Visit another hospital without telling the docs the places you've been to before and the tests that had been carried out on you before so they can run fresh checks without biases. I have some things to say to alleviate first the pain before diagnosing the situation, but it's best left for professional medical examination to give you this information

Go for new checkup. Don't forget what I said. Asked them to give you treatment to first reduce the pain whenever it occurs and then guide on solution to the problem

I'm in my early 30s and I have been experiencing what I can call a total discomfort in my chest for like 7yrs now. This is the feeling...
Any time I inhale deeply I do feel a very sharp pain in my chest somehow close to the heart or when I yawn (it also goes through the process of inhaling) I will have to abort the yawning prematurely due to the pain. Now, it's getting much more complicated every I say.

How complicated?

The pain have now spread out to both of my shoulders, if I sleep and by the time I wake up the pain will be worse if I try to relax my shoulders, as time goes on it will adjust. I'm not feeling any external pain, what I mean by that is, by pressing my shoulders, chest and other parts of my body I don't feel any pain, everything is internally.
I did couples of tests (ECG (3*), ECHO and this other one I don't know the name but they collected blood samples) which everything came out positively. This pain is not funny at all, it's getting more complicated. Please help!

Hmmmm... I really appreciate your 2 cent. I'm nt contemplating on living her or nt, I already left her. What I'm seeking from you guys is how, I mean HOW to overcome this HEARTache of a thing coz, I'm not feeling any thing different from what she has caused before leaving. Still same feeling so far.

There is this feed mill place we went (one male friend and I) to formulate feed for rabbits, we met this lady which was the one that formulated it for us, but unfortunately, by mistakes, some ingredients were missing and some were not complete so the feed is dangerous for the rabbits to feed on. We complained and asked them to return the money or formulate another (which they initially didn't agree but they eventually agreed to). So the boss there ordered the lady to formulate another one (in annoyance) which she did. So, Upon leaving, there was this thought that strikes our minds that what if this boss will revenge this mistake of a thing on her maybe by deduction of her salary (if she has one anyway). The only way we can get to know that is by maybe collecting her digits and putting a call to her the next day if they eventually sell the feed or she will be the one to pay for it so that, maybe, the next visit we would give little out of the money bact to her.
We got home and met my girl at home, left my phone on the table and enter the bathroom for a shower. I came out met her going through my phone and she started are wahala again... Shouting on me why would I collect another girl's number, started reigning courses on her and so on and on. This drama took us at least an hour, telling me that I DARE NOT TRY TO LIVE HER FOR ANYONE.

NOW THE REAL PROBLEM IS THIS... Due to all these her wahala, l have started having HEART Ache. Seeing her alone will strike a great fear into my heart that I will have to hold my chest, or if my phone rang and it was her I will experience same thing again. I'm losing my confidence, I'm becoming a shadow of myself... I broke up with her last month, but, I can't get her off my head and at the same time I'm losing myself.... Pls help me!

But after some minutes, I saw her dash out to the street looking everywhere for me, she later found me, locked up my clothes, dragging the phone with me at the same time hitting me seriously on my face, my head and so on. Passers-by immediately turned us to a cinema and watched.... Will be back...
