you are absolutely right.....i dont support jogging early hours....security wise.........early this year a friend was robbed around alhaji masha road toward national stadium in surulere......he said , it was around after 6am....they collected his phone, wrist watch and they designed his face with uncountable slaps.....

The proprietor of Austin Pharmacy, Austin Umweni, was on Wednesday killed by a hit-and-run driver on Airport Road, Benin City, while jogging early in the morning.


The driver was said to be driving a Mercedes Benz car when he hit Umweni, who was said to be a keep-fit enthusiast and who usually engaged in early jogging along the route where he was killed.

The remains of Umweni have been deposited at a morgue in the state capital.


While members of staff of his pharmacy store along Igun Street, were seen discussing the incident in low tones, the family of the deceased were at the state traffic division on Sapele Road, asking the authorities to fish out his killer.
A worker at the pharmacy store lamented the incident and wondered why such fate should befall their boss, whom he described as a compassionate man.

Edo State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Kontongs Bello, who confirmed the incident

The reason why news of this sort continue to happen is because men consciously allow it. I’ve seen mentions upon mentions trying to rationalize the woman’s actions. When females are caught as kidnappers, traffickers and robbers, men try to think up implausible reasons why said female is not guilty. Following the release of a diss track targeted at Festus Keyamo, ace musician Timaya has come out to condemn Eedris Abdulkareem.

Focus Naija can report that “Senior Advocate of Nonsense” is a follow up diss track against the minister of state for labour and employment.

According to Timaya, he was a back up singer for Eedris Abdulkareem for many years but was never paid for his services.

“I was your back up artist and you did not appreciate me. You regarded me like a nobody, I paid my transport to your shows because I was learning. You have never paid me one day. You disregard people, how many people don blow through you”, the Dem Mama crooner asked.
