Bro, I'm sorry about your misfortune. But honestly have bought two TVs from Alaba Connect and they are pretty much working fantastically trust me when I said that. A 50 inches Samsung Smart TV and another 55 inches Samsung Smart Tv, I can send pictures if you really care to see, one in Lagos and one in Akure and they are working well. Though in both situations, I was on the ground to test what I was buying or what I wanted to buy. I hope you guys can find a middle ground and resolve it. Alaba Connect I will advise that you take the L and refund your customer 100%. It's business and sometimes things like this happen.
