In court evidence wins! Truth doesn't. NYSC may be right, but still loose in court. It depends on how they arrange their defense.
However, the issue is : was she awarded a certificate of completion? Yes or No. Yes? I then where is it? No? . Why? Simple. Even if it's lost, it can be reissued. Where is her passing out parade pictures? What of her colleagues that served with her, that got the certificate along with her on same day? She should know atleast 1 person. There is more to this issue. The boldness of a director General to react thus means something is amist.

The flagbearer of the People's democratic Party (PDP) Fubara Siminayi has been declared wanted by the EFCC over allegations of fraud to the tune of 435b Naira!

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has declared the Rivers State Accountant-General, Fubara Siminayi, and 58 others wanted for N435 billion fraud.

Siminayi, and four other Rivers State government officials, among others, are wanted for suspected N117 billion fraud, alleged criminal conspiracy, money laundering, misappropriation of public funds, and abuse of office. The EFCC stated in a statement sighted by The PUNCH.

The Commission’s Head of Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren, called on the general public to assist in apprehending the Accountant-General and other suspects.

Uwujaren said, “We call on anyone with useful information as to the whereabouts of the Account-General to contact any of the Agency’s offices or the nearest police station or other security agencies.”

Let's us always try to READ AND UNDERSTAND. The appeal court struck out the suit filed in Umuahia because the person who filed it lacked the locus standi to do so. So that judgement invalidating the provisions of the electoral act against political appointees does not exist. However, the appellate Court held that the particular clause in the electoral act is Unconstitutional! Now that is something the Supreme Court will rely on to build their own judgement. If they don't resign, they are not acting against any known law. The constitution says 30 days to election. So PMB is wrong to order them to resign on May 16th. On the flip side, he is a can fire them, yes but truth is, they may not resign just yet.
The next thing you'll hear will be: the president has decided the court processes should be allowed to work and resolve the case. That what the president said was merely advisory not mandatory. Watch.

But stupid sentimentalists are calling it rape probably to condemn only the boys and trivialize or even deny the girl's own immoral behavior.

1. Complainer was a surrogate
2. She got consideration for the contract
3. Babies are here now
4. She is refusing to hand them over.

She is in obvious breach....the kids are not hers. Highest is she would get some additional compensations but if the couple wants to finish her, she'll be the one paying them despite handing over the babies.
