Fake memory cards.
They dont have the capacity they claim.
They are 4gb cards but with firmware of 128gb
When you add data, it keeps accepting but it is at the same time writing on the earlier files.
All the memory cards and flash drives being sold by wheel barrow pushers are fake.
More than half of the ones in shops are fake.
The only way to get a genuine memory card is to buy directly from authorised resellers.
Gone are the days when memory cards are original.
SSDs are following that path too gradually |

AcuraZDX: https://www./740472760252951/permalink/740483713585189/?sfnsn=scwspmo
Hello Nairalanders.
Please I have a problem at hand and I am seeking for the best approach to handle the matter.
On the 5th of October 2021, I gave a tech company based in Lagos a project (App Development). In the written agreement we had, the project was supposed to last for 3 weeks and an initial deposit of 60% was agreed and 40% to be paid after uploading to Playstore.
The 3 weeks deadline elapsed and nothing was heard from the end of the company.
I contacted them on Monday after the expiration, and they promised to deliver the APK file within week that they were running some test.
The week passed and nothing happened. I flared up and became furious with the Team Lead.
Due to the quarrel as a result of the disappointment, the company’s co-founder contacted me and talked about terminating the contract. A contract that they claimed was ready.
I was shocked by his words and as a gentleman that I am, I asked to know why.
The co-founder said that the manner and tone I talked to their staff was bad and after a brief meeting, they agreed to terminate the contract.
I tendered an apology, not like I am stupid, but for the sake of peace and after much talk, another two weeks was added for the project to be ready again.
I exercised patience again for the two weeks they promised and on the eve of the deadline expiration, the Team Lead contacted me again, and said the same APK was ready that he will be sending it soon. I waited for like 3 days and nothing came.
I began to wonder what this people were upto, I contacted them and they said they will get back to me. At some point, they stopped replying my messages and calls. 2 days after, they contacted me and told me that they have terminated the contract. That they way I was threatening them was bad.
Of a truth, I threatened them and in the threats, I told them I was going to take legal actions if they fail to deliver or refund me my money.
After days of wallowing in agony, a lawyer I contacted, advised me to file lawsuit against the company for breach of contract. I don’t want the matter to escalate this much, but the company have really pushed me by saying I should do my worse.
Please Nairalanders, what are my chances? Am I making any mistake? Please what’s the best approach to this matter, because I don’t know how the legal system works. Should I just use the police, ICPC or EFCC to tackle this matter?

The thing an elder would see sitting down, children might not see it even if they climb a palm tree.
APC knows the south east is their weak region.
They are strong in the whole north and south west. That is 4 out of 6 geo political zones.
All IPOB needs to do is exactly what Nnamdi Kanu did prior …fuel voter apathy in the SE.
If fewer SE voters can vote on election day, the better for APC.
The main issue that should concern SE residents is not the elections but the aftermath of the blood tasting by IPOB et al.
During 2015 elections, it was alleged that some people imported bandits from places like Mauritania and Mali and ‘parked’ them in the forests, should GEJ ‘do any how’. When GEJ accepted the results, the imported banditos were forgotten in the forest and as they say, the rest is history’.
Today, we are seeing a similar event. These people don’t need to import bandits this time around. The south eastern home grown bandits are doing more than enough.
Will crime end in the SE before elections? Not likely.
Will it end after the elections? This remains in the hands of concerned south eastern residents.
I wish una well. |

gaskiyamagana: Which type of muslim are you? Which type of Islam are you practising? Quote a verse(s) in the Qur'an to back your above argument. What Prophet Muhammad(saw) said in his FAREWELL sermon and as widely available, explicitly condemned not only slavery but also racism. That any country secretly or openly practising it is another thing entirely. Even, apart from slavery you pointed out, is there no any other forbidden that some so-called faithfuls are floating with pleasure? If Adam and Eve disobeyed a single instruction directly from their Lord, what can we say of the children of Adam? There is no Prophet without disobedient followers. My argument here is not to defend but to explain that Islam, as designed by Allah, is for human dignity but man himself through free will and subservient to Satan is losing his position on earth over other creation. As i said earlier, my own type of islam is not up for probe by anyone except you have intentions of disenfranchising me, which I would not accept. You are quoting Mohammed’s farewell speech where he reconfirmed beating of women and said “…they are like domestic animals with you and do not possess anything “. Your reference to him abolishing slavery in that sermon is false. Not only did he own slaves till he died, he didn’t abolish it. He only said “…the noblest of you in Allah’s sight is the most godfearing: Arab has no merit over non-Arab other than godfearingness”. The above quote simply says only people who fear Allah are noble and not by being born an Arab. Mohammed had a full lifetime to stop slavery, grant women equal rights and prevent racism but he didn’t. He spent his whole life enjoying the benefits. In the finals sermon which you gleefully quoted, he is clearly confirming the lower value of women, reconfirming their equality to domestic animals and did not abolish slavery. Slavery was only abolished in 1962 in Saudi Arabia and Yemen, in 1970 in Oman and the 1981 in Mauritania. All these countries still practice slavery and we have Nigerian girls, both muslims and christians and atheists locked up in rooms in Oman as we speak today, working as sex slaves for the amusement of their Muslim owners. Mauritania, still has a caste system where blacks are seen as slaves by blood. |

Nikkganc08: Only people like us with first hand experience of this would understand.
Shortly after mum and dad divorced (when we were kids) , mum went from one prayer house to another.
And of course, she took us along.
Some pastors accused my dad's first wife as being d one bewitching her.
Some said its My uncles.
Some said my dad was an occultic man and wanted to use us all for Rituals.
Some said its my grandfather (An eckanker man)
Our tenants, village people , etc where also blamed.
Its a looonnnng.... Story though.
Aa a kid, I've been stripped naked for 7 days before. Every morning , a prophet would bath me inside a hole dug in d ground using rain water that was collected directly (without letting it touch any roof or zinc)
Afterwards, she'd put olive oil in her mouth then spit it out on my naked body till d whole bottle has been exhausted.
I was warned never to clean it or wear clothes for d whole day.
After the olive oil session, a mixture of coconut water, olive oil, milk and elephant-grass water was given to me drink.
As regards to the topic... In one of the deliverance sessions (a different day), my hair was shaved. a coconut was used to rub my head. After about 5minutes, d water sound disappeared. It was later broken and instead of coconut water (inside d coconut) , we saw over 100 pins (safety pins)
We were told that those pins were sent by someone to spoil my sight (I use eyeglass since nursery 1 till now).
Again, my forehead (upper side of d nose) was opened with a new razor blade. The prophet bit that place with his teeth for some minutes.
From his mouth, he spat out a small periwinkle, a small glass and other stuffs I'd rather not mention.
Was I healed?
No You were abused at a young age. I sincerely empathize with you. I know how he did the coconut scam. It is very simple. He poured the pins in via the third eye and sealed it. Agu was scammed. It’s all about deflection. Africans. We are so gullible. Our coming generations will laugh at us. gaskiyamagana: Thrash. Thrash Being not a muslim, you are not invited to Islamic discourses on this NL. Attending to your nonsense is an effort to enlighten you about your zero-knowledge about Islam. Point out one of Islamic claims, subject it to your ( members) independent testing and let's see its fall. If you can not do that, leave the discourse for us and continue with your perfect belief with your followers in spiritual blindness. If you check my profile, you would see clearly where it is stated that i am a muslim. Now do you have a problem with that? Must my own ‘muslimity’ conform to yours? Now that we have put our differences behind us my muslim brother, can we address the issues at hand? I will bring up one little, small, tiny part of islam…’ Slavery’. The modern world has a consensus against slavery. Western biased islamic cities like UAE are also, as a matter of government policy, against slavery. Islam however has been a religion that has supported and advocated for the ownership of slaves. It is on record in the islamic books that the prophet even owned and traded in slaves, even having sex with slaves. Slavery was banned on paper in the islamic countries only few decades ago. As at the tome Lord Lugard was having tea over the map of Nigeria in 1914, slavery was even still practiced in Arabia. Sexual slavery is still existing in some countries like Oman. Some Arabs have been reportedly selling slaves online. There has been a tacit silence on this subject amongst islamic clerics some of whom try to twist the narrative by saying everyone is a slave to Allah. What’s your opinion on slavery and do you think the inclusion of slavery support in the islamic holy books should never have happened? |
Family › Re: What Is The Benefit Of Marriage To A Man in this present time? by truthCoder: 3:24pm On May 06, 2022 |
Nazgul: Marriage became useless to men because we abandoned our culture and tradition and embraced that of the Western world.
When you start sleeping with girls from the age of 16 and have a body count of close to 50 girls by the time you're 30, what usefulness do you expect to get from marriage? Truth is even you the man wouldn't value the marriage and would immediately resume your sexcapade after your honeymoon
The only way to restore decorum in African marriages is to embrace back our culture.
Pre marital sex must be seen as an abomination, those who practice it would be banished from their community.
Virginity test should be one of the requirements a girl must possess before marriage can take place, this will reduce promiscuity in girls.
A law should be passed that ràpists would earn in instant death sentence upon conviction. This would reduce promiscuity in guys cos no one would be willing to risk his life for a few minutes of pleasure.
Also there should be laws governing marriages that would make unfaithful partners risk jail term.
Once this measures can be put in place, I strongly believe that marriages would become as rosy as it was meant to be. And wouldn't be useless to both men and women. 50 girls by 30? I passed that number before graduating. Sex was a reason to get married in the past. Now, you can order sex online and get it delivered home by Uber. Marriage is a scam perpetuated by womenfolk to keep men in lifetime bondage. Once you enter marriage, you must pay. Even if you want to leave, you still must pay. Marriage is worse off in the US. Alimony payments alone have wrecked many men. Avoid marriage if you can. |

I am trying so hard to understand what you are trying to say. Believe me, its hard to decipher poorly stringed up sentences when the writer’s burning rage is larger than logic. One thing i can pick from the ramble is that you assume i am a Christian. Poor you! Assumption is evidently the lowest form of intelligence. Christianity also has a lot of fabrications too. Most of Islam’s foundational fables actually came from the same cooking pot on which christianity was formed. Both religions have traditions that are completely designed by humans with God being passed as the author. None of the fabrications can stand the test of simple logic and its advocates always try to prevent any form of unbiased review. If each and everyone one of their claims are subjected to independent testing, they would fail |

Islam › Re: Beware Of Bid’ah: There Is Nothing Special In This Jumu’ah! by truthCoder: 11:22am On May 06, 2022 |
Lukgaf: Please note that this Jumu’ah (last Jumuah in Ramadan) is just like any other Jumu’ah of this blessed month. It is not, in any way, unique or special; and all narrations about its uniqueness, excellence or recommended acts of worship are spurious and fabricated. This bid’ah was introduced during the reign of heretic Fatimid of Egypt.
Here are just a few of those spurious narrations: 1. “Whoever performs the five obligatory prayers on the last Jumu’ah of Ramadhaan, they will atone for him whatever he missed of his prayers throughout that year.”
2. “Whoever missed obligatory prayers that he has lost the count of in his life should perform a special prayer in last Jumu’ah of Ramadaan. Whoever performs this prayer and makes this supplication will have his sins forgiven for four hundred years.” Thereupon ‘Ali said, “Four hundred years?!” The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) responded, “It is rather one thousand years!” The people said, “O Allaah’s Messenger, but a man lives for only sixty to seventy years. Who is then going to have the surplus reward?” He answered, “His parents, children, relatives and his town’s people.”
3. The format of this prayer is four rak’ahs in which Al-Faatihah and Surahs Al-Qadr and Al-Kawthar are recited 15 times in each rak’ah. After Tasleem, a supplication, which time would not permit us me to relate here, is then recited.
Imam Ash-Shawkaanee, in his book, Al-Fawaaid Al-Majmoo’ah, have this to say about this narration and its various versions, “It is very clear that this is a fabricated report. I could not find it even in the books in which spurious narrations are purposely compiled. However, it is popular among some people in San’aa who claim to have knowledge and many people act upon it; and I do not know who fabricated it for them. May Allaah disgrace the liars!”
Equally baseless are names given to the last Jumu’ah of Ramadhan such as ‘Jumu’atul- Qhadaa’, Al-Jumu’ah Al-Hazeenah’ or ‘Jumu’atul Fawaait’.
Bottom-line: The only thing special about the last Jumu’ah of Ramadhaan is: Nothing is authentically reported about its specialness. Wallaahu ta’aalaa a’lam.
Abdur-Raafi Al-Imaam Its a great step in the right direction to highlight fabrications in religion. The fact that one small part can be fabricated implies that more than one small part could be fabricated. Maybe one more, or two, or ten or all? Have you considered that maybe all parts of the religious teachings, worship and traditions are fabricated? Its a large morsel to swallow but it is evidently possible. Remember you insist this one small part was fabricated. A compilation of different fabrication discoveries by different people would theoretically equate to all parts of islam being a fabrication. Cheers |

I don’t want to be on drugs to have sex all the time I’m just 24 years . I used to masturbate when I was young but I was not a chronic masturbator could that be the reason . Pls Nairalander do not view and pass by any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
I will be waiting for your response Keenly Don’t take any drugs. Sex is 80% mind and 20% physical. First, don’t feel afraid before you start. Sex is not a competition. It is a means of communication. You dont have premature ejaculation nor should it be your concern. Are you trying to impregnate? Only couples can complain of premature ejaculation. Your own complaint might be that you reach orgasm before your partner does. Practice this sequence. When you start, make your mind focused on making the girl happy. You have no other job. You are not there to impress with your pounding skill’s . You are there make her feel happy. Focus on making easy and intimate movements. Kiss her slowly. Run run your fingers across her body. Explore. Follow her signs. If she touches your hand, it means she wants you to touch her hand. ..etc Slowly make her blend into you. If you feel like you want to climax, slow down, pull out and use your fingers or tongue. Dont be in a rush If you climax, its not the end of the world. Just dont stop. If you go limp, clean up, and focus on her. You will get aroused again. The second round would be longer. Practice taking three orgasms in a row without stopping. Soon each session would get longer and better. Don’t listen to kids who boast of banging for 2 hours without stopping. No vagina would withstand such assault without axle grease or engine oil. ..They are all lying. Even has cut scenes. One porn video might be 3 rounds of sex joined together. Your goal is to communicate remember? If the girl is happy and you are happy, thats all that matters |

Dear PDP delegates.
Open your eyes and see what Wike is doing.
If he gives you money, please collect. However, dont vote for him at the primaries.
If you do, i can guarantee you that your suffering has just started |

People without federal character cannot become our president.
If you are Igbo, Fulani, Yoruba, Hausa, Efik etc and you only think on the basis of ‘it is our turn’ and therefore, they must bring it to my bedroom, you cannot and should not be president.
A presidential candidate must be a Nigerian first.
Learn from Obasanjo. The Yorubas claimed it was their turn in 1999. They wanted a local politician (Olu Falae). Obasanjo however was a Nigerian who travelled actoss the country to amass support. When election came, the Yorubas didn’t vote for Obasanjo. Yet he won.
Any politician who is afraid to campaign at a national level should leave the arena for the serious ones |
