He posted a side bed side fridge sometime last month, I indicated interest in the fridge. We talked and afterwards told him to send the fridge down from from his location as I would be doing pay on delivery. He agreed but said I need to drop part payment to show interest, after which I sent him 10k!!!!
He called that he couldn’t send it that day as he wasn’t able to get the receipt, that he would send it by Monday, which I agreed.
Called him on Monday, he started forming busy, that he would call me back.
Till end of the day, I didn’t see his call, had to call again, only for him to tell me he couldn’t sell the fridge for 25k as we had agreed, that his wanted him to sell it for 30k.
I said no problem, he should send me back my money, only for him to say he used it to solve some family issues, that he would look for it for me.
Note that this was in August!
When I kept disturbing him, he said he would send the money by end of September. Called him today to remind him, he was sounding angry that he has said he give me back my money end of September.
I’m sha waiting for him to tell me story.

If you go into any form of investment with the mindset that it can fail, then business ain't for you.

You have sense. People just jump into building houses like it's the first thing, then tell you that they are saving rent. Invest the money, use the gains to pay rent while trying to upscale your investment for your house later. In all these, buying lands is not a bad idea but building houses in the bush because you want to be a house owner is just stupidity.
