Althouh the quran talks about oral alterations of Torah and Injeel, nowhere did he say anything about the Bible. The Bible is a collection of the Books of Prophets, some of them written by the prophets and some written from history passed down by the ancenstors. It is not the Torah written by allah and handed to muslim Moses nor Injeel written by allah and handed to muslim Jesus.

[Quran19:30 Shakir] He (Jesus) said: Surely I am a servant of Allah; He has given me the BOOK and made me a prophet;

That quranic verse shows the Injeel was written by allah himself and given to muslim Jesus. But the Gospel in the Bible were written by Jesus Disciples.

Besides, muslims on this forum have disagreed with the Bible being the Torah and Injeel the quran refers to.

Therefore, let it be known to the muslims worldwide that the Bible is not corrupted but allah's Torah and Injeel.

A popular pastor in Lagos identified as Timothy Gabriel has reportedly bolted with one of his church member’s N10million.

The church member (name withheld) had given the money to the pastor to pray over it before using it to start a business in Lagos.

The pastor resides at Jakande Estate, Ejigbo, where he also uses as his church.

According to PM News report, the victim with hopes of starting a new business had obtained the money as a loan from a bank with an interest.

It was learnt that before he went to get the loan from the bank, he had approached his pastor, who he regarded as his spiritual father. The pastor had informed him that he pray to God on his behalf so that the bank will give him the loan.

On getting the loan, he went to inform his spiritual father again. This time, the pastor asked him to bring the money, saying God revealed to him that the money was blood money and if he used it for the business he intended to use it for, it will be unsuccessful.


The pastor allegedly told him that he would anoint the money and pray over it for three days before he would be able to use for his new business.

The victim in obedience to his spiritual father took the money to him at his home at Jakande Estate which also serves as his church and was told to come back in three days’ time to collect the money.

On the third day, he returned to collect his money but met the shock of his life as the pastor had packed his property and fled with the money.

He then reported the matter to the police at Ejigbo.

Confirming the incident, police sources at the Ejigbo station said they are now on a manhunt for him.

Scandals have continued to rock the lives of some Nigerian pastors. Some have been accused of fraudulent activities while others have been accused of rape.

About a week ago, a 32-year-old pastor, Abel Benard Aniude of Trimphant Kings Assembly, Enugu, allegedly duped a 25-year-old woman, Ojiaku Chiamaka of N4 million.

The quote ”go to the land I will show you" is referring to the city of Paran (Mecca).

The quote "I will make you into a great nation" is quite interesting. The capitalised part is an example. We know and affirm and believe that His Throne extends over the Heavens and Earth, as He stated. However, we do not speculate as to the material that the Throne is made of, or its shape or structure, or position; for that is hidden from us by Allah since we do not need such knowledge for our salvation. Some deviant groups however, go on to make analytical thesis on just such questions, and it is to such people that Allah refers as having deviation in their hearts. Such examples are many.

The verse is trying to point out that there are verses that are precise... do not worship any deity other than Allah, do not drink alcohol or eat prohibited pork, do not gamble and avoid usury, spend of your wealth on the poor and the orphans and the wayfarers, enjoin truth and justice...etc. These are precise and clear, and no Muslim in his right mind will claim that gambling or pork is permitted in Islam, or that helping orphans or being just is prohibited.

On the other hand, there are verses that deviants use; giving them interpretations that suit their deviations... the way you yourself (along with BH and other xtian and Muslim extremists), arbitrarily quote the Quran out of context, or give literal meaning to a figure of speech, just to align it with your personal view of Islam. And on the Day of Judgement, Allah will judge between those deviants who seek to misinterprete any verse they can in servitude to their whims and desires, and those who say... it is all from Allah, and accept the interpretations narrated to us by the prophet (saw) from Allah if available. We are silent on others not given, like the nature of Allah's throne, the form of the angels, or the whereabouts of Heaven and Hell...etc; which Allah alone knows, and the knowledge of which; or lack thereof; neither adds to nor subtracts from, our hope of salvation in the hereafter.

The point you keep forgetting/ omitting is that there are TWO sources of Islamic tenets. The Quran, and the HADITH... the weakest of which is stronger in authenticity than your entire O/N testaments. The quran is so disjointed and scanty. It would talk about Moses in chapter 7 only to continue in chapter 28 mixing it with unrelated issues. No account of any events was given with perfect details it deserves.

Hadith? They are said to be words of Muhammad, written so many years after he had died. If the words of Muhammad are not in the quran, how do you want to put it there? My point is: allah didn't speak of any event in the quran with detail and accuracy to make people understand him.

Moses in the Quran

The following are the explanations of the quran given by an islamic cleric about Moses. He used the Bible account to narrate the Quran even though he didn't insert biblical quotes there, I did.. If you removed the bible account, the quranic quotes become meaningless.

Infancy

In line with the Judaic view, we find out from the Quran that when Prophet Moses (pbuh) was born in Egypt, his life was in great danger as the Pharoah was persecuting the Israelites.

Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sections depressing a group among them: their sons he slew, but he kept alive their females: for he was indeed a maker of mischief. (Quran 28:4)

Where is “he was born in Egypt” in that quranic quote?

What caused Pharaoh to be elated and slew their sons?

Whose sons as no Israelites was mentioned in the quranic quote?

Therefore, Moses’s mother was greatly worried about her son’s fate; then, the Quran specifies that God inspired her to take an unlikely action:

So We sent this inspiration to the mother of Moses: “Suckle (thy child) but when thou hast fears about him cast him, into the river, but fear not nor grieve: for We shall restore him to thee, and We shall make him one of Our messengers.” (Quran 28:7)

Moses’s sister hid and kept watch on the progress of her brother across the river. While the Torah maintains that the Pharoah’s daughter adopted Moses, the Quran differs. In fact, the Pharoah’s wife insisted that they adopt him (Exodus 2:2-4).

The wife of Pharaoh said: “(Here is) a joy of the eye for me and for thee: slay him not. It may be that he will be of use to us, or we may adopt him as a son.” And they perceived not (what they were doing)! (Quran 28:9)

Adulthood

Moses grew up in Pharoah’s home and was well-acquainted with the state affairs. When he reached adulthood, he once intervened in a fight between an Israelite and an Egyptian, killing the latter inadvertently. The Quran mentions that guilt consumed him and he asked God to forgive him; fearing for his life, he fled and migrated to Madian, where he found refuge in a household by marrying one of the daughters and serving her father (Exodus 2:10-11).

After some time, Moses returned to Egypt with his family. On the way, near Mount Tur, he saw a fire, and he proceeded towards it.

But when he came to the (Fire), a voice was heard from the right bank of the valley, from a tree in hallowed ground: “O Moses! Verily I am Allah the Lord of the Worlds…” (Quran 28:30)

In the Quran, God says that He spoke directly to Moses, but when he requested to see Him, God cast His reflected glory over a mountain and it turned to dust, causing Moses to faint (7:143). Over a period of forty nights, God revealed religious knowledge to Moses and chose him to continue to lead his people.

And We ordained laws for him in the Tablets in all matters, both commanding and explaining all things (and said): “Take these and hold these with firmness, and enjoin thy people to hold fast by the best in the precepts.” (Quran 7:145)

Moses was given Laws in Chapter 7 but was born in Chapter 28. Meaning he was given the Laws before he was born.

Chronological arrangement of the quran is terrible and it is believed to be deliberately so to mislead mankind.
