with her, that got the certificate along with her on same day? She should know atleast 1 person. There is more to this issue. The boldness of a director General to react thus means something is amist. |
The flagbearer of the People's democratic Party (PDP) Fubara Siminayi has been declared wanted by the EFCC over allegations of fraud to the tune of 435b Naira! The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has declared the Rivers State Accountant-General, Fubara Siminayi, and 58 others wanted for N435 billion fraud. Siminayi, and four other Rivers State government officials, among others, are wanted for suspected N117 billion fraud, alleged criminal conspiracy, money laundering, misappropriation of public funds, and abuse of office. The EFCC stated in a statement sighted by The PUNCH. The Commission’s Head of Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren, called on the general public to assist in apprehending the Accountant-General and other suspects. Uwujaren said, “We call on anyone with useful information as to the whereabouts of the Account-General to contact any of the Agency’s offices or the nearest police station or other security agencies.” |

Iseoluwani:Money to give you don't have. Oya reason sensibly you cannot. Wetin we want carry you do sef? Ignore and pass! Your comment can but alter the good gesture of the pastor. Sorry. |
Nigerialabalaba:Let's us always try to READ AND UNDERSTAND. The appeal court struck out the suit filed in Umuahia because the person who filed it lacked the locus standi to do so. So that judgement invalidating the provisions of the electoral act against political appointees does not exist. However, the appellate Court held that the particular clause in the electoral act is Unconstitutional! Now that is something the Supreme Court will rely on to build their own judgement. If they don't resign, they are not acting against any known law. The constitution says 30 days to election. So PMB is wrong to order them to resign on May 16th. On the flip side, he is a can fire them, yes but truth is, they may not resign just yet. The next thing you'll hear will be: the president has decided the court processes should be allowed to work and resolve the case. That what the president said was merely advisory not mandatory. Watch.

This kind of Church where the members attack each other and even have a nickname for other members! Goats! Such love. I don't even understand the place of politics in religion. What a shame. |
u ote author=Tulsaguy post=112422941]I can read between the lines. I am not a prophet or soothsayer but I understand politics to an extent. Tinubu & Osinbajo can NEVER break rank. You can take that to the bank. Osinbajo is either working for Tinubu's emergency or Tinubu is working for Osinbajo's emergency. Do you think suddenly, I meant all of a sudden DANGOTE TRAILER will just easily pass through the midst Jagaban and the Starboy Osinbajo, Tinubu's Attorney General for 8 years or so? THINK AGAIN! It's one of these two that's happening: 1. Tinubu knew clearly he would have opposition from within. He plans for betrayal even from you even if you are in bed with him. He definitely knew almost all of them that formed APCheat are ambitious criminals, who want to rule Nigeria by any means. He could have asked Osinbajo to get in the race, to mop up delegates who are pro-Osinbajo for himself during the primary. It's just to tell them who to vote for while the star boy back out. Difficult right? Doesn't even make sense huummm? Don't underestimate Jagaban. 2. Tinubu may have intention to run, but back out to support Osinbajo candidacy. But as a bad ass political juggernaut, having sample the pulse of Nigerians, & the cabal that don't want him, due to this thinking that he won't be easily controlled and the fact that there is an aura of thievery around him, he might have been in the race to protect his star boy. Knowing fully well that the power that be in the North want AMECHI, and other interests who would want to create problems for his primed joker. Jagaban won't step down, so that people don't code his game plan, APCheat will do the primary and he will lose to Osinbajo. He would publicly accept the results and declared support for who the party elected at the primary (the star boy). In fact, Many of us here in Nairalan will hail him for being a party man. It's all part of the game. But I tell you with pin point accuracy, SW will be represented on the APCheat ticket. Even you cannot trust Ayo Adebanjo of PDP, Jagaban has his receipts. Politics is a game in Nigeria. Hint: 1. SanwoOlu, Lagos houseboy was in Osinbajo's residency along with other APC Governors on SUNDAY night before Starboy declared to run. Remember, you all saw him declared early morning the following day. 2. SanwoOlu, the Lagos Houseboy stood right behind Tinubu on MONDAY when he made the infamous remarks that he doesn't have a son old enough to contest against him in the APC primary. That's a day after hobnobbing with Osinbajo the star boy. Does SanwoOlu has the liver to dance to both drum beats from Jagaban and Osinbajo on opposing sides.? You answer is as good as mine. I leave you to imagine what Obasa and his house of assembly would have used to welcome him from Abuja.
Osinbajo "emergency" cracked me up. ![]() |

You are wrong! What makes up a contract? When the terms of a contract isn't honoured, can you deem a contract had taken place? What was the motivation for the surrogacy? Written or oral, was it free? If you say it's their words against theirs, it makes no difference because it's nether here nor there. Question 1. Which hospital were they kids born? Does the USA couple know? Question 2. How much did they pay? 3. When did they pay? 4. Was there an agreement reached? 5. Was it honoured? These would the line of thoughts the court would Consider. It's not a matter of sentiments, it's unjust to use someone and try to dump them after getting what you desired. Read my lips, they won't win the custody battle. They reneged on the agreement. That particular Lawyer isn't a walk over. I know him personally. That American couple don enter serious long thing. sisisioge: |

Request for redesignation of my appointment to administrative staff This is correct. quote author=Beress post=111583417]Request for the redesignation of my appointment to an administrative staff Request for the redesignation of my appointment as an administrative staff Request for the redesignation of my appointment to administrative staff Request for the redesignation of my appointment as administrative staff Pls which is the best to use among all these. LegendHero:People shy away from the truth. Especially when their ego seems bruised. Tinubu will not even win APC primaries! Not to talk of the presidential elections proper. Has he undone the havoc he instituted in Lagos? Agberos reign Supreme. From Ajah to Eleko. Ikota to CMS. Agege to ikorodu! Can you imagine the Agberos menace in Lagos replicated in the whole Nigeria? How can someone say it's time to compensate Tinubu? For doing what? Sponsoring others to win elections? With which money? Listen, PMB will not give him the ticket. Can't you see the horse trading going on? He is in for a rude shock. Ofcourse he has the right to aspire for the highest office in Nigeria. I wish him well. For now we watch. |
Mumu girl the man will still dump you again even in that United States. |
The problem with some of you is, you think getting updated about this issue is to sit and read what are posted on NL only.. Stay updated by watching the analysis from different medias.. Though I understand NTA no dey cover the event hence reason why your update is so slow. 4 countries voted against UN resolution, Russia, Belarus, India and one country while 160+ voted in support yet India is not Russia Ally? Media is media. It doesn't have to another plural. So different media would be absolutely correct. You're right though. Before understanding the entire issue, you have to listen to other sources. My take is Russia will come off worse after the war with Ukraine. Rebuilding their economy will hurt them. Gaining trust from the international community would take time. One may feel they don't need the West. But the truth is :they do. |

darkstar6971:She didn't expect you to return! Ordinarily, she should have visited. Bought food along. Ask questions. What will you do now? Do you have a lawyer? Have you contacted your family? Is there anything I can do? Do you need certain numbers? Etc. If she was truly a good gf then those are basic things. Sometimes, we overlook the basic and be fazed by big breast and ass but forget that those would only solve a temporary problem. Sex! After that no more value added to your life. Like seriously. If I were you, I'll move on. She moved. |

.... 109. Installation of Area boys aka Agberos in all major motor parks and bus stops in lagos. Agberos menace is now the 10th wonder of the world. Very soon one of them will be your governor! After "109 projects" he will still not win!! |
