No we are still on tramadol level here. For tramadol, you hear things like 50 milligram, 100 milligram. And Nigerians who take tramadol take 2 or more tablets. They can take 200mg of tamadol or more. But the dosage for Fentanyl starts at 0.1mg. A serious overdose of Fentanyl will be just 2 milligram. There are cases of people being rushed to hospitals after taking just 2 milligram of Fentanyl
