She's just doing JSS1. I wonder what she would do by the time she gets to SS3. Result of bad parenting. |
Whatever happened, the police should still unravel the mystery behind it all. It's high time ladies stopped talking risks and be contented. Save your life first. |
Bjteensdes24:I don't think that any sensible network operator will block a line that is linked to a valid NIN. They may invite the NIN owner to go and regularize the data. |
She should allow them to block the line if the owner is dead, or she should link it to her own NIN if she must continue using the line. |
We have all seen the destruction and carnage that the peaceful EndSARS led us into. More of it without control and adequate policing will lead us to the kind of situation in Libya, Syria, Lebanon etc. Will things change? I don't think so. So far as we have police, which we need anyway, there will always be overzealous ones among them. It is the same all over the world. We can only ask for effective justice system to redress excesses. The only place you find true rest is in heaven. |
Here, we choose between the devil and the deep blue sea; between SWAT and hoodlums. The choice is yours. |

Did I read something about "payment of school fees"? Where? In university, secondary school or primary school? |
Obioramichael:Federal Government Colleges all over Nigeria are also called unity schools. |
Great! I never knew Adamu Adamu is this brilliant. There is need to complete the session before commencing a new one. Unity schools in some states that have refused to announce reopening dates will now open. Let's see how it plays out. |
Elsewhere, in Africa, the boy might have been armed so that his spirit could easily go after those who probably killed him by drowning in the river. I'm just trying to help the archeologists to unravel the circumstances surrounding this bizarre burial. |
smartbest781:Go to http://mtnnig.pass.ng/result You don't have to download it. Migrate your MTN line to mPulse and MTN will give you free 500MB daily to study it on the website. |
I like the aspect that stressed that "schools are safe heaven for school children". In other words, going to school in COVID19 era is better and somehow limits rape, killings and murder which had been on the increase since schools were locked down. We hope the concerned authorities heed to the advice. |
The World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations children's agency have urged African governments to promote the safe reopening of schools during the coronavirus pandemic. They say prolonged closure of schools is harmful to students and want governments to invest in sanitation facilities to prevent the spread of coronavirus in learning institutions. The two organisations said students are being exposed to poor nutrition, teenage pregnancies and violence during this extended stay-at-home period. Schools in Africa are a "safe haven" for children, according to the WHO Regional Director Matshidiso Moeti. "We must not be blind-sided by our efforts to contain Covid-19 and end up with a lost generation. Just as countries are opening businesses safely, we can reopen schools," she said during a virtual press briefing on Thursday. The long closure of schools poses a risk to the future of children and their communities, according to Unicef Regional Director Mohamed Fall. Only six African countries have fully opened schools, according to a survey of 39 countries by the WHO and Unicef. Some countries reopened schools and closed them soon after because of a surge in coronavirus cases. Others have reopened for final year students to sit for crucial examinations. Countries like Kenya have completely scrapped the 2020 academic year. Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-africa-47639452/page/2 |
Unlike what obtains at the markets and other places, school is well regulated. |
The government in power is the god we can see. Though, our God is invisible. |
Why this crises? Unilag used to be a good example for others. |
Good. Open all schools already; not international flights . |
It's a shame. I hope the state is not planning to keep them till NPower Batch C enter. Then they exit them again, instead of giving them outright employment as teachers. |
OP, go through your post and edit it. |
Since they have started cancelling things, they should cancel the league table as well. They should have expected this kind of thing when they voted to abort the league. Even South Africa with the highest COVID19 deaths in Africa is completing their league matches. Why can't Nigeria finish the matches? |
Favour2323 When a woman marries two husbands (in your case "two boyfriends), she will know the one that is better. You think your boyfriend is good but he is not good enough. Alright, go ahead and try the second guy. As it stands now, that second guy will never trust you, if you begin to date him now . He will always think that you will end up dumping him when you find a better person, because you will always meet better guys. In conclusion, I see you running back to beg your boyfriend if you leave him. By which time it might be too late. You better control yourself. Good a thing, the second guy has stopped disturbing you. Let him go. |
This guy will probably still be alive if schools were not closed. He is Just another COVID19 collateral victim just like the students and children raped to death. May his soul find rest. |
Welcome development. It's remaining the date for all classes and levels to return to school. |
Chinkos99 According to you, "you like him so much and you like hanging out with him". I can't really differentiate between the love that you expect to feel and the aforementioned feeling. What you need now is the guy to leave you and immediately become serious with another girl before your eyes will clear. Then, you will know his worth and what you will miss. Anyway, we have not heard his own side of the story. But from your own narrative, I think he is the one that is supposed to be saying that he doesn't love you, that he has been minding his business at the office, and now, this is happening. |
Ugaboy:Correct! Take the steps above. They will eliminate all your fears, especially focusing on past questions around this time. WAEC can not set questions that are not in the syllable. |
OP, Report this case to the bank and the police. Trace who used the money in the bank. As for the other advice which you asked for, you will become wiser when you truly lack money. She is not your responsibility, though I am not saying that you should not help the needy. |
Ukpaka tree has born Ojokoro fruit for the couple.
Does Nigeria even have laws that take care of these kind of domestic treatment? |
The conclusion of the matter: Hydroxychloroquine, Zinc and Azythromycin work for those who believe they are effective. Sorry to those who don't believe, because it won't work for them. After the Brazilian president caught COVID19, i thought the man is gone for it because he insulted the virus very well. Instead of dying, the man took Hydroxydhloroquine on live TV, continued bragging that he is tired of staying isolated, and then he tested negative afterwards. From then, I strongly believe that the medication works. MODIFIED: Even Jesus could not heal those who didn't believe. |
All classes should be allowed to reopen. Leaving any healthy student at home doesn't make sense anymore. Everybody should observe the safety guidelines while they go about their "new normal" daily activities. Meanwhile, in the other news earlier today, WHO says locking down borders is no longer a viable means of preventing spread of COVID19. The disease is everywhere already. Nations should identify and concentrate on hotspots. So we have something new to learn about COVID19 everyday. |
In today's news, South Korea plans to open their stadia to football spectators to go and watch football. The country was once COVID19 second most affected country. They never completely locked down; schools continued off and online, yet they've tamed the virus and have since moved on. That's how a thinking country surmounts its problems. It seems that some people are out to ensure that Nigeria never recovers from COVID19. It's quite unfortunate. |
Good idea. He should add in the bill that the free education must be qualitative , not the type he left behind in Imo state with some remote secondary schools filled with students, because it was free, had only five teachers throughout the period. There is no way five teachers can effectively cover all the subjects in all the classes with large influx of students. Anyway, most unserious students like it that way, so they take the time to play and gist. Parents don't care about the situation because they commit zero naira. Teachers who may feel concerned don't complain because, willy nilly, their salary will still come. And so, life continues. Soon the children will graduate. Good or bad, they've had "free education". |
