He should read well on France, it will help him expand his horizon, he should read well on England too, but the real issue is that christians must come together to fulfill the words of Christ by spreading the gospel instead of engaging in digging painful and divisive history...
I find no joy in reharsing painful, tragic and brutal events, but some protestants like to claim protestants and their church killed no one while pointing the finger at others.

The letter I am seeing not only says that jw and the nazi share common ideals, it also condemns the jews, it didnt try to help them as they were been persecuted but to futher condemn them, the it goes on to condemn the league of nations that stood against the nazi atrocities.

Abeg, that has nothing to do with fraud, that is clear support for hitler and condemnation for d anti nazi.

HERE RUTHERFORD CONDEM THE LEAGUE OF NATION. Let us remind the government and the people of Germany, that it was the League of Nations compact that laid upon the shoulders of the German people the great unjust and
unbearable burdens. That the League of
Nations compact was not brought forth by the friends of Germany.

The Protestant church was not in existence then. The catholic church was the only church in existence. Know your history.
And when the protestant churches came in the 16th century they did the exact same thing the drowned and beheaded, burnt and killed those they disagreed with both catholics and and protestant.

you can go and learn history, nobody has a monopoly of violence.

Please Bros n Sis, how do i read the Bible so i can quote most passages of heart.
Take one passage per day and repeat it continously throughout the day, hang it around u, speak it, regurgitate it in ur mind until it become part of u, then take another passage. See duet 6
7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and
when thou risest up. 8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets
between thine eyes. 9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

when d word is in thy lip and thy heart then quoting it is like rice and beans.

Omudia11:
I am not telling you there has been some sinners in the catholic church. There are sinners in every sect. I'm saying that catholism itself has bad roots. Catholism as a state religion made killing the then "true followers of Christ" legal. Infact, anyone who opposed or had a different belief other than their was killed. They made it legal.

The difference here is that that was never the case with Pentecostalism. There are bad pastors/apostles too but Pentecostalism never condoned such inhumane acts.

The bolded is largely irrelevant. If the catholics didn't do those, God would have raised up other people to do them. So catholics shouldn't feel superior over other Christians because of those as they play no part in the heavenly race.
Actually catholicism was not involved in killing d true followers of christ that is the work of protestants and pagans.

You have no case here. The catholic has the worst history so just you know. The early catholic carried out killings, beheadings, dropping of people in boiling oils and water. You should focus on those and leave the Pentecostal Church out of this.
Ur protestant churches have killing, drowning, burning, etc. nobody has a monopoly on sins and violence.

Lent don reach oh!

Someone told me some years ago that lent is from the latin word "lento" and it means to break or to bend....
Its 2 meanings tells us our duty during this period, we must break from (detach) everything opposed to God in our lives, every filt, iniquity, sin or offence that robs us of grace. We must wage war against the flesh, the world and satan trusting only in God's grace. Break away from imperfection....

Then we must bend to the only true One as a plants bends to light, seeking God with all our hearts...fasting, praying and giving... yeilding always to his spirit we must now cultivates those virtues that must be part of a spirit led life. We must now be transformed into the very image of Christ.

O! How beautiful the world will be if we are all little Christs.

sanerugwei:
You need to understand that there is a great difference between the Holy Apostolic Orthodox Church and the Roman Catholic Church.
The later was a fallout of the East West Schism and divisions between authorities in Constantinople and Rome in 1054 AD.
While the former traces its origin from the apostles. It was more of a battle of supremacy between the bisjop of Rome or pope as he was later called and the patriarch of Constantinople.
You are gravely mistaken, even the orthodox church clearly affirms that the roman church is apostolic founded by peter. It is the orthodox who went into schism. Rome alway was an apostolic see and was always ranked no 1 above constantinople.

Beside none of the above church is protestant, which makes protestanism a modern day heresy.
